I don't know how I'll start this review because I am absolutely speechless. They did SUCH an amazing job with our truck. I should've taken before and afters because people, you would not believe how it looked. It was a work truck, a plumbing vehicle, it had been through camping, uphill mountains, back roads, even a full on clay fight....I mean clay embedded in everything from the roof to the floor and even in the speakers...they got it all out. I'm beyond impressed, I didn't know what to expect but this was beyond anything I could've imagined. They perform miracles man. The staff were also great, the young lady working the booth was a gem a her mom was as nice as she was beautiful. The guys in the bay were also super nice! Suds, you've gained a new customer. Thank you so much for everything today, I'm very happy with the results! Worth every penny!

My friend recently got her car cleaned at Suds, and hated the experience. Not only was the cleaning sub=par, things went "missing" from the vehicle after the attendant specifically stated that her personal belongings would be safely put in a ziploc bag in the trunk, which were NOT there. Do NOT go to this place!

Been there twice, a nice place a bit pricey but doing a very meticulous cleaning! We were always happy from the way they clean. It can take a while (we had to wait an hour) but I guess it’s depends on how Many people are before you. While waiting you have a waiting room that have even a play corner for kids, you can also bring your computer and work while waiting. The staff are super friendly! Overall satisfied!

Took my truck in there, for only $280 I got the SUDS COMPLETE clean and it was great! I got everything done; interior, exterior, under body, and even an engine cleanse! I also received an interior shampoo, vinyl treatment, and as well a leather treatment! Let's just say it looked like the truck just got out from the Dodge factory! Thanks SUDS!

Spent over $300 for the deluxe clean. Found lots of dirt between the seats, console and vents. Gauges has smudges, backs of seats were untouched. The manager was a complete jerk about it. They used compressed air to blow out the vents, which re-dirtied the interior and glass. Final cherry scent is crazy powerful. Total lack of professionalism and overpriced.

Wow! Took my 2007 Ford Escape in for a full detailing before I posted it for sale. Their service was beyond expectations, very friendly staff. On top of my suv being in good shape and running well for 2007, it looked like it came off the lot after I picked it up from SUDS! ✨ (my suv sold to the first person to view it ????) Great job! Worst service Charging what ever they feel like, She quoted me $270 for just inside vaccum and outside shampoo. Reason dog hair if it's in good condition why I need to clean up. Ontario more expensive than Saskatchewan, cost for same service $49. Please don't go to places like this they are running the market. It took me half hour with $20 it cleaned now.

Last year my provincial parks entry pass went missing after a cleaning. They were able to check video and confirm it went in with it. A few weeks later I found it under the drivers seat. They made this better by providing a free wash I didn't redeem until this summer and they honoured it, no receipt or anything required.

I have to say... van looked great after the wash but it was the overall service that I found amazing. Upon driving in, 2 staff began spraying the vehicle before entering the automated portion of the wash. As I drove out of the automated part, 4 staff with shammies, towels and air guns wiped down my mirrors, windows, and door jams along with the rest of the body of the vehicle. It was nice to have a clean vehicle in subzero weather and not have to worry about the doors freezing shut. I will definitely be back again.

Yes, you do pay a little more than your typical contactless wash, but it’s totally worth it. You get your exterior pressure washed off before before entering the auto-wash section which both always do a great job. I really appreciate even the cheapest wash gets hand dried. Finally, undoubtedly the best part, you get a whole disco party during the entire process.

I've been a long term customer of suds and love the lavawash, however the interior detail side of things this place falls quite short in my opinion, both times I've had vehicles there they have left crud and stuff in very easy access and visible areas, and I have to say the smell of whatever product they use is simply disgusting. It's family run and they're very nice people I just wish they didn't let me down every time on the interior side. Probably have to go elsewhere next time.

