This car wash has everything you need, from a rinse soap wax and extra. The most convenient is the $10 for 10 mins. They also have vacuums to get all the inside too. Although on the first attempt the vacuum machine ate my loonie so beware lol.

We just brought my boyfriend Chevy Cruze in, which was quite dirty and had a spot in the back where our pup had gotten sick, and all I can say is WOW! Amazing job, the car looked brand new. We are absolutely so happy with the results and will likely be bringing it for regular cleanings, great pricing and amazing job!!

Having recently moved to the Welland / Niagara region and purchased a secondary car for wintertime we wanted to get it cleaned up before the season hit. My dealings with the owner over the phone were exceptional in terms of timing and them being accommodating to our schedule. Salal made promises to take the 20 yr old Volvo and make it like new ~ a tall order... only time would tell until I came in to pick it up. After 4-5 good hours with Southside; the car was in immaculate condition and fully scrubbed from head to toe with no corner left unturned. We were so impressed with the work, we brought in our Acura the very same week for a full exterior brush up before winter ensues. What a pleasure it is to now know that after each season and for general maintenance washes etc we will have such a reliable and detail oriented business close by to our new home in the region. Thank you everyone at Southside ... we will be highly recommending and keep coming back as needed !!

They were finishing one car as I arrived. I had my interior wash before He showed me the work he had done. I was a bit apprehensive since I had stuff stashed in my trunk. He took care of it. Not to worry he said. It took about an hour and everything looked clean and fresh. I was very pleased. I will certainly recommend them. They did a wonderful job.

Very friendly service, honest. Did an amazing job on our Ford F150. Hand waxed, cleaned engine and was able to get all of the dog hair out of the interior. I couldn’t be more pleased with the job they did. Truck is now in show room condition, looks like a brand new truck. Thank you Southside! Will definitely be returning and recommending.

It's a typical do it yourself car wash. The price has gone up from $3.00 to $4.00 per use of the power washer or car wash brush with soap. The $4.00 gets you a few minutes of time.

Horrible service, I booked a appointment for Tuesday morning at 10am and there was no employees present. I called the owner and he told me that I have to reschedule for the next day! They completed the detail job the next day which was horrible, the stains was still on the car and I the headliner, when I asked about that he told told me that the headliner would be extra? I paid for the ultimate package and engine cleaning which was a complete joke, the engine looked the exact same as how I brought it in. I don’t recommend this business to anyone! Horrible waste of 220 bucks

I just want to say that I was so amazed and happy when I picked up my vehicle today from Southside Car Wash & Detailing!! My car looked brand new like it was off the lot. I originally had my scheduled appointment for Sunday morning but due to unforeseen circumstances the owner had contacted me earlier on before my appointment to give me a heads up, which I appreciated the communication so much and even accommodated me for the next day on whichever time worked for me. I recently just moved here and I was looking around for a place to get my vehicle detailed for I am so picky and particular about the cleaning. Great customer service and they were kind and patient as well. So glad I went with them as my choice! Exceptional! I will definitely be a regular and will be recommending them to friends & family!

The work I had done here today was fast, meticulous, and VERY convenient. Having nobody else to turn to on a Saturday, Southside was available when I was in a pinch! I'll be honest, before today I had never heard of them, but the impression that they left on me is going to have me returning any time I require their skillset. I even had a good hour or so after the work was done just to chat with the owner, and not only did I have a good professional experience, but I also made a great connection. 10/10! Pathetic!! I had an appointment to get their most expensive detailing done on my car! I was at the location 15 minutes before my appointment and waited ten minutes past my time! No one from the company showed up or called me to inform me of a change in my appointment! I phoned the numbers on the sign n on the website and no answer, I couldn’t even leave a message! PATHETIC

Honestly my car was so bad, they did a wonderful job this last Friday. Was able to squeeze me in so it fit around my work schedule. Took exactly how long they predicted. Since it fall I had a lot of hay in my car from the pumpkin patch and they did so good you wouldn't even know I had hap stacks and corn stacks in my car. Smelt so clean and fresh when done, and they got all the dead bugs I've killed off the front of my car. Mind you they also cleaned my engine. Woo. Will go back every year

Brought my car in absolutely covered inside and out with mud, cat hair, and dirt from a mountain biking trip in the rain, a true mission to clean. I would like to give a huge shoutout to sam. I brought my car into him. He went above and beyond. He is a hard working man. I choose him cause he explained to me in detail what his process is. I called around to the other places and I choose him even tho it wasn’t the dates I wanted. I’m so happy I went with him. Wow I’m so impressed at his attention to detail and I even learned where the paint codes are for a paint touch up ( I had some rust spots) I definitely wouldn’t go to any other guy. I will post photos of his work.!! 2022 needs a clean car!! Highly recommended!!! The car has never been so clean!! He gave me his word and he stood by it, I can’t thank him enough!! Treated my CRV to an epic detailing job today at Southside Auto Detailing and they did an incredible job! I seriously can not say enough about these guys, there customer service was top notch! Got me in right away, had my car ready in under 3 hours and were even kind enough to give me shuttle service for a small fee! The price for the top package was unbeatable in Niagara too! My car looks and smells brand spankin new! There location is a bit hidden off the main road and I believe in supporting local small businesses with awesome owners like these guys. Hands down best auto detailing place I have been. My son got his first car and we could not believe how dirty it was. It was so bad that I was ready to walk away from the deal. We read customer reviews on car detailing shops and Southside came on top so we dropped it there. After we picked it up from Southside, it looked like a different car. I'm serious. I don't know what magic they used to remove large stains that had penetrated the seats and the interior lining. Totally impressed and price cannot be beat for the quality of service. They have the tools, the skills and the dedication. When they say "You'll be very happy with the result" it's not a sales pitch, it's the truth because they deliver. Before taking the car to Southside, we were planning on getting seat covers. Well, scratch that: no need for seat covers. We cannot believe the seats came back so well and the ceiling looks like new. Totally impressed. I only regret not having made pictures of before and after. If you want you car to look new again, look no further. This is the place.
