Finally! ⛽️They’re open and ready to serve you! Big notice when you pay at the pump are the buttons on both sides of the screen, it’s new and nicer to press! But that’s all. Same tech like the previous ones from other station. They don’t have tap to pay yet. Sigh Inside, you need to be more understanding coz the cashier is still new and when you buy a lotto ticket, they don’t know the “classic pack” yet. So don’t say that coz they will end up giving you cigarettes. ???? They good about new gas ⛽️ stations, they do have promotional price so they have lower gas price compared to other Shell Stations within the area. ???????? the question is, for how long... so for the mean time, if you’re an avid fan of “V-Power” this is the place to fill up your sports car!

She was able to make an on the spot decision without hesitation. I actually gained a lot of respect for Shell that early morning when she gave me the support needed to get me on my way. I don't have to go into the details, but I was quite impressed with her decision making skills. As I remember, the cash rang up $36 dollars, give or take some change. She gave me food and gas because I was startled thinking I had an important engagement that I had to prepare for. Simply put, she let me be and helped me on my way. 4 stars because 2 neighboring stations were cheaper. This is a large shell station with a car wash, BMO atm, vacuum and lots of pumps. Its not too far from the highway and has lots of entrances. They sell ice, firewood and propane. Vacuum starts at $2 for $3 and air inflator is $1. They do sell diesel and they're open 24 hours. They also have a payphone.

I have very bad experience for this 3155 king George blvd. Surrey gas station car wash. I went there to wash my car and after that I have found out my front of license plate holder be damaged by the car wash machine. The car wash here is closed 90% of the time . I have a monthly car wash card but when ever the car needs a car wash after a bad snow or it’s too dirty the car wash is closed . Tried out the Car Wash. You get a ticket when you drive into wash bay then pay for time you were in wash bay when you are driving out. For quick wash and rinse I used bay for 10 minutes according to my start time on ticket. I was charged $18.90 WOW Glad I wasnt in there for any longer or I would of had to leave my car there. Very Expensive for a wand wash. I think I'll go else where next time.

I was putting my vehicle through their ultimate car wash which was supposed to include the triple foam wash, this never happened! I received the most basic wash, and when I went in to complain I was told by the attendant that he couldn't do anything as the manager wasn't there and that I had to wait for the manager to come back on Monday, I was there on Saturday. I asked the attendant to call his manager as I had came from a different city and didn't want to go through the hassle of coming back, he ultimately refused to do so. It is my opinion that any large corporation/business should have a manager/supervisor available to attend to customer issues/complaints at all hours of the day that their business is open, that is simply customer service, taking care of your customers on a timely and convenient way should always be a priority!

Wow, let me just say, I truly dislike this location, came in here twenty minutes before close, only to grab a quick drink, the employee was annoyed that I was there as I guess he wanted to close down early. I tried to pay at the pump, but it wanted me to choose a certain amount to freeze on the card (large sums of money). It then took me through a confusing process, and cancelled itself. I tried again, and on the second try it let me pump the gas, but forced me to go inside to pay...... which, I didn't want to do. Whatever happened to just putting in your card to pay, and just pumping the gas! Are you trying to make the process more confusing, just to get more money Shell? Commercial compressors aren’t cheap and require regular maintenance, just like your car and/or your bike. Also bare in mind there are only two gas stations in the city of Victoria both sit on very valuable land so be kind and support them. You can’t buy gas at a condo building.

DON'T USE THEIR CAR WASH. The car wash ripped off my side mirror cover and dented it. The Jaguar F-Pace behind my car had it's rear license plate RIPPED OFF. The attendant stopped the car wash and retrieved my covers, which I was able to snap back on. I watched the attendant pick up pieces of multiple cars from inside the machine.

This place is a little frustrating. It's only grace is it's location. There are few gas stations once you start heading north from this location, which forces you to use it. Them implemented a new greedy policy where they charge you $0.05 per bag (for the environment LOL!) and their gas pumps are fairly annoying if you're in a rush, it ALWAYS prompts you for a carwash, which ultimately just wastes more time. The staff is really cool though, but if they opened up another gas station across the street I'd likely never come back. Also leaving this parking lot is more or less a nightmare.

En bout de ligne, un superviseur me répond que je n’ai qu’à m’en faire venir une nouvelle. Un service vraiment déplorable. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit.

I received a coupon for fuel from sobeys. Decided to give she'll a shot - never again. For some stupid reason they do not have an option for using coupons at pay at the pump - so as much as i hate the inconvenience of going in - I did. Normal transaction-gave the guy my coupon, asked for regular diesel (cuz I don't need v-powered diesel) and went to fill my car. Pump error - wromg fuel type. Went back inside and told the guy (after waiting in line AGAIN for 10 minutes) he gave me the wrong fuel type - so that wasn't an easy fix he had to cancel my transaction and re put it through on my visa. Okay my patience is wearing thin but everyone makes mistakes. Go back out and begin fueling my vehicle, only to see that the pump is charging me full price...... AAAARRRGGGHHHH. Go back inside, wait in line, he sees me and says "oh no". I told him the WHOLE reason I came to this fuel station today was to save a couple bucks and use the coupon. He told me it was too late, and maybe he'll get it right next time. Overall, filling my tiny jetta took well over 30 minutets, and the customer service was very lacking.

it's a fuel station. not much ore to say about that. BUT, don't use the car wash. not sure what they've done, but the last couple of times I've gotten my truck washed there, it's been really bad. the dryers come on while the system is still washing your vehicle. so, less dry time. and I'm not sure what they did to the washer, but both times my truck went in dirty, came out dirty. so, I'd avoid washing a vehicle there. it's really bad.