Friendly reception is the only plus on this visit. 2 hours to get a wash and detail inside. Tv wasn't on so I had to sit there playing on my phone. Spent 140 bucks and there was still sap and tar on my hood and grill. I ended up using some isopropyl and wiped it off. Only took a half hour but for 140 you'd think the wash staff could have done that as a team and only taken 5 mins to do it. Not impressed

Rather disappointing... I had a full service and interior clean done to my girlfiends 2005 g5 Pontiac and it was over $300, so you'd expect the best. It was clean and shiny but also the interior door locks would no longer work after the cleaning ($255 fix at a mechanical shop) and they were avoiding her calls and were no help at all, they also broke the latch to open the trunk under the steering wheel, and forgot to put the Mats back in the trunk so we had to drive back to get them. I will not be going back, and would not recommend.

Really appreciate the care and honesty they show for their customers. Came in with some mouse smell and they were upfront and honest that the ozone product might not be strong enough to remove it completely. We tried it, but it didn't completely remove the smell so they didn't charge me. They gave some other options that should be more effective so I'll likely give those a shot.

I have several friends and coworkers that have had very good experiences using the services offered by Suds. I decided to give them a try washing my F-150 a week ago. I was not very impressed with the results. The crew that were hand drying my vehicle did a less than stellar job on my truck. My windows and mirrors were a mess of streaks. I also had numerous streaking on my trucks body. I ended up having to clean my windows and mirrors again from scratch when I got home. Needless to say I was not impressed after having paid almost $40.00 for a washing at Suds. Maybe I was just unlucky and had a random bad experience. Like I said earlier I have only heard good things about Suds prior to my experience. I will probably stick to wand washing my F-150 in the future or washing it in my driveway as I have in the past. I have to add this new fact to my original review. In about fifteen minutes of my posting of my review I received a reply from Suds. The asked me to come in a get a wash that will meet my expectations and theirs. That is much appreciated and a good example of good customer service by trying to make things right!

We had gone to sudz the other day and I'm just flabbergasted on the way our dodge Journey looks now. For the past few weeks it has not been cleaned and I mean it was muddy and dirty. I was just blown away that the lava shield has got it so clean in the first go.bi was really baffled by it. Very happy with the way it turned out after going though the car wash. Considering how dirty and caked on the mud and dirt was. Now I'm eager to see how the shampoo the carpets goes when we bring got in to get cleaned.

Always great service, the owners are always nice and friendly, Feels like a Mom & Pop store atmosphere. Something I'd compare to the Italian Star Deli. Side note: now that I'm thinking about it, it would be awesome to have a partnership with Italian Star Deli and be able to buy one of the famous sandwiches to enjoy while I waited for my truck to be cleaned. The staff was very friendly, the owners were both there, hands on working on the vehicles and admin with their staff which was nice to see. I wanted to be absolutely blown away from the service I received but I felt like I was taken advantage of. My car was not very dirty with only the front floor and floor mats of the car being dirty as well as the outside. The drivers side and passenger side seats have always had covers on them and the backseat and truck were spotlessly clean. The console and dash were in okay shape. I feel it was to expensive for what was done and won't be going back.

I have heard alot of good things about this place. I'm waiting to just get inside. They haven't even started it yet. It's been almost 3 hours so far waiting. I get it... There are a ton of empty cars in front of me. Sure l could have left it too but where would l go?? They should have 2 lines... cars waiting and dropped off cars. The end job hopefully will be a WOW job. Otherwise l can't see me coming back to do this again the next time. If it works to under be under 4 to 5 hours l will be very surprised. I could have cleaned it myself in a lot less time and saved a ton of money. I'm sure it works great for downtown city workers. So we will see.

I went for the automatic wash. It was pricey for an automatic wash but really good. Car was spotless and remained clean for longer than it would if I manually washed it. At the end of the wash the attendants even dried the car off and it looked great! The owner of the place was also super friendly.

