Very clean and all the equipment is brand new. They also only charge you for the time you use the equipment, not the time spent parked in the bay. So it gives you a chance to wipe down the interior on a cold day (if you don't have a garage).

Place was clean and not many vehicles, but the foam brush was worn out and thin, didn't clean off the road film very well and the tricolor nozzle spit the whole time I used it, tried 2 separate times but it wouldn't keep a steady stream using more time and didn't get very even coverage! I was in bay 1 right by the office! Used the fire hose after pressure washing soap off to flood the remaining soaps off, and it still somehow stayed on leaving soap to slide down the sides of my vehicle! Never had this problem with other car washes! Came to mudders because of long lines at the other drive in wash facilities

I have tried lots of car washes before this one is the best. I drive Nissan Murano there are some some spots automatic car wash can't spray. So I have to manually clean those spots until I tied Mudders. I tried their soft touch wash ($17), it did a good job and my car was sparkling clean. Prices could be cheaper. I know it's bit expensive but it's worth the money.

I will only be washing my vehicle here from now on. Excellent car wash backed but people who care. The two young gentleman that helped me were super friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. They explained how the car wash worked, gave me some tips and offered help. They were also working/cleaning stalls and asking other clients if they needed assistance. They heard we were from out of town and at a hockey tournament and gave my son stickers and water tattoos to give to his teammates. I highly recommend Mudders!

Great big bays which was nice. The coin wash seemed like a bit of a RIP off though. $2 for a minute and a half! The electronic screens were cumbersome and I wasted most of my time trying to find the right buttons. Maybe it's better if you use a credit card or debit but I wouldn't recommend using coin here.

Honestly probably THE best car wash in red deer, in both wand and auto wash aspects. The auto wash works amazing for if you just want it done quickly and need your car clean. The wand wash again, is fantastic! Hardly ever any hiccups with their chemicals & entire process. They're entirely okay with you staying in the bays for an extra minute or two after you're done to dry your car, something none of the other bay washes in red deer will typically allow. The guys there are friendly, and they really take care of their wash bays. The only complaint I have is that the tri-colour polish seems to always have issues, regardless of what bay you're in. Every now and then it will somewhat work, but overall it just sputters and hardly dispenses anything which is a bit of a letdown. But overall still an amazing facility and I will definitely keep coming here to wash my car!

Been a few times now. There just isn’t another car wash like it. The bays are the cleanest, the biggest and have all the best tools. The water is steaming hot, the pay system is wicked. Shane is great, came over to make sure we knew about the system and told us about some wicked things Mudders offers. He came back and gave me a hand shining up my ride showing me a new drying tool. After going here the others just seem like they aren’t even trying. Loyal to mudders now.

Amazing car wash!! Clean, new and Ultra Friendly!! Best in Central Alberta!! Drove in today and got an automatic soft touch car wash with my ridiculously dirty suv. After the wash there was still some dirt on the back liftgate, which I’m not surprised given how thick the dirt was, definitely not the machines fault. I went in to talk to the attendant about it and they asked me to pull into the wand wash where another attendant went around and rinsed my entire vehicle for me!!! Even found some dirt in the wheel wells that didn’t get cleaned and she took care of that for me too. If that’s not true customer service I don’t know what is!!! This place needs to be your go to Car Wash in Red Deer!!

Bad experience. Literally everything was broken/dirty and the electronics were glitching. I've been here twice, between the span of about 8 months, and had the same experience both times. If you're looking for a quick, easy experience, to simply wash your car, best go with another car wash rather than this pseudo-futuristic car wash. The only positive experience for me were the employees. They seemed to bend over backwards to help me and several other customers having issues, and I'll give them that. Seems like the owner is just too cheap to pay for any new equipment/cleaning tools. The one star I'm giving is for the great employees.

