I got my Chevy sonic washed and detailed this morning and it turned out amazing!!! I brought it to trade in at the dealership and got to dollar for my trade. I'm convinced it was because it was so clean. The staff was very friendly, they were quick and even waived the charge to remove the stickers from my back window! I will continue to go see them with my new vehicle! Plus the lemon scent is amazing!!!

Horrible Experience... Brought our 2017 F150 in to have the interior and exterior cleaned $90)... When we picked it up the entire Clear coat paintjob was Scratched (you could see the swirl marks through the entire Trucks exterior) they told us they didn't do it but that to try to fix it they would only charge us $100 for a power polish (regular $260)... We had the power polish done which fixed nothing and ended up with additional damage to the rearview window (2 large scratches in tint) ... They ended up telling us we had to pay or call rcmp because they do not carry their own Insurance for their own Damages... So cost us $190 and still have a completely damaged Paint Job and Window... Dont risk your vehicle taking it here as their process does damage and then they charge you to try to "fix" their own Damage!!!

Hey! So I went to Lazerwash yesterday to have my vehicle detailed. About a week earlier on the phone, after identifying my vehicle make/model, I was told a price and that it would look like new! (I'm a realist, a 2008 will never look like new, but I appreciated her enthusiasm to at least try). Upon arrival she asked to come see the vehicle. Suddenly...my vehicle became a full size suv, instead of a crossover sized, add $30, then when she noticed a VERY small patch of dog hair (where the blanket I used to protect the seat would shift) she told me that would be another $30 (I could clean this in 10 minutes, had she mentioned the extra charge on our initial call I would have). When I asked her about the thoroughness of the job she said they would clean everywhere their hands could fit (and she actually gave me a visual with this as though I may have difficulty with the concept)...but it wouldn't look like new. I was very unimpressed with her failure to follow through on her initial marketing strategy, so I mulled it over a little, asked an incoming customer about his satisfaction with their work and decided I would do it. She then started ringing up my bill. I told her that I would not pay in advance for this type of service, so that if there was any concerns she would be motivated to assist me in rectifying them (what is this bullshit new trend to pay for service before it is provided, like who is going to pay for their dinner before it is eaten!). So anyway...she told me that I made her nervous and that she would not clean the car. Which was fine by me as I did not like her manner nor her shady dealing on the cost of the job and I prefer not to give my money to people such as this. I would not recommend this business if you are a service oriented individual, if you expect to get what you were sold on or if you believe that a business should behave as though you are doing them a favor...not the other way around.

I wanted to treat a friend by having his car washed & detailed. I thought all in all the job was well done at an affordable cost. The only negative I found was the truck in front of me had the deluxe package which involved additional detailing. Hence I had to wait longer for my car to be done as there is only one bay for vehicles to go through.

Wow! $60 and it's clean as ever! I watched 4 people vacuum and wipe the entire inside including windows. Then 3 people HAND WASHED the outside .Then as if it wasn't clean enough, they put it through a robowash where it got washed again .Then hand dried,including all the door jams AND they washed the windows again! Unbelievable! Great job!

I have told how good and inexpensive Lazer Wash is for getting a vehicle detailed so I thought I would give them a try....was not disappointed! I went for the Express Detailing Ultimate Wash package and when I got my vehicle back it looked almost new!! For the price and time it takes it is worth the money! Highly recommend!!!

Get a bottle of car cleaner and a half hour = the same job they do but you will save 100. Not recommended. They put a protectant over the dirt in my car not i have to scrub my cars inside and clean it my self.

Great cleaning of my car both interior and exterior. The total cost was about $70 bucks with a trunk cleaning and both floor mats. The whole process took a little over an hour and the car looks fantastic. It is on a first come first serve basis and sure beats doing it yourself.

I went for the ultimate wash. They do an ok job of the interior, not bad but not great. The exterior is just a machine wash and doesn't get everything clean. It cost $90 and in my opinion was ok, but just ok, nothing more.

Above and Beyond !! Completely impressed, I showed up 10mins before they closed on a Friday night -30c outside fully expecting them to say they were closing in a few mins. But no they didn’t hesitate tackling my full size SUV, didn’t rush and spent over an hour on it before returning it to me in spotless conditions. Blown away The icing on the cake was the price, very reasonable. Thank you so much !!

My van looks and smells like brand new and it was a HUGE mess when I brought it in! My kids do a number on it, there was dirt, food, and garbage all through it and tones of pet hair too. Took my truck in awhile ago and asked to have the exterior washed and the tires cleaned really well and the chrome nicely cleaned. Came out and they sprayed the tires with some kind of tire dressing foam but didn't clean the rims or tires! Still insects stuck all over the chrome. $40 + and I went to another car wash in town to wash it the way I had asked at Lazer. I will never go back.

They got scratch on my Mercedes with their filthy towel they use to clean the car. When I asked them about that they said it was already there. And finished my car as soon as possible. The management has been changed. The new ones are very rude and arrogant. I was not happy with the clean which I paid 85$ for and I brought into there attention, the young girl started a fight. And the owner was standing right next to her and didn't do anything about it. Very poor service. it's not worth your money or time. I suppose the good reviews are posted by there own people. Be careful. There is car wash across Mikasa. Which bit expensive but 100%better than this guy's.

Previous owner used to charge me extra for everything, but new owners are so nice and always willing to do more than what you paid for. They treat your vehicle like their own! More than perfect in service and price for sure.

Awesome place! I have a dog and they managed to get all the hair out of my car. Polished everything right down to the wheels. Car looks brand new. They're way better priced then any other place in Red Deer and alot of people will say you get what you paid for but these guys care about what they do and make sure the job gets done like the professionals they are. Mad respect for these guys will definitely come here everytime I'm feeling lazy and dont want clean up after myself. Great Job guys!!