Had the Lava Shield exterior wash...fast, thorough, stayed in the car. They have an automated system where you choose your wash, 6 choices, pay with credit card and drive into wash area. 10 minutes in my case. Both automated and hand washed by staff. Efficient. Really good job, very convenient, no fuss, no muss. Will be back.

We went to Sud's based on reputation, as many of us in Regina do. At one time they were very good and very well reviewed. In short save your money and find someone on Used Regina to clean your vehicle for half the price and twice the quality. I spoke to both the manager and owner about my issues with them after to come to terms with the crapping job they did on my truck. They would have nothing to do with me. Couple things, they will charge you more if they decide you need it, after providing the service without your knowledge.. This was/is non negotiable. They do not clean out, or even spray out truck beds (as per owner). When I heard this I couldn't believe it. Like how freaking hard is it to pass a sprayer over the truck bed? Takes what 30 seconds? Their "plus" service is not an extra scrubbing. I see no difference between their plus and regular Ultimate. Truck came back with obvious areas that did not even see a cleaning brush, water or soap. They didn't even wipe off the foot pedal, dash was still dirty etc, this after their "plus" service. Total bill with shampoo was $240.00. When I first called them and talked to their manager about the service I would need I was told it would be just under $200.00. Without a doubt not worth the money. I can have one of MY employees work on the truck, with a handful of loonie, and rent a shampooer for half the price, for a better job done. Like I said before, save your money and pay someone off Used Regina to do it, or it you own your on business, do it internally. These guys suck.

I am from Ontario, was in Regina for couple of days for client side meetings. I went to suds for cleaning up my car. It was so dirty and I was in hurry because I had to go back Ontario same day. The owner lady Miss Calsie was so professional and all the staff was too welcoming and hardworking. I love the way they managed and made my car so beautiful just like new and that is too in very low economical package. I wholeheartedly thankful and obliged to whole Suds and it's hardworking team. We came afternoon of May 15 to get interior cleaning and basic exterior wash done. We were told to come back next day as they were full and busy. I decided to leave my car and key to get it done first in line the next day. When i came back the next day, i went straight to see my car in the parking lot and checked it. They missed cleanig the cup holder on the back of the car, and noticed all 4 of my rubber mats were missing. So i came inisde to tell them. I waited to get my cup holders cleaned and they told me that there were no rubber mats in my car, showed me a piece of paper with a written note "no mats". I am 100% sure i have my rubber mats when i left my car to them. They took my phone number and told me they will give me a call. I called back again the next day to check, took my number again and told me they will call again. No call until now so i give up and i guess this is all i can do, to give them my review. Paid $115 for the cleaning and paid $30 for a new rubber mat. Not happy at all!

Great car wash, fast, and the automation is excellent, the kiosk is very modern and intuitive. The final detailing including the wipe down and window detailing is excellent. As far as car washes are concerned it's well worth the money spent. YMMV. Staff are friendly and courtesy. So I attended there Veterans Day offer of a free car wash. It was one of the best experiences of my weekend, not only did they do an exterior wash, but an interior as well. The staff were very friendly and genuine. They really did enjoy servicing my vehicle . I took the time to shake each of the staff's hand and thank them for there service . What a "Top Shelf" operation, and I'll certainly be coming back whether the washs are "free" or not. Thank You and Keep up the Good Work

Was a little hesitant at first due to price thinking it would cost $200+, but overall was happy. I certainly didn't expect perfection with the detailing (my car hadn't had the interior detailed in about a year, usually done at the dealership) but it came out better than I expected. After seeing the amount of work and time that is spent on the vehicle I would say it's worth the cost, in my case was about $130 for an SUV with the top wash. Will return.

I have been going to Suds for years. I will no longer be a customer. I drive a mini cooper and the price to clean my little car is $90 ???? .Last time I was in, one of the staff accidentally scratched the car. The scratch is deep enough that it took off the paint and is approximately 10 inches long. I called Suds to let them know. It took a week for them to respond to me and only responded once I let them know I had reported it to SGI. The owners response was that my staff don't scratch cars and that the scratch was probably there before. I told her the scratch was not there before. My car is new and in perfect condition. She said they wouldn't do anything about the scratch, but if I wanted a free wash she would do that. I graciously declined the wash. I will NEVER go back. I am a small business owner. Staff make mistakes and business owners we need to take responsibility.