Pretty good wash. However, it is kinda far out of the way. Even with the "pay for what you use" price structure, youll still spend more than the wand washes in town. My biggest issues with the wash are that the spray pattern in the bays is relatively narrow compared to other washes which makes it take a lot longer to cover the surface area of your car. And then this combines with a really low pressure on the spot free rinse to make it also take forever to effectively use the spot free rinse. I guess its good for making them money, but its almost painful to sit there spending way more time than most car washes to just spray and rinse off your car. I would recommend this wash if your doing a bigger, more focused clean like interior shampooing as they are the only car wash in Red Deer to offer a wet vac with shampoo and dont charge you as soon as you get in the door. As far as everyday maintenance washes are concerned, it's not really worth the time or money to drive out here and pay the relatively high price per minute. Many places in town are still under a dollar per minute, have a wider spray pattern, and a lot better pressure on the spot free rinse which all means that you can finish your wash quicker and get out spending less money than you would at Mudders, regardless of whether you're being charged at the door or not.

TOTAL RIPOFF. $20.00 for the sani dump and they have NO WATER to wash out your hose. They didnt tell me that untill after I paid and they wouldnt give me a refund when I told them I will pass on the dump. The guy said I'll bring out a holding tank for me to use BUT I HAD TO USE LONNIES TO OPERATE IT. FREAKEN CROOKS.

I pulled into one of the RV bays, it was absolutely filthy! Tonnes of grit and grime on the floor and very little soap on the soap setting when using the wand. I wanted to do a major wash and scrub on the SUV and Trailer but noticed quickly I wasn't going to get it that clean here. I talked to someone in the office he didn't seem to care much. I feel like I wasted my time and money here.

Car wash is okay. I've been coming for around 6 months because this is the only self serve car wash with that triple color polish but it never works! I was told that it's being fixed but months later it's still cutting out all the time and last time I came it was all watery and stained parts of my car. I wish it worked :/

The guy behind the counter offered to wash it for me in the wand wash for the same price. I pull in and another gentleman wand washed my truck. It was the OWNER! And he gave me a free hat. We had a situation and required a wash bay for longer then what most they helped in every way they could and the wah bays were spotless before we started there were 4 vehicle which came and went while we did our thing.... They cleaned those Bay quicker then I have seen any car wash clean a bay .. Best cleaning system also and fair value for the time vs cost

I was at the car wash today at 4 pm to wash my truck. There was only one other truck in the car wash at the same time. I used the pre soak option which barley had any soap properties at all. I then used the high pressure soap which again hardly delivered any soap. The high pressure soap also only dispensed cold water which does not wash any type of dirt or grime from a vehicle. I used the high pressure rinse that actually worked. Lastly used the spot free rinse. After about 3 minutes into using the spot free rinse the wash gun shot out a soapy product which now needed to be rinsed again. I rinsed my truck again, Then used the spot free since again. When I left the car wash and the water was allowed to blow off and dry on the highway it left the truck full of spots. Obviously this spot free system does not work. The bill came to $30 which is significantly higher than other car washes that I use in Red Deer that provide a much better car wash experience. Needless to say I was not impressed. I will also note that this is not the first time I have had this exact experience at Mudders.

I took my car to Mudder's for a detailing as I had a very unfortunate result when my car was broken into resulting a terrible odor in the car. They got my car in immediately and went above and beyond by giving me a ride to work and picking me up afterwards. The car looks and smells great and their pricing was extremely competitive. Disappointed in the auto wash. Went through the wash and the vehicle wasn't much better than before it didn't even wash all the soap off. Went into the bay barn after to get it clean and many of the functions were not working well. Tried to use the tri polish and it kept cutting out as did the soap they were just spraying water. Don't feel it was value for money.

Made my credit card go over limit and then took almost 2 weeks to give me my money back. The wash it's self is ridiculously expensive. The bays are nice and big and the location is convenient, but every time I drive away swearing I'll never be back. They are more expensive than other car washes in the area, their water is inconsistent, and their spot free is garbage. The drive-thru isn't much better, unless you don't mind the back staying dirty and driving away with suds running down the sides of your vehicle. So much potential to be a great car wash but not so much right now.
