Great experience with them but the only reason I am giving 4/5 is because when I originally called the salesman said he would call me back to schedule me in based on my availability but I never got the call. I ended up calling back and someone I was forgotten and didn't get an apology. However, I got put in a few weeks later and everything went smoothly. Downfall is not having my vehicle for 2 days and I didn't want to pay for a rental. The work on my vehicle was done perfectly, can't even tell anything was wrong at one point and my vehicle came back clean and smelling nice. Overall, great experience and would go to them again.

Myself and neighbour recently used your services and were very pleased with the results. I had a large dent in the front bumper which they economically repaired for me and touched up the paint matching exactly, plus they washed my vehicle ,beautiful.... and the neighbour had the unfortunate experience of a hit and run, damaging the entire front of the vehicle including the grill, headlights, bumper etc. again reasonably priced and she was extremely happy with results. Her "black beauty" is as new as she was before, thanks to CARLAW!!!

Update: Aug 2 2021 Unfortunately a 10 inch scratch occurred... Fortunately Corey and crew went to work and brought it back to new. Please take note of ,"the honesty".Since they did not need to take all the steps needed in the repair,once they got down to work,the end cost was actually %10 less($200) than what was quoted. In addition, I had a small concern with the finish in a few places, but it was quickly corrected by Matt,the detailer. best that you can get, thanks Corey! Right on,over the top with icing on the cake,na car. I couldn't be more pleased,satisfied with the work Corey and crew did on repairing my '75 Duster. I must say Corey spent considerable extra time with me on the phone and through emails to perfect this car so it was much nicer than when it arrived at Carlaws. The work was both body and mechanical(at Fitzsimmons Repair,top notch). A lot of work was done. Corey was so good in explaining each step and was always open to my input. It did take a little over 3 months which really bummed me out.But, I must agree with what Corey would say,"you won't remember the time it took waiting,but you will always remember how the end product looks." So right. Other than a few little tweaks,I couldn't be more happy with the end result. Relocated the battery from engine bay to trunk-very good suggestion and work completed by Carlaw. This allowed for the proper rad to be installed,again a great suggestion By Cory. They also went beyond the call by removing excess grease that was used for undercoating when I bought the car.(not finding any droplets on the driveway). I get many compliments about the paint job often asking who did it.I even had lady,outside a large store, clapping her hands with how beautiful it looked. Thanks all. Couldn't have been better done in Peterborough,Ontario or Canada !

My experience never changed from this point on. All of my needs were taken care of by the entire staff, with no hassles or worries through out the entire process. I was even called daily approaching the expected date of completion, and given updates. I appreciate the labour they completed as it was beyond my expectations, and their customer service was to a standard I have never seen before. I would highly recommend this business. I took my car in and explained what the situation was. From the minute I stepped my foot on their property, I knew I had made a great decision. Wish I had gone with them from the onset. I dealt with multiple people and the interactions were in fact very pleasant and professional. They were always willing to do their best and going the extra mile. My car was a troublesome one and every time the issue wasn't resolved, I was called in and they ensured they communicated clearly what was going on. Someone did a parking lot hit and run on my wife's 92 Miata. First repair centre I went to took a month to get back to me and was clueless on how to find aftermarket replacement parts. I then went to CSN Carlaw and dealt with Corey who was super professional and knowledgeable. He was able to find the parts and they did an amazing job, car looks fantastic and it was done quickly. April 19, 2018 - Called for a `ball park`estimate to re-paint a Black 02`Mustang Convertible that had no rust or damage using single stage urethane (not base/base/clear). Cory quoted between $6000-$7000 and spoke as if his quote was normal/average!!!! Anyone who takes their vehicle here that is not covered by insurance and paying out of pocket is getting COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF. Friends of friends recommended this place and I told them immediately this place is the MOST EXPENSIVE by far I have EVER come across! Including Durham Region, Clarington and the GTA. Even for the highest end paint jobs on Vipers and Corvettes where they need to be dismantled other companies are quoting approx. $5000! - also for highest end paints and base/base/clear. MAACO locations do single stage urethane repaints with high reviews for approx. $1000. CSN is RIDICULOUSLY GREEDY. Do yourself a huge favor in saving your money from greedy companies. Call around for some quotes before ever taking your vehicle here!!! I do not do reviews often, but in cases like this, these companies need to be exposed.

When the crazy storms went through Peterborough, I had a tree fall on my van. I had to make an insurance claim and they gave me list to choose from (or I could choose my own). They did offer to extend the paint to blend better but called before they did any extra work. Price in the end was the same initial price communicated. Went above and beyond! Would never recommend this place. Never once got a phone call for an update or what was going on with my vihical and had to call and be on hold to know the details. Once the repairs were complete, which took forever I had to return the vehicle. Paint was terrible and alignment was brutal. After taking time off work to return my vehicle had to get my girlfriend to pick up vehicle a few days later. She had questions about the repairs for me so the recepsiosit took her for a drive and hit on her and made here feel uncomfortable. All being said never EVER going back and do not recommend.

The wheel came off my truck on our way on a camping trip. I made 1 call to CSN Carlaw and they took care of everything! They sent out a tow truck ASAP, arranged a rental and we were able to continue our trip in no time! The cx service experience was great from the whole team! Especially Corey. I have to say that Darrien from CSN Peterborough was amazing to deal with. The initial damage was repaired here, when additional damage to a CV joint was found a month later he went way above and beyond in getting it repaired. Darrien arranged to have the file re-opened with the with the insurer and arranged for the repair work to be completed at a local repair shop in Niagara where my daughter is going to school. He understood that logistically going back and forth during the school year would have caused undue stress and he simplified the whole process. thanks again to Darrien and the CSN crew.