From entering the facility, clean, friendly, and you can tell they love their local community with all the photos on the walls. Clear instructions on where to go, then not only was the car wash excellent, but a team of 6 quickly dried off my car (including the owner). Wow. I had to wait 35-45 minutes past what they estimated for service time. I made sure to ask them how long prior to the service. There's also still a bunch of scuffs, dust and crumbs in visible places. My child's car seat wasn't removed to clean underneath and behind it. I had a gift card to use and that's why I didn't clean my vehicle myself. Not worth the money. I will be calling the manager after the long weekend to hopefully have this resolved.

This was my first time using Suds although I’ve heard a lot of good things. I was literally in and out in about 15/20 mins, and my truck looked great! I honestly spend around $20 at a spray wash where I don’t dry it or do as good of a job so this is definitely worth it. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I had bird droppings on my rear driver side quarter panel and even with the pre wand spray, the drive through wash and the hand dry the bird droppings weren’t removed. Not the end of the world and I cleaned it off when I got home. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend Suds! ????????

Regularly take my black truck through the lava shield wash. The cleaning is always 100%, and the polish is incredible, I'm convinced the polish removes existing swirls. The finishing touches done by hand ensure that the vehicle looks perfect with no missed spots or drips. I also took a vehicle for a full clean inside and out to get ready for a sale. It came back to us in showroom condition.

My first time was my last time. Just over 2 years ago now but would just like to remind people as I know everyone wants to get some spring cleaning done! Got the basic package. There was brown liquid under my cup holders.. and they did a poor job vacuuming. It wasn’t very dirty to begin with but felt like spoiling myself for Valentine’s Day. For the price I paid I could have done a better job with 20 bucks my self. Immediately emailed suds when I got home and noticed - with photos, price I paid, etc. AND NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE. No redo (which I wouldn’t be interested in) or refund offered. Not even an acknowledgement. Friendly reminder all - save your pennies, go somewhere else. My complaint isn’t even the worst of them. Could have some deep new scratches, or items stolen!!

Over the summer I had purchased a monthly pass at suds and absolutely loved it , didn't matter if it rained a little or a lot, drive on a dusty gravel road I knew I could go thru the car wash any time I wanted and my car would come out and did come out like new . Well winter came and I thought I would cancel my monthly pass, its cold everything would freeze roads are sloppy and I would just go thru any car wash in the city. Well I did just that and was unhappy with the results of these other car washes . Today 3 weeks later I went back to suds to reactivate my pass . In my opinion this is the only place to wash your car to achieve great results . $300 for interior detailing and whoever was in charge of the driver's side of the car did far less than a satisfactory job. In addition, they managed to fail to replace the only item I had in the car. Not stellar. Pretty shoddy. For $300 I expect my car to be cleaner than the day I drove it away from the dealership. Further more, after reading the other reviews I question the cost I spent. It seems some had the exterior wash included and spent less for the same full service. Hmmmm?

They looked at my car imediately after talking with them and took it in. I looked in the window and there was a swarm of people imediately working on my car. I would NOT recommend anyone to go there!!! I have paid 280 plus tax for the complete wash inside the car and also 35 for the outside of it, but it looks like nothing has done. Still hairs in the corners, stains everywhere. And the owner and manager just said,’you pay attention to the details, which is not what we care about. If you wanna get a detailed washed, the you are gonna pay 500pls for it.’ So why I pay hundred for this? And still dust and stains outside car. It’s not worth it.

