First time going to Krown. Very friendly staff and quite knowledgable. The process was explained in detail and also what would happen afterwards, like little noises we might hear from things being sprayed. Definitely will go back for all my undercoatings.

All was well until paying and the manager Max demanded my address. Stating ‘don’t argue with me you have to give me your address’ and stated it’s a ministry requirement - for rust proofing!?? It’s actually to send service reminders via mail - it was not ok to refuse this and I was made very uncomfortable - abysmal and bizarre treatment at this location.

THE PLACE to take you car for yearly rust proofing. I've been bringing in my current vehicle, a 2014 Charger, every fall for the last 8 years, and it's been through every winter. No rust, and it still looks great underneath and all around the outside. Free carwash as a bonus addon! Nice friendly gent that always works the counter, and has some funny jokes to tell.

Friendly customer service, downside that one of my sensors in my Ford was hit with oil and had a back and forth issues between dealership and Krown. Make sure, if you have a newer vehicle that you ask if you will have sensor issues after the undercoating.

My cars through the years have been rustproofed by Krown, at 3 different locations (Alliston, Whitby and Peterborough), depending upon where I lived. My previous car, a 2000 Chevy Monte Carlo, lasted 18 yrs without any rust. I have had nothing but good service from all Krown dealers. I have been coming to the Peterborough location for the last two applications and have found them to friendly, helpful and professional. i highly recommend Krown.

I've been going to this Krown now for about 6 years and I've always been treated well. Max who runs the show (front desk) has an amazing sense of humour that makes waiting for your car fun. A genuinely kind person who will brighten up your day, and go that extra mile. This year he made my birthday with a unique discount based on my many years coming there, it will never be forgotten. I wouldn't take my 2011 Subaru WRX anywhere else and it's still in great shape thanks to these guys.

Always friendly but also very busy. I had the last appointment of the day and it took an hour longer than expected. I would suggest trying to drop your vehicle off for the full day so that you're not waiting around. Or try undercoating in the spring.

Paid for complete rustproofing for my minivan. One month later my mechanic noticed a serious safety issue with the radiator support rusted out on one side. No mention made of this when I had the rustproofing done the month earlier. Buy at your own risk

Under coating rust proofing. Reasonable price and I have heard they are one of the best. I've used them for several new vehicles. Be aware the oil they use will drip for a few days. It can stain your driveway.

Difficult to review because the staff and the job they do is exellent, however i was able to watch 3 full episodes of family feud and some (1hour 40mins) before my car made it into the shop, made an appointment at 3 and was leaving at 5. I dont know if all undercoats take that long but they should atleast try to be a little more quick. Not exactly what i wanted to do with my afternoon, sit around and hang out at krown...

Called krown Peterborough today tried to get car sprayed got booked for next week. Short while later Max from crown called me back had a cancelation could I bring car in for 2:00 I said great I would be there. Dropped off car they did a fantastic job and had it ready later that afternoon. Unlike rust check when I picked up the car they had washed it cleaned the windows and put a paper mat down on floor to keep things clean. It's a pleasure doing business with people who give such great professional service. Thanks Max for the great service peterborough krown just earned a new customer for life what a difference in companies.
