These guys are awesome! They found problems internally with my gas pump and pto shaft on my KW T800 fuel truck, and got the pump replaced and everything fixed up extremely fast. All of the guys in there are super friendly, and very knowledgeable. Casey is the best, he is fantastic to talk with and I love his humor! These guys are doing CVIP's now too, highly recommend pumps and pressure for all of your big rig needs!

I experienced a problem with the wand on my Karacher residential power washer. The problem was solved with a new wand and fitting. While waiting for the fix, no less that two staff approached me to make sure I was taken care of. Very friendly people. Happy camper for sure. Thanks for the good service and reasonable price.

Came to pick up parts and tried getting help from this old man which he was very rude and didn't care to help at all, unacceptable customer service I got when I was trying to return a wrong part and wouldn't take it, and on top of that asked him politely if they were able to order a certain sight glass for a unit and said I can't help you, will be going to take my business elsewhere and will not be coming back. DO NOT BUY ANY PARTS FROM HERE.

Outrageously priced and very slow. 7 days for a 2 day job. Also called the carrier I pull for trying to get a PO number to cover the bill before giving my a final tally on it....... Who does that ???????

I had some problems with a pressure washer that was purchased a year ago, the service staff were fantastic to deal with. Even when the problem could not be resolved they replaced my pressure washer with a newer model. Great customer service and I would recommend to everyone.