I took my truck there this morning, and left it with the staff to have a full service clean done. When I picked it up I could see scratches on my tailgate from the street as I pulled up to be dropped off. Scratches that were definitely not there before were now all over my tailgate. I spoke to the owners who denied up and down that there was any way that was their fault. It was even suggested to me that maybe "You just didn't notice the scratches before". Which is impossible. These scratches are deep and noticeable from across the street. So since I was getting nowhere with either owner I'm left to fight it out with SGI. Which I'm not very optimistic about. I will never go back to SUDS. But if you must, I would recommend taking a video of your vehicle so there is no way this can happen to you. Stay away is my advice. **Follow up to this....I posted this information on SUDS Facebook page...and rather then engage me and try and reach a suitable solution, the post was deleted and I can no longer post on their page. Great work guys.

Today my husband and I took our cars in to get pampered and we were very impressed with the results!! My car was a huge disaster and I was amazed at how well my car was cleaned!! There was even ice cream spilled in the door pocket from a year ago and numerous pepsi and ground in fast foods spilled on the rugs that they managed to get cleaned. (Kids lol) Very impressive and will definitely recommend to friends and family! We will be back (and I'll try not to let my car get so filthy lol)

Used this car wash for the first time and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before a young girl asked if she could help me. She explained how the process worked and I went around the side to start the process. After an hour my car came out spotless , and I thought this car has never been so clean. As I was getting ready to leave I opened my console to dirt and it as still filthy. You would expect that for $150.00 they could have cleaned that too. Was very disappointed. I am sure it was just missed, but it really did taint the experience.

I went to suds a few times. Got my Jeep Grand cherokee cleaned. first time I went i noticed they forgot to clen under my seats so went back, left my car again with them. They called me to pick it up and they charged me again for cleaning under the seats. I tried to tell them there is a mistake and they wouldnt have it. I took my wife's Ford escape to have an interior/exterior wash when I was quoted by the young lady $200. We have never paid that much. At most with taxes and exterior $175. I was told it was because of the dog hair but in all fairness we've had the same dog 5 years and my wife has leather seats plus our dog is belted in one on side of the back seat. Sorry suds, not commenting on your work as it is fine but everytime we come in the price goes up. Sorry but the convenience is not worth it.

I've been going to suds for truck washes for the last few years and the place keeps getting better. Although it can be busy the detailing to your car is always top notch. Even going above and beyond to blowout door hinges in freezing weather. There is one young guy who does the detailing when your wash is done who deserves a raise. I have taken my cars to Suds the past 3 times now. The first two were with my old car which were in need of a lot of TLC! Both times with that car I was shocked at how clean they got the interior. The second time was when I was ready to sell my car.. they got it so clean that I kinda wanted to keep it!! I took my car again today and was not let down! I arrived, the lady who greeted me was extremely friendly. She told me what the cost would be and gave me instructions, she told me it would take an hour and 45 minutes.. I drove my car in and was out of there within an hour and 15 minutes! The car was as clean as it was when I bought it. I definitely recommend Suds. Do not let the price scare you, it is totally worth it!

Used to be very nice. Drive in, pick a service, get a good clean.... Now, drive in, and they dictate a service (and price) to you. After being there 10+ times over the past 3 years, today I was TOLD that I would be paying almost double what I've paid in the past - cause of dog hair. When I explained, I was TOLD again. Then they asked the manager, and I was TOLD again. Then they asked the owners, and I was TOLD again. We have the same dogs that we've had for the past 3 years.... maybe the dogs are going bald, and we just haven't noticed. Finally settled on telling them to leave the hatch alone, I'll live with the bloody dog hair. I hope it goes back to the way it was.

Have to say I was very disappointed when we took our SUV to SUDS for their "SUDS Complete" clean - inside and out. Paid a lot of money for a crappy job - there were obvious mud spots on our leather chairs left in more than one place, plus other obvious things that were missed for their Complete expensive cleaning package. Was very disappointed. Called worker over, who called the manager - and someone came out and cleaned up and wiped down what they missed in less than 10 minutes. What the manager said to me is that they put out a lot of cars. So you're telling me its about quantity service, not quality? Okay. Not coming back here and not recommending you to anyone else. In addition to this, while we waited for them to recline our vehicle interior, I saw the employees reuse the pail of dirty water on the interior of the next vehicle? Gross. Seriously?

