Will be ordering more from these guys whenever i need new detailing items. Items were shipped very quick and at my door within 2 days. The tornado MF cloths are also amazing, very soft and by far the best MF i have ever used. There was one MF missing from my order. I called Eshine and the rep was VERY professional and a pleasure to deal with. The new item was sent out within 30 min. This company has great products and great business etiquette. I will be ordering again very soon.

You just can't beat this place if you own a vehicle. Only the best high-end stuff here to protect and restore every single part of your car, truck, camper, RV, atv, tractor....if you can think of it, they'll have even more options. If you're a first time customer, ask for help unless you have done your homework and know what you're looking for. Prepare to spend money, but it's completely true, you get what you pay for. $15 from something from Canadian Tire that washes off after a few rains, or $30 for something that last like they claim 6 months to a year.

Purchased a mytee machine from them online. So after 10 years of detailing experience ( here's were it gets fun). The machines vaccum motor quit after 2 weeks. Tryed to email eshine.. had to email multiple time before a response. Called mytee directly. They said contact eshine. So after all the run around. I purchased a new vaccum motor because I can't be without machine. I get the standard response that it was my faults for not using machine correct.... Um ok.. sure. New motor comes in. And the old motor( new with purchase) housing was cracked with cable ties holding it together. New motor from mytee.... No cable ties or cracked housing. Also mytee asked for motor from machine because they believe it's was rebuilt. This company is well known for its lack of customer service after I called around to multiple dealers trying to find a motor. Sell it and tell you your out of luck. Buyer beware...... Beware of this store !!! Ordered 3 CarPro stuff on August 12 2019. One of them (leather coating) already expired. Also the spray cap they give doesn’t fit the bottle. Absolutely disappointed. Do they never check their stuff before ship them out ? By the way I am huge fan of CarPro. When I open it and use it , it smell so bad since I have been testing many CarPro stuff. Then I noticed it was expired.

Took advantage of their 15% sale over the weekend as well as the 50% off on 'scratch and dent products' which are essentially brand new products and are a complete steal so do not hesitate to buy them. For some odd reason even though my order for all this was over 150$, I did not get free shipping, I emailed them asking why this happened and immediately they offered to reimburse my shipping fee in loyalty points which always comes in handy. BTW their loyalty program is fantastic, it allows you to collect points with every dollar you spend and save $$ on future invoices. Great work guys! Great selection of professional products!
