(Translated) Categorical refusal to pay me back my engine oil filter. The computer system did not recommend the correct filter model and was therefore not waterproof on my vehicle. I then brought it back to the store, but was refused reimbursement on the grounds that it was not the fault of the employee if the computer system did not know how to recommend the right filter. It's not my fault either if I did not end up with the right filter model. I do not think it's up to me to wipe the loss ($ 23) ... (Original) Refus catégorique de me rembourser mon filtre à huile moteur. Le système informatique n'a pas recommandé le bon modèle de filtre et n'était donc pas étanche sur mon véhicule. Je l'ai alors rapporté au magasin, mais on m'en a refusé le remboursement sous prétexte que ce n'était pas de la faute de l'employé si le système informatique n'avait pas su recommander le bon filtre. Ce n'est pas de ma faute non plus si je ne me suis pas retrouvé avec le bon modèle de filtre. Je ne crois pas que c'est à moi d'en essuyer la perte (23$) ...