No instructions on where to go. Paid for carpets to be shampooed and noticed they weren't so they took it back it. When the car came out ten mimutes later, the carpets were so wet I had to take towels to it at home so my floorboards didn't rot. The shine on the leather was only half done and the windows were still grimy. This is the second time and they screwed up again. Will not go back. Will pay a neighborhood kid half the price and get it done right.

I will start by saying great customer service, everyone friendly and smiling.They did a great job on the interior getting rid of all the dog hair. I took the car to them as road construction had left some tar, I'm guessing, on the front panel and wheel well. It was still there after they wahed it, I was very disappointed for the price I paid. Went to Walmart and bought some Amoral Wipes and took it off myself for $5, maybe should had done that in the first place.

Just went to SUDS for the first time ever because I heard such good things. Will never go back. My SUV was dusty in and out but no stains or stickiness, was not very dirty. First, even though I said it was our first time, they gave poor directions. At the car wash the worker told us to get out of the car and go around the corner to the waiting room. I had to walk over the mechanism that pulls the car forward. Could have been dangerous. Then we were left in a cold room with a table, couple chairs and a dirty couch. Finally another worker saw us and told us where the actual waiting room was. When the car was done, it cost $160. The rearview mirror was not cleaned, the instrument panel was smeared and greasy, the consol had not been even wiped, there was a mud smear on the driver door interior, the rear floor had not been vacuumed well (still gravel and bits of paper in slots) and when I opened the back hatch it had not been cleaned at all, the back lower ledge had been wiped but all around the door the muddy dust was untouched. I have had vehicles detailed many times and this was not detailing. Was not even good cleaning. I was very disappointed with the staff, the work done. Definitely not worth the money.

Very very pleased with my clean shiny truck. The Lava shield wash worked awesome to clean and shine my paint and chrome!! Worth every penny! I waited in line longer than it took for the exterior wash of my truck. The only oversight was they missed 3/4 of the rubber on my front tires with the hand applied tire dressing so only 1/4 of both front tires was dressed and shiny. The rest of them was a flat black color. I will be back again. Polite friendly service. Very good outcome.

As always a great experience. The staff were friendly and thorough. The job that was done on a very dusty and dirty farm truck after harvest was fantastic. It almost looked like a new truck we should have talked before and after pics. Worth ever penny we spent.

I’ll start by saying that they are a bit on the expensive side, so if you’re looking for a cheap car wash this is definitely not the place for you and that’s the reason for the star dropped. That being said, all the staff are kind and courteous and I always leave with a good feeling. They have a great lounge to hang out if you’re staying on site while you’re car is being professionally washed and cleaned. The results are always great and to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend this place.

I got the SUDS Ultimate Plus package (for a medium vehicle - I drive a Jeep Patriot). Great wash on the exterior, but I was a bit disappointed with the interior vacuuming and wiping. For $85, I expect a better job than I can do at home and more attention to detail. Some parts been wiped and not dried well at all inside. My car is now clean, but I think the price point on a job like this needs to be lower. I would pay $50-$60 before tax for what I got.

Honestly, this car wash costed nearly to a good $100, and it really disappoints me as I drove in and saw their automatic touch car wash machine (FYI that is actually how you get swirl marks on you car using this type of wash). Although I had to say they really did a great job for the interior, yet the smell of the chemicals they used on the leather are too strong for me personally and most of all I still can't ignore the fact that they didn't have the good old hand wash method when they charge this much!!! Really?? Overall, even though they did clean my car pretty good, but I wouldn't recommend this wash if you guys really do care about your paint job. Worth it? I don't think so.
