Rock chips on hood repaired, but not filled in flush with existing paint. l believed the chips would be filled in and buffed off. My fault for not asking. Don't make my mistake, ask. Bill was 30% more than quoted, and I was not called to approve the added expense.

Spoke with Mark. Showed up for my appointment when no one was there. Went back a second time inquiring about some Other paint touch ups, I asked how it would look after, and in his words “Look at it from a distance. If I grabbed you by the scruff of your neck and pushed your face into it, you’ll be able to see it isn’t perfect.” Yikes.

Brought my vehicle in with the smart program. (Purchased with my vehicle covering minor damages) vehicle was brought In with many minor scratches and imperfections. All of which were handled with amazing results. The paint looks brand new and I have no complaints with the service or results. Mark was amazing to deal with and the service was very fast.

Mark at color tech has repaired my passenger front and rear fenders back to factory condition. A multi step cut and polish was completed on the whole truck and I’m very happy with the results. I took my vehicle to Mark 3 times, totally satisfied each time. My husband took his 8 year old Ford truck to Mark for rust and paint work on the bumpers. Again, totally satisfied ... looks like factory. All work was done as promised and on time. If the need arises, we'll go back to Mark. He does an outstanding job !

Recently I had taken my sports car to Mark and Dex at Color Tech. Firstly I must say that they were able to accommodate my schedule and work to have the car completed in time for the summer driving season. My vehicle, a convertible required some remedial paint work and polishing. I dropped off my vehicle on Wednesday afternoon and they had arranged to keep the vehicle till Monday. On Saturday, I received a message saying that it was ready to go ahead of time. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle I was amazed how fantastic the car looked, Other detail / paint facilities would have recommended removing the Factory paint and refinishing to renew the vehicle's appearance. Why would I do that? ?The car has showroom appearance and the service was exceptional. Thanks for a job well done!

Mark and Dexter did an amazing job on my paint repairs. I was nervous because I have a black truck and it shows everything. Mark was patient, professional and efficient. The truck turned out amazing.

My black truck was over-sprayed with a mist of white paint. Took it to Color Tech and they went over what they would do and what to expect. They did a cut polish and headlight polish, ans they did not disappoint. The truck paint looks brand new again.
