I would love to give this business a 5 star review but 3 different times I have come and the car wash is closed, assuming due to weather. However, I use my car for work and with the bad weather my car gets dirty, so I’m having to go elsewhere for a wash and interior clean and I pay monthly for the car wash.

Cannot believe I just paid $20 for them to push hair and dirt around. I ended up buying a $10 pack of wipes from Canadian Tire and a $2 coin operated gas station vacuum to make their "full service" look better. I do not recommend anyone going here as it seems they're turning a quick service into more of a priority than quality. Mats not thrown in properly and simply rinsed off, door panels not wiped in addition to the dash, centre console, windows. The same dirt mark and hair that gave me the idea of going there is still in the back seat. Incredibly unsatisfied, upset, and disappointed.

WORST PLACE EVER! I took my Mini Cooper here once and they broke my front drivers seat. Had to leave the car there 3 days. It cost them $600 to repair it. I brought my Dodge Ram here and they sprayed the rubber floor mats with the hose inside the truck. It splashed the salt and dirt everywhere inside the truck and they didn't wipe the dirt off the dash doors and seats because they were too busy. They also only did the floor matts on one side of the truck. They is always dirt in the door jams and lots of missed spots on the outside of the vehicle. The owner is rude and when he is busy he won't clean your interior at all. He sacrifices service to push more people through his crappy car wash. ***DO NOT GO HERE!!!***

Asked for the inside of the car to be cleaned. When they were done. There was dirt dripping of my hubcaps. When I mentioned it to the guy he said it will go away when I drive. ( they are hot pink, the black dirt will not just go away when I drive) the inside of my car was joy vacuumed. There was still fries on the floor of the backseat. The cup holders still have crumbs I them. There was dirt water all over the dash bored. When I mentioned it to the guy he said they only did light vacuuming. I told him they missed all the dirt a he said we shirt staff, an busy. There was 4 guys working an my car an a car behind me where the only 2cars there an none was there before i got there

Me and my children attended this car wash the day before Halloween to experience the Tunnel of Terror. It was a fun and unique experience that we thoroughly enjoyed and the car wash was well done as well. Worth the $20 price. I will go to this car wash for a regular wash in the future and attend the Tunnel of Terror next year as well.

These guys went to town on my car and I wish I had taken photos.... I have 3 kids 4, 6, and 8 who no matter what you tell them, the van is there's!!! These guys did the door jams, the window, moved the seats when vacuuming, and used blowers in the vents to get dust out of places. I have been to many different places that offer this kind of service and let's just say my bar of expectation is low. These guys helped me believe that you don't have to spend big money to get a decent service clean for my car. I drive a kia Sedona and my car is clean from top to bottom. Also, I am not paid for my endorsements. Just a guy with a medium size family and who uses his van for work as well as personal.

Echoing previous reviews - not impressed. Despite this, I went again for the third or fourth time which will be my last. They sprayed my mats, haphazardly vacuumed inside then put the soaking wet, dripping mats back into the car. The mechanical wash appears not to be fully working. They used dirty towels to clean the inside and did not clean the thresholds. I had to ask them to wipe the rocker panels and the 'tire polishing' they charge $2 on top for amounted to 3-4 pumps of tire shine and I was told they do not wipe it or polish it in. They seemed annoyed in general and not one single person said hello. I appreciate you get what you pay for - but this is not worth the money. Spend a few bucks more and go to Mr. Shine in south Oshawa or Excel in Whitby.

Good bang for your buck! I pay at least $20.00 at a do it yourself car wash, and that is only on the exterior, so for $24.00 for full service, vacuum, wipe down of interior, and a great wash, I don't see how anyone can complain. Yes a few times I wish they had wiped inside the bottom part of the door, or the door jams, but all in all great value. If you want a full detailing then pay the extra amount and leave your car there for a few hours. For a quick clean, you can't beat it!

This is a great place to get your car washed. The cars comes out shiny as if it just had a wax and the vacuum and is available after each wash if you want to use it. Just so handy, convenient and quick.

