I had just purchased a new vehicle with an absolutely disgusting cloth interior(it was a good deal) and they made it look absolutely brand new. I had never had a detail done before and this one was by far an amazing first experience. Car looks brand new I couldn't beleive my eyes. Excellent customer service and impeccable workmanship. My vehicle is 7 years old and shows like new now! My back up camera wasn't working properly prior to the drop off. I got a courtesy call noting the malfunction and since the thorough cleaning the back up cam has been working just fine. Nice added bonus. Communication was great, price was reasonable. Not going to lie I was concerned when I seen the shop it was kind of scary not organized and dirty looking, but my car which is white with light tan and black leather interior was beyond spotless when I picked it up. I am a perfectionist and there was one little spot that was not to my standards and they were great and said bring it right back. And great price. I have never had my car detailed and I will defiantly be going back.

I didn’t even get my car detailed there, the service beforehand was so brutal. I called on Sat. and the guy answered. I could barely hear a single thing he was saying the background noise was so loud. He said to come Monday @ 9am, asked for my phone number, and hung up. I show up Monday at 9am. Lo and behold the guy that supposed to detail my car isn’t there yet. They don’t have an office space or anything, so one of the other detailers gave the guy a call and he said that he’ll be 10 minutes. After 10 minutes I decide to call elsewhere. I had enough time to make a whole other appointment else where before the guy showed up. Mudders Wash got me in sane day at 10:30 am, gave me pricing and options over the phone, gave me a ride to work and have overall been 110% better.

My car looked nice and shiny when I picked it up, but upon further inspection there were water streaks on the sides and the back bumper was particularly untouched. The next morning my battery was dead, they'd left both visor mirror lights on. So disappointed.

I will not be going anymore to this place. Gave my van for full detailing. The owner was so nice to deal with but I am very unhappy at the service. The entire windshield was so oily from inside and outside. I received the vehicle back with a damaged door. The owner tried to fix it but I had to take it to the dealer. Sent an email to the owner with my concerns but he never responded. So disappointed.

Absolutely the best detailer I have ever been to. I have a 2015 Ford Edge ( titanium) and it came out looking better than brand new. I got the full package inside and outside of my car done for such a reasonable price. I also have a mini Australian shepherd who rides shot gun all the time with me so there was a lot of pet hair imbedded in my carpets and J Force got every single hair out. Very professional company with top notch quality service. Will definitely be returning and referring everyone who’s in the market for a good detailer to them!! I can not believe they call themselves a Detail shop.Took my vehicle back 4 times to clean things they missed .Was told they could get the water stains out of the head liner and Stains in seat and carpet They did not .Windows dirty I was supposed to bring my vehicle back the fifth time.l am so frustrated l cant even look at the people that work there.l even gave a 20 dollar tip before l looked at the vehicle. Waist of time and money.Not only that l was told one day to do it they kept it for 2 days.

Amazing job! We were scheduled in with super short notice! The car was very dirty when we handed it in as it was used mainly for transporting to and from work, getting dirty with paint and grime. When we got it back it looked even NICER than brand new! Coffee spills between the seat and middle consoles were completely removed! Every little crevice was cleaned! Super friendly as well! :)

I took my Tribeca Subaru in for a complete interior detailing including the engine. I dropped it off last Friday morning and picked it up as promised in the late afternoon. Jay advised me to take it home and open the doors and windows to let the carpet finish drying. I did this outside for a few hours both Friday and Saturday and left it open in the garage overnight. My car has always been treated very well but now it is like brand new again. The leather treatment was amazing. The guys did a fantastic job and washed and polished the exterior for me as well. We'll be taking the Dodge in next spring for detailing too. Thanks Guys!!