I live nearby and I usually gaz my car in this gaz station. I saw something that really shocked me today. One of the client was asking to buy a mask because he forgot his mask when he got in the store. His mouth and nose was fully covered with his jacket. He was willing to purchase a mask for safety purposes. But the cashier was very agressive towards the customer and told the customer that the mask is out of stock and to leave the store immediately. To my surprise on the left side of the shelf there was loads of masks in display. The customer then left with astonishment. Another customer saw the whole situation then decided to offer him an extra mask he had in his car. Then the customer proceeded to go back in the store this time with a mask on to validate his lottery. She refused again to serve him and told him to validate it himself no question asked. The customer then ask for a manager and the name of the cashier she refused immediately his request and proceeded to tell him to leave. The cashier left a really bad impression and clearly has no customer relations, no empathy whatsoever. I do understanding in this time of pandemic mask is a must. But to treat a customer that was willing to buy a mask and on top of that he was covered with a material on his face this is a big no-no. Never stepping foot back to this Gaz station and 3 more customer also saw the same situation pretty much sure they wouldn't go back too.

A great team of staff work here. Always personable and friendly - they recognize you when you come in and treat you like an old friend. The place is clean and organized. Only problem is they need to keep up better with checking expiration dates on food products. I've gone in and found products very far past their expiration dates. I always point them out to the staff and they remove them immediately, but they shouldn't be on the sales floor any more in the first place. If you need gas, a quick snack or forgot to buy milk and now all the other shops are closed then this is your Shell - just remember to check the dates!!

Heard gas prices were jumping by 12 cents a litre at some stations. Called first thing in morning to see if this location had & the snippy rude lady who said she was the manager would not tell me. Said I had to drive there to find out. This after snowfall making roads difficult. Called nearby Petro Can in Fairfield & very friendly fellow told me price right away & said he looked forward to seeing me. Shell on Yates has no customer service. Used to go there a lot. No longer. Vehicle was damaged after the "touchless" car wash system struck the front end of my car twice as it went around. Luckily Paint film took the damage but it's a $600 expense to fix. Don't care about the money but the owner has failed take responsibility of his faulty car wash. Hasn't contacted back after I left my information and he said he'd "look into it". Terribly managed and will be pursuing it further through Shell headquarters.

I went to this gas station on a Thursday. I filled my gas tank from around an 1/8 tank. Over 65 litres. I drove my Grand Caravan home. Less than 2 km. The next afternoon I tried to start my van and it would crank and not start. Had my van towed to Hometown Automotive on Monday. I had to have the fuel pump replaced and the almost clear liquid drained out of the gas tank. The cost was over a $1000. Actual gas is yellowish in color.

Worst car wash ever! Paid for brushless “Ultimate Wash” on two different occasions and my vehicle came out still dirty. I guess I’m the fool for giving them a second chance. I should add that the first time through that my truck was dirty from unpaved roads and second time through truck was only dirty from highway driving. Neither time was it absolutely filthy. Won’t be back. I’ll stick to hand washing because I have to rewash after going through this car wash anyway. No time or money saved. One star is too many. Should be ZERO.

Terrible customer service! Prepaid 25$ of gas today and definitely didn’t get that much. At around the half way mark it stopped working, I waited a couple seconds and it started to “pump” again but it felt like barely anything was coming out. When I started my car my gas gauge barely went up. When I told Gabriela the cashier about the problem (if that’s even her real name) she spoke to her manager “Daphnee” about it and they can’t do anything about it. Great to know I got half the amount of gas I paid for! She didnt even want to check if there was a problem with their pump...

Recieved a car wash voucher from a local car dealer after getting a service. Attempted to use it and was told it was not valid. The issue was that dealership incorrectly wrote the month as June and then wrote ly over the ne to correct it. This was done in the same ink and hardly noticeable. The fact that the attendent looked this closely and rejected the voucher speaks volumes about their management, partnership with the car dealer and their customer service. The worst was being accused in front of other customers that we had manipulated the voucher for a $10 car wash and inferring we were trying to cheat or scam them. What a joke. Isnt the point of issuing certificates with partners like car dealerships to encourage cross business? We put a 100 dollars in the tank prior to getting turned away for the car wash. I would say the program worked until such time the employee got involved. Btw...calling Shell offered no resolution. They dont even ask for your contact details so that the owner or manager can contact you. Something about not wanting to upset people by asking for their contact info. They simply take the details and say they will pass it on. Another joke. For me this place is a HUGE pass. Avoid if at all possible.
