Del Mastro have been terrific in providing me with an excellent service......sometimes on short notice but they have always done their best to fit me in. Their staff ranging from their Service Manager Stuart to their RV service mechanics like Josh, have been really helpful and seem to take a genuine interest in customer satisfaction! I can't say enough what a pleasure it is whenever I am dealing with Del Mastro RV!!

This review applies ONLY TO THE CARWASH, as I have never used any services here other than the automatic carwash. I find the wash the best of the automatic carwashes that I have visited in Peterborough, although there is room for improvement: They seem to have cut down the dry time - this used to be one of the main reasons I used Del Mastro Auto Spa, because the dry time was long and truly dried the car, compared to most carwash dryers. The dryer also starts too soon - while you are still waiting for the final sealant spray to finish .. thus wasting several seconds of valuable drying time before you even reach the dryer. For the past month the dryer has not been fully functioning - there is a part that drops down and raises as the car proceeds forward - that part has been stuck in the up position for the past month (two visits). While I don't have a "complaint" about it - the business could save themselves money and cut-down on waste by having sensors better detect car positions and not start spraying water or soap until over/around the car - the "tricolour' foam, in particular, sprays for a few seconds - and about 5 feet in front of the car - before it actually reaches the car ... this is all just wasted product.

Just used their car wash. They are getting old and over due for a face lift. But they do work very well. Can even use my debt/CC so u don't have to search for change.

Decent wash but you get what you pay for. The automated wash says under carriage blaster for underneath the car... Didn't see a spray manifold on the ground anywhere just side blasters

We went through the car wash and paid for the ultimate wash, and when we went in, the pre sprayer didn't go on, thr pre-soak soap just dripped on the top and front half of the passenger side. When the rinse came on it didn't wash all the dirt and soap off. The final sealant treatment dripped on and made a mess of what was left. The dryer hardly blows. Even to save a buck, I absolutely do NOT recommend this touchless wash. We went and waited in line elsewhere for a second car wash that day. Big waste of money.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! VERY RUDE ! THEY BROKE MY KITCHEN WINDOW BLIND AND THEY BLEW TWO 30 AMP FUSES AND LEFT ME THE EVIDENCE THEY ALSO SCRATCHED MY RV!!!! THESE CROOKS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!! IF I COULD RATE -100 I WOULD RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! I've been RVing for years and have dealt with many RV dealers and haven't been jerked around and ripped off like this before. First of all I called to see if they were able to fix my problem before bringing it in so I wouldn't be wasting my time. The guy on the phone said no problem and booked an appointment for two weeks later on a Monday morning. I let him know I had reservations to go camping on the Friday. He said no problem. So I took it in that Monday morning at 9:00 as they told me. When I got there about 6 people were all standing around in the store and I had to interrupt their conversation after standing there 5 minutes at the counter. The guy had no idea I was coming and said no problem and took me outside and asked hIs mechanic to come and have a look. The mechanic then asked me to put out my slide so he could check it over. He seemed confused and unsure of what he was doing but said he could fix the problem. At this time I felt uneasy but left it with them anyway. Thursday rolls around and I haven't heard anything from them. So I drive by the store as it was after hours to see if they had moved it yet. They had it in front of their garage with two slides open. Usually that wouldn't be a problem but since it was there to have the slide adjusted because water could get in with the slides open. The next day I go to pick it up and had to wait again for 5 minutes. And then another 15 minutes while the guy scrambled around trying to figure out what's going on with my RV. Then I find out they didn't even fix it. If that's not enough they send some kid out to tell me this along with some BS of why it wasn't fixed. And yes of course they charged me almost $100. Also when I went to hook up my RV the battery box was open with the lid on the ground and my power cable was hanging out in the mud. Then I noticed that they side swiped my RV into a mess of old branches that scratched my well kept one year old RV. Also if that's not enough when I returned home and looked inside they had blown two 30amp fuses and broke my kitchen window blind. I went in to ask for my money back and they sent out a rude salesman that pretty much laughed at me and was very rude and ignorant. I had to cancel my camping trip as there was rain in the weather forcast and lost over $300 because of these incompetent people. You've been warned folks. These guys are crooks that make up lies if they don't know how to fix something. also very careless with your property I finally got the RV fixed and it was a 15 minute job that was fixed on the spot at Mackenzie RV. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ANYWHERE BUT AT DEL MASTRO On a side note regarding the comment about the car wash that doesn't work. That's true the car wash is expensive and not very good

bought a new 20ft rv had a window leak ( not sealed proper from factory )took it back they not only fixed the window but they noticed the front decals were also not proper (from factory again ) they striped off old decals and replaced very happy with service dept

Great experience so far. (had given 5 stars) Honest answers, decent prices. Purchase experience good. Service experience, not so good. Contacted them in June asking help about the wiring on our battery. Sent a text to their cell (used when we were buying the trailer). No one contacted us. I called their main line and left a message. Again, no one got back to us. I guess when there's no money in it for them they just don't bother...

We can only speak for the RV side of this business and I use that word loosely. They have HANDS DOWN the worst customer service we have ever had in dealing with the purchase of a trailer. Please folks take your business elsewhere, these sales people don't follow up on sales tips and if your looking to buy a trailer you better make your decision in seconds or they will sell it under your nose with no courtesy calls etc. They are only interested in $$$ and don't care about the customer !!!

Great sales men and fast delivery when we bought a 38 ft camper. BUT when it comes to repairs…. Multiple phones calls and emails that never get answered. I’ve been told phone problems but work fine when I call them. I’m assuming I’ll here back when the warranty has run out. ????

The car wash has been in total disrepair for years. The head does not come down to dry your car after. Machine issues a receipt less than 50% of the time making it useless to anyone who would like to claim their car washes to an employer. Leave car wash with soap still on car wet and uncleaned. A complete disgrace they should be ashamed to charge. Save your money avoid

Terrible car wash. The outer rubber part of the hose was worn off and the braiding was exposed. Ended up cutting my finger and catching my clothing constantly. They hardly use any soap either. Vehicle comes out just as dirty as it was going in. Cheap but you get what you pay for.

Loved dealing with these guys over the years and even more so when I bought a new A-Frame from them to replace my old pop-up. Lots of good information, takes the time to walk you thru the units that you are interested in. Tries to ensure any accessories that you may desire are available for you. Fantastic people to deal with. They take their time with you and don't rush you. Would completely recommend this as a place to buy new, used, accessories and get repairs or updates done.

Del mastro RV on Lansdowne road is so close to everything. If I'm in trouble with my trailer they come out either fix it or or fix it enough to get back to their shop. Then they repair it. They're very prompt very fair very fair I wouldn't go anywhere else. TODAY I called them at 9 o'clockam. I'd like to get my winterizing done on my trader. I said I can have it in there today. The man from service said I will see you at 1 PM. You cannot get better service than that anywhere. They have a great team. At 1 PM they said would you please back your trailer up here. 2 young men jumped on it finished it in an hour. I feel very confident taking it to delmastro RV. I want my trailer in top shape and they see to that. Thank you for being there del mastro and team.
