$24 for winter tire change (with rim) including balancing with michelin certified tire technicians, and they did return my wheel lock key to where they took it. More reliable than most garages

Disorganized. Wait over 30 minutes to even get to speak to anyone. Had to make appointment to get air in a soft tire that was bought there 2 months before

Great place to get tires. Just came in here and a gentleman named JC helped me pick some tires for my civic. He was very nice, super helpful, and took time to make sure everything was in order and the job was done right. The technician that worked on it was speedy, and was very nice when I talked to him on the phone. I would highly recommend getting tires from here, and I will be back once my winter tires are worn down. Thanks!

The staff were super nice (can't stress this enough, as helpful as they could be) but the service was just terrible. I had a booked timeslot and when I got there they said they were 45 minutes behind schedule, but after checking told me a lift would be open in five minutes and to come back in half an hour to 45 minutes. I came back an hour later and was told it would be another 15 minutes. I came back 15 minutes later and waited in line behind 2 other people and the wait just to get my keys was 25 minutes. The front counter is grossly understaffed, you can't get an appointment without booking online because nobody answers the phone most of the time. It's not worth the savings, I waited an hour and 45 for a tire change over for mounted sets, as simple as it gets. Appointment times are as meaningful as appointments at a doctor's office. I will not come back for service of any kind.

Very bad service. They ruined my tires when I had the winter ones put on. Had to pay the mechanic $600 to fix. Costco did pay me back for that which was nice. Annoying that when they told me I had to go to mechanic they didn't accept blame for ruining my tires right away.

Great service. They went above and beyond what a typical tire shop would do. I did have to wait a little bit longer than I wanted to but they had six people working in the shop so I can’t knock them. Don’t expect them to answer the phone as all of the guys are in the shop working. Will get my next set of tires from Costco.

Very poor customer service. Usually Costco is a go to for everything but this will be the last time I use the tire center. Very disorganized, so much wasted time, and impossible to reach on the phone.

In the past I have enjoyed my experience within the tire center. Staff were more than helpful when purchasing my winter tires and walked me through it all. However this season was a completely different experience all together. Firstly, I was waiting on two new tires that were covered under warranty. I went in to see what was taking so long, to find out they had came in but were nowhere in the store, I was told they were probably put on someone else's vehicle. The staff member I spoke to was super apologetic and reassured me they would be in the following week. A week later, I came in for my appointment and the manager working this time had nothing but attitude. I had some questions (I have no knowledge in the vehicle department) which were answered with snappy/short comments. I am hard of hearing and with his accent I had to get him to repeat a couple of things. This was obviously super annoying to him, and he walked away with my keys. I stood there with my 3 kids for sometime before asking another employee if he was coming back or was I free to go shop. I'm not sure if he's always like that or it was an off day but everyone in the tire center was feeling it, both staff and customers.
