I have had my vehicles fixed at universal a few times. They are always spot on with their time estimates and if something changes they let you know right away. You have an issue they try and fix it as soon as possible. They have great customer service and I have never had a bad repair there.

I have used this location of Universal Collision and recommended to others. After being adjusted, it was taken to Universal, the process was quick for body work and the detailing was much appreciated. My last visit was helping someone else and I believe they are pleased with the extra attention that was given by the shop.

I had a horrible pushy confrontational experience at the first avenue universal collision before I had a chance to get my car fixed . Its one thing to try to get your revenues up by mentioning a non existent damages, it's another thing to be right down dishonest. I like the Rochdale location one because I was treated with respect but not in the 1st ave Location. Very unprofessional !!

I have gone to Danny and his staff on two separate occasions for some custom paint work on two different vehicles. The work they did on both vehicles was outstanding. Danny goes way above expectations in helping out in every way. His staff does fantastic quality work. I would recommend these guys to anyone that wants high quality work, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent service from initial contact to driving my repaired vehicle away from the shop.They had a rental vehicle waiting for me when I arrived to drop off my vehicle; the repairs were finished according to the schedule provided and the quality of work was exceptional. Universal Collision on 1st Ave in Regina is a really excellent place to go to get your car auto body done. We have taken our cars their 3 times now and everytime it comes out of the auto Body shop in Beautiful condition.

Phoned Tuesday morning, about 9am. Went to voicemail. I left a detailed message including my name, phone number and that my car had been involved in a collision, and that SGI had done the estimate. No return phone call. Obviously to busy.
