Only ever used the wand wash but it's always spotless and never a leaky hose. Lost a star since the bays aren't very long so longer trucks will stick out into the middle a fair ways unless your willing to skip washing the front corner or your vehicle. Beyond that, it's a great facility.

Stopped by quickly after work to spray down my muddy overalls, rubber boots as well as my truck. Clean car wash bays and has all the things you’d need to get the job done. If I’m ever in the red deer area again I’ll definitely return.

An awesome car wash, I would spend usually only $4.50 to get my car washed here every week. When it's cheap enough, you can afford to wash it often. It also keeps the car in great condition.

Don't be fooled by the auto car wash. the time that you see when first driving into the card wash drops from 25 seconds to 5 seconds. this probably means that the rest of the auto car wash has also been retuned for less time. overall not impressed.

Excellent service. I arrived with a prepaid ticket for a wash, only to find the ticket had expired. An employee approached my vehicle, examined the ticket and asked me to wait. He returned with the tickets extended and valid!!! Thank you so much. Happy New Year.

BE AWARE: You pay for the time you get a ticket outside the building until you give your ticket to the cashier. So you are paying to drive in, get out of your car, wash your car, get back into your car, drive to cashier and wait for anyone in front of you at anytime through this process. I paid over $8 to rinse my car, not even give it a wash. I advised the cashier of waiting for the line up as well that I had been talking to another staff member as I wasn't sure of the process of how to pay, unfortunately he didn't seem to care. The water pressure was good and the building was clean, however I will never go back here, I prefer to pay for the water I use, not the time that I'm in a wash building not using any services.

My go to car wash, it has alot of spaces and reasonable pricing. You can choose a stall and wash your own vehicle or use the automatic wash. They also have free vacuums out front to use for free after your car wash. Very clean and well kept. A+

Awful carwash. Dirty and unkept. There's no wand brush and the water isn't hot. Needless to say my truck didn't get very clean. I don't recommend this place at all.

Lost me as a customer AFTER MANY MANY YEARS , today pulled in HUNG OUT FLOOR MATTS went to vacuum and vacuum wouldn't even stick to my hand so low on suction and guy looking after bays just ingored me finally after a few mins he waltz up and says go to other bay no offer of getting new time ticket or anything , if you think I'm paying for a 5 mins delay ITS NOT HAPPENING THE GUY AT PAYMENT COUNTER LOOKED A BIT STUNNED WHEN I REFUSE TO PAY FOR GETTING A RUN AROUND .....

Omg! The price here is a rip off with their system of pricing. Just go to a good old traditional coin operated car wash. I went in there to rinse my car as I was just passing through red deer from Edmonton to Lethbridge. 5dollars later and a unclean car. The rinse down costs 2 bucks in all the car washes I have been too and I doing the exact same thing. You cant even wipe your car while in the bay even though it is empty as you will be getting charged. Ridiculous!

Somewhat friendly people but I spent 10$ for a quick wash that took me 3 minutes. Didn’t even clean my car all the way. Just horrible. No one should hv to pay that much for that. I won’t be back. I can do this at home for 1$.

This car wash is one of my favourite ones to go to. You don't have to dump a bunch of loonies or toonies into it. You get a ticket when you enter and when you leave they scan the ticket and you get your cost. Which is surprisingly cheap for the amount of time in was washing the jeep. And they got vaccums right outside the place that are free

Nice place, pretty convuleted to enter the manual wash area. They have entrances and exits on both sides. Just follow the signs and you'll by fine!

A huge shout out to South Side Car Wash and their excellent customer service tonight!! I had just arrived in Red Deer after a two-day, 22-hour drive from Vancouver and my van was DIRTY! I just wanted to give it a quick rinse in the laser-wash before I took it home to unpack. It was 8:57pm when I pulled up, and I didn't realize they had just closed everything down for the night. As I went to enter my wash code, one of the ladies came out to let me know they were closed. Then she said if I was paying with a coupon, she would turn everything on for me so I could run my van through. WOW! She definitely didn't need to do that, and I REALLY appreciated the excellent service after such a tiring, long trip. Thanks!

I normally would give this carwash 5 stars , but today was different. My wife was washing her car early in the morning when no other cars were in the bay. A few minutes after beginning to wash, a man rode in with a quad and parked immediately beside her. He proceeded to wash his bike and left his engine running . After seeing that this wouldn't be a quick wash , my wife asked him politely if he would mind shutting his engine off as the exhaust was making her nauseous . He abruptly refused and continued his wash. My wife has had cancer and is careful to stay away from noxious substances such as exhaust fumes. She quickly rinsed off her car and left. My concern is that the employees at the carwash are not demanding that customers shut their engines off in the enclosed garage.

Low water pressure. Took me 3 minutes to wash my car but I was charged 5 minutes. Only in Red deer have I saw a car wash that charges you even when you are driving into the stall or pulling up to pay. If there's a line at the cashier, you are paying for their time too. What a rip off. Coin operated car wash is still better. Not coming back.

Automatic wash does not do a thorough job. Did the ultimate wash which supposedly includes an undercarriage wash. Underside of my vehicle was not wet at all when the car wash was done. Went inside to speak to the staff and let them know. The owner was too lazy to come outside and have a look at my vehicle. Offered 5 free minutes inside the barn wash which was not going to help the undercarriage situation... Very poor customer service and will not be returning here again.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with a specific employee, I do not know his name. He is older, and has a eastern Canadian accent. (Newfoundland or Nova Scotia) One example, I drove in and this particular employee walks over to my window. I ask him “which booth” and he replies “I don’t care, just hurry up and get it done quick so I can go home.” Very rude and disrespectful. I will not be returning to this location, even though it is the most convenient. Somebody with that attitude should not be interacting with customers.

Customer service is HORRIBLE! the lady at the cashier give me an attitude right after i reach out to pay debt. told me "oh now your paying debt. great!!". i didnt even say if i was gonna pay cash or debt. decided to use my $40 cash in my wallet to pay my $20.60 bill cuz i was shocked and confuse at her attitude...Thank you for your HORRIBLE service and the change you gave me. Always friendly and 95 cents a minute is a great rate. Free outside vacuums for customers. Water is hot and soap comes out quickly. Best presoak I've found in Red Deer. Use it 2 or 3 times a month.

Brutal wait time at Counter. I am paying for a car wash and there is no one at the counter to take payment and stop the clock. Guy is gone for more than a few minutes, I watched my phone, he gives a meager 1 minute discount. Just brutal.
