Had a bit of a bad experience but it was resolved in a friendly manner. Clearly the owners do care about clients whether new or return. I was treated with kindness & honesty and the owner was very detailed in explaining everything to me. Haven't had much work done there but will be going back and would recommend.

Over-and-above service with a smile! My commute takes me past Parry Sound on a biweekly basis, and had a stone whack my windshield with a deep chip and the beginning of some cracks. Desperate to avoid a windshield replacement, I immediately pulled into Parry Sound and was turned down flat at two other repair sites, because they were fully booked. Knowing that I was an out-of-towner, McCormack's owner (the happiest man I've ever met) offered to do the repair on his lunch break, because he was booked up as well. Not only did he do the job, he did a fantastic job! The chip in my windshield was so deep that he had to fill it twice. The result is perfect, and I'm truly grateful to both co-owners John and Joanne for their fast and friendly service. I sometimes stop in Parry Sound, and I'm holding on their business card. Highly recommended for excellent service!

Mediocre repairs, repairs and parts that are not required and breaking parts and not admitting to it. Franchise HO should review practice. I guess it's all about the mighty $. Sad, a small town that could use honest shops, but they are not.

Well considering I paid $100 for a regular oil change, with no top ups to my fluids or anything else. Not impressed. No issues with getting my vehicle oiled there. But I don't plan on going back after that very expensive oil change, usually I pay $40
