Bill Nicholls 3 reviews·13 photos New Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Lloyd from Paul’s attended my Yukon Denali immediately when I contacted him about a shredded serpentine belt leaving my family stranded. He came to my vehicle that was sitting at a repair bay door at Canadian Tire store in Bloomfield. Canadian Tire service reported they could not fix my engine even after I had purchased the new serpentine belt from them. Lloyd brought a booster box with him to start the engine; the battery had drained because the alternator was not running to recharge it because of the shredded belt. His repair was quick, thorough, and professional even checking other fluid levels, and did a diagnostic on the on-board computer to ensure there were no other impending issues. His service was worth much more to me than he charged and I would highly recommend his business to anyone. It is nice knowing there are mechanics who do take their work seriously and ensure a customers safety and satisfaction. Thank you Lloyd. We are in PEC at our trailer. My wifes van broke down. No idea what was wrong. Not ever being to a garage here we looked it up online and Paul's had great reviews. So we called them and had the van towed in. Loyd was fantastic, he fit us in and got the van back on the road. Texting us with updates and beyond friendly and very responsive to texts and calls. Being from out of town they easily could have taken advantage of us. I looked up the price of the repair and they came in under it. I can not thank them enough for everything. I will definitely go back if I need a mechanic and recommend them to anyone.

Lloyd is a straight-shooter. The shop as a whole is very good at what they do. At the end of the day the work just needs to be done but if you can book your car in at Pauls Mechanical you should.
