The carwash malfunctioned, with the Wash arm stuck and not moving part way through the wash cycle. It then quit and left soap residue on much of my vehicle. Had to take it to the other touchless car wash on 15th to wash the soap off. When it works, it does an ok job, but this is not the first time Magic Wash Touchless has failed to complete the cycle.

Worst service ever. The owner is a joker. Not a serious business man. Firstly they are impossible to contact, the phone number attached to this business doesn't work. Try calling them and see. So you have email then,also the guy doesn't respond to any communication. Messaging the FB account also doesn't work coz apparently he doesn't check that either. He doesn't respond to any of the many MANY poor reviews he has. There are no staff on site either which is a joke, I was there during business hours and it was a ghost town. Went for a car wash,entered the was area, nothing happened. Then the voice on the speaker says the wash is complete. Please exit. 20$ thrown down the toilet. Gone. My hard earned money stolen by this clowns business. Tried calling, emailing and Facebook. No response. Do yourselves a favour guys, avoid this dump.

I like the fact you just drive up and enter your card press option of wash and enter the dryer end is cool so your car do not have frozen ice as you drive away.

Great experience. I paid for my wash and then I took a little too long scrubbing the bugs off the front of the vehicle. The wash then disabled lol. I called the number provided on Google and the Gentlemen was so kind and gave me a complimentary code to access the wash so I didn't have to pay for another one. Thank you so much, I will be sure to use this wash everytime I return to Prince George:). Happy customer.

I came for the first time with my husband and my experience was pretty bad infact worst i would say.. we were sitting inside and talking about the process and expecting our car would look amazing.. we directly came home after the wash and saw our car had all white spots or marks, usually can notice when the wash isn’t done properly... we had to wipe it off throughly TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!

The owner greeted me as I pulled up and once inside he was cleaning off the side of my vehicle with a soft bristle brush in between the auto Matic car Wash cycles, and cleaning I've off of the roof and such. You can tell he is appreciative of his customers and I felt that from start to finish, when he personally dried off my mirrors and windows , and said a good bye. If you need your vehicle washed, I'd definitely head over there :)

Locally owned and won't go to any other car wash. It does a fantastic job. Recently I had an issue where the system did a reboot late at night after paying for a car wash and I never ended up getting my car wash and had to pay again when the system reboot. I got in touch with the owner who got me to meet him at the car wash and for the inconvenience he gave me a free car wash when I showed up and a gift card for another car wash as well as a shammy towel to dry my mirrors and door weather stripping. Great guy and with how professional the owner is and how good the car wash is I highly recommend this car wash.

Recommended? No. Good: - Traffic flow is nice - Automated panels are easy to use Bad: - leaves hard water spots on the vehicle - 1 sided spray nozzle - doesn't clean as well as other car washes I've been to in town - Did not like getting my car brushed by someone in a "touchless" car wash. - bit expensive I've been to this car wash twice and both times I left dissatisfied that there were many visible spots that didn't come out. They need a better spray system and to soften their water better, the hard water is causing mineral spots after the water dries.

This car wash is definitely our favorite one in town, my kids love the disco lights and bill is such a nice guy. I would recommend this car wash to anyone looking to get the job done having the exterior of the vehicle clean and shiny. ????

The wash just does not do a very good job at all and my truck was not very dirty. It was hard to tell that it even went through the carwash. There is probably a reason the there is a soup bucket and mop prior to entering the wash. Also did the highest price wash.

Went there and paid 13 bucks for the wash. All it did was put some soap over it and the fans turned on. No rinse at all. Waste of money. Do not use this car wash.

magic wash Prince George is a great company to do business with. great wash on the car and the owner bill was incredible to deal with(sent me through a loaded wash on the house). I strongly suggest Magic Car Wash on 5th and carney. I am not family or a friend but i will continue to bring my vehicles to magic wash.
