Excellent Detailing needs to change their name to Most Excellent Detailing. Hands down the very best auto detailing I've ever had. My truck went in looking dirty, grimy and not smelling so great. It came out looking like the truck I drove off the lot (in fact I think it was cleaner when Zaki was done with it). Also the customer service was fantastic. Zaki took great care in ensuring I left happy. It was clear that he took his time and cared about the work he was doing. The pricing was extremely reasonable, in fact, I kind of felt bad that I wasn't paying more! Zaki is an auto-detailing magician, the best in town, province and country. I will definately be a repeat customer!

I wanted to get my girlfriends car cleaned after she quit smoking as a surprise so that it didn't smell like smoke anymore (1 less trigger for her) and I was so impressed with how well Zaki got this car sparkling! The seats had had a few accidental coffee spills on them over the years and some "extra" usual stains and dirt (kids can be messy lol) so I was very surprised to see how clean the whole car came back! Not only that, but I was kept in contact during the process with low-pressure suggestions on what probably should be done as well. The shuttle service topped it all off. I highly recommend this companys' services. Thanks Zaki!

WOW! Just purchased a new to me Beamer and it was gross inside from the previous owner. Sand, dog hair, you name it. . Called Zaki and he said no problem. Brought the car in and he was ready & waiting first think in the morning. Even gave me a ride to work. Car looks & smells brand new inside. Amazing. Defiantly recommend.

TERRIBLE! AVOID!! I booked my interior detail. I was quoted approx 150 on the phone (fine by me) when I got there they told my husband I did not reply to the text they sent so they took another appointment and wanted our truck overnight. For context, the text literally said "Good evening . it is a reminder from Exellent Dtailing your appointment is Tomorrow at 12:30am????" first of all it was 1230PM not AM but regardless. What exactly was I supposed to respond? It did not ask to confirm. Then the man stated it would be $250 instead of the $150 quote due to dog hair. There is some dog hair but come on not to the extent they are stating. Absolutely horrendous service. Would never recommend. Should have booked in SYLVAN as was recommended by many at a better business. I could go on but just save yourself and book elsewhere. Pictures of the text AND my vehicle that's not $250 dirty. We don't event have carpets. I suppose it's very hard to remove plastic mats and wash them?
