We where from out of town on vacation and they where the only place that even listened to the issue! They scheduled us in on same day did it in 2hours and it was fixed. Jay was super helpful and so was the mechanic that fit us in. Thank you very much.

Fantastic local car service in Parry Sound. I prefer independent shops and this is a great example of why. We were travelling Toronto to Sudbury when our battery failed. We are not a regular customer at Wheelz and they had no special reason to look after us, but they did. Ordered a battery and had it switched out in less than an hour. If I DID live in Parry Sound, Wheelz would be my shop!

I never do any review so belive me when I say these guys ARE THE BEST. Driving from Albert to Kitchener, the rim of my tire gave out???? was towed to these fine fellows who fixed me up and sent me on my way very quickly. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Legit the best mechanics in the area. I was headed out west to BC in my 86’ Toyota from Toronto when my alternator died in town. Obviously it’s an old vehicle so parts are really hard to come by but these folks managed to locate a new part, have it shipped into town and installed in just over 24 hours. I truly doubt I’d get that service anywhere in Toronto and for the price too. Special shout out to Rob and Stuart for their super friendly and accommodating service. Thanks to them I made it out west with no problems!

the only good tech there is Jordan and he is the best there all the others dont let them even touch your car especially jay brownley he dosent have a license any more and never got his ticket dont let him lie to you look him on the Ontario college of trades website

The owner is known for laying workers off without notice or compensation. They don’t even have the courtesy to lay you off at the end of the work day, they let you drive 100 km - one way - and tell you at 8 am that you can go back home. I hope the labour board will show them how to be responsible employers.

Awesome service, needed last minute help as we were from out of town and had brake fluid issues. They were very busy and told us they might not be able to see us within 1 hr or 2. And if job is too big wouldn't be able to do the work that day. But the mechanic there offered to give it a quick look within 15 Minutes he took our car in. He found the issue fixed it within 20 Minutes. A silly mistake from our regular mechanic. I was so satisfied. Friendly staff also inside the service counter.

We cannot say enough. Helped get us back on the road after a hwy breakdown on Hwy 69 at Key River, a tow to Parry Sound by CAA with Covid rules of no passengers in the tow truck and two days of waiting for another shop to repair a flat. Within a half hour Wheelz had us back on the road. Human kindness even in a pandemic may not exist for all but it surely did at this shop. Well done from two 65 year old strandees.
