Best car wash on rochdale! Have never had any problems with the staff and if something isn't working properly they help you out. This may be an older car wash but there service is great and I can always get my Jeep clean here. Don't usually have to wait to long as they have lots of bays.

I go here as it is a nearby location. The pressure is great, amount of soap (In the water, if using the brush it always has lots) seems to vary. Lighting could be improved. One of my vehicles is black and is very tough to tell if I've washed a surface. Other washes I've been too have brighter lighting and that helps. Bays could be kept cleaner. Many times I've been here the floors are so dirty that I end up rinsing a path around my vehicle so I don't end up tracking debris into my vehicle. EDIT: Well.... It seems this location has now taken to poor customer treatment and my business will now go elsewhere as the nearby location is no longer enough to keep me as a customer. One of the workers was going around closing the bay doors. I asked to leave mine open (just the nearby one) as when they are all closed it is tough to see if your vehicle is clean with the poor lighting that still exists, and it gets rather hot/humid in there as there doesn't seem to be any airflow. I was rudely told that they have to remain closed so ducks/animals won't come in??? I asked when the owners/manager comes in and the young girl told me they rarely come in. I like to try and give my local community small businesses some love, but I highly recommend finding an alternative.

Great place for a wand wash. Love to be able to pay with a credit card. Has really good water pressure and the bays are nicely heated for winter days. Will be back for me regular washes.

I went to the Rochdale car wash on 03/13/2020, I used my credit card and stopped the meter at $5.00, the next day I checked my credit card and I was charged $14.95. I called the business and talked to a man who told me that there is a pre - authorization charge and the rest of the money would be put back in a couple days. I used this car wash a couple times in 2019 and there was never a pre - authorization charge to my credit card.

I used the car wash, excellent pressure and very clean building. I also used their U-Haul service. I was able to pick up the U-Haul truck late in the evening. The gentleman behind the counter was great at giving me directions to his location, as I am from out of town. Very eager to please.

Only place I go for a carwash....miles better than the MAXX carwash since the people that seem to run that one are brutal....never issues at the rochdale other than more then a couple times I have ran into broken hoses connecting the foam brush and a few maintenance issues but other than that only place to go NOD

Nice clean carwash reasonable time/ $1 about 1:30 min /$ only thing is light system that tells you when bay is vacant is broken so have to open garage doors to look in... that was a bit of a pain...much worse is cold outside.

Bare bones but everything is working and you get a decent amount of time for your money. If its not super busy they don't push you out and let you wipe down the vehicle which is nice in the winter.

I always go to this carwash unless I take a work truck. I've never had a problem with staff. It would be nice if they had squeegees or shovels so you could clean if your vehicle was muddy. I have been there a bunch of times where someone had a muddy truck and nobody cleaned the floor. Makes trying to clean your car difficult.

Horrible car wash. If it wasn't an overhead door not opening, it was at least 2 of the hand wands that wouldn't work. I'd suggest using another car wash.

HORRIBLE! Never be back. Just left there. The bay was so full of mud it was piled up against the wall. I went around once and looked down an dry shoes and my pants were covered in mud from the hose. The guy in front of me was more angry than I was. His sandals were covered in mud. Our trucks were dirtier than when we went in. I went to the desk to ask about the by and the young girl wouldnt take her headphones out of her ear because she was playing a game on her phone. Told me nothing she can do about it. And i said she should close the bay down as there was 4 more vehicles lined up waiting to go in. She didnt reply and kept playing her game in her phone. I went back in to move my vehicle out and when I came back I told her I'd like my toonies nack so I can go somewhere else. She again didnt say one thing. Kept her head phones in and played her game on her phone. Mean while I'm covered in mud and my tires have more mud on them than they went in. I will personally tell every person I can about how brutal this service and experience was. BRUTAL

Got there at 9:45 pm hoping I could just give my vehicle a quick rinse before I park it for the weekend, and the guy running the car wash said everything was close, car wash closes at 9:45.. website says otherwise

Bought the premium touchless wash for my pickup truck and got a light rinse in return. When I brought this up at the front desk was told tough the 14$ wash is really only a rinse and there is nothing they can do about my truck still being filthy