Decided to give them a try today just for an exterior wash. The vertical spinners in the wash were turning so slowly they weren't even touching the sides of my truck. Hardly any soap/suds were used so the wet cloth pieces are just pulling dirty/salty water across your paint. Once exited they wipe down the vehicle with less than clean bathroom type hand towels clearing some of the still dirty spots but missing most and really just smearing more dirt around. From far, the truck does appear cleaner though, so they get a star. I won't be back.

I got the Lava Shine Ultimate wash because my vehicle was filthy. I've gone to other locations Popular operates and been really happy, but this time it was a waste of money! The wheel wells were still covered in mud when I got out of the truck (by then I was too late to go back). In the past, the staff have sprayed and scrubbed the really muddy spots but thus time - nothing. Disappointing!!₩

They generally do a good job. I get the interior done a couple of times a year and that is very well done. Last time I went, they left the bug splatters that didn’t come off on the front grill and bumper, so I wasn’t very happy about that. That’s the reason for 4 stars vs. 5.

Good basic car wash and vacuum! The negative comments seem to have high expectations. This is not a detailing place where you pay over $100 to have your car cleaned inside and out. It costs about $20. Even the car washes you find at gas stations cost about $12 on their own. An extra $8 for vacuuming and wiping down dashboards is reasonable. For $20 it's not going to be perfect, but they do a decent job for the price and it's convenient if you don't want to do it yourself.

This place has one of the best vaccum systems I've used in my experience, and it comes at the best price: free (if you buy a wash). The unlimited car wash monthly plan is worth its weight in gold when the cold weather comes and salt is all over your paint. A great option if you're going to spend the money in a wash anyway. I went to this car wash and it's was not my first time but this time when I went they ripped my panel off of my car by the drivers side door and they told me it's not their fault and they don't replace it they did not even offer me a few car washes or or some free detailing and the worst part is that they did not even apologize for damaging my vehicle now I have to pay 500 dollars to repair my vehicle myself and all my children use this service and I have informed them all not to go there anymore so hbe careful!

Hard to beat the price. For less than $20 you get an exterior wash, interior vacuum, car mats washed and a final hand dry wipe down. Compare to just a gas station car wash or even most coin operated car washes and it's not much more and that just gets you an exterior wash.

These guys are super rude I was just walking by and they stopped me to ask me what I needed when I said I was just there for a walk he pointed at a homeless guy down the stream and said he is my "friend". Also their vacumn is not free don't be fooled. P.s. No one was drug dealing I was walking along the grass side looking for the salmon. You guys refered to me as homeless I did not sneak inside anywhere nor did I try to go near you guys.

If u want your vehicle to be perfectly clean u will be paying well over a hundred dollars from a detailing centre. You get what u pay for people stop complaining lol.

They do a decent job But I am disappointed. The wash is hard on and forces the side mirrors back on my SUV. Even when they are pulled in at the start. I am concerned this will damage the mirrors as a result of the force of the spinning cloth brushes. The same issue I have with the spinning cloth brushes also applies to the force the brushes use on the rear hatch.

I brought two vehicles here for a full detail. A jeep Cherokee and Ram 1500. The jeep was done immaculate in the first visit. The truck had a few missed spots but they brought it back in the following day with zero hesitation and made it right. It’s hard to find companies that stand behind their work like these guys did! I only gave 4 starts instead of 5 because I wish they hand washed the exterior for the a true detailing package at that price point( which is still priced better than most places). We will keep bringing our cars here for details and quick washes between. The staff are easy to deal with and are respectful.

I loved popular car wash. They have a great monthly deal and it became a part of my morning routine to hit the car wash on my way back from my morning walk. However, it is no longer enjoyable. There is one employee in particular who is the cause of this. For starters, he doesn't properly guide you through the tracks. One time, this lead to my tires being out of the track (and the tracks are shoddy with obvious sharp edges) which had the potential to damage them (and they were brand new tires). He doesn't pay attention or watch until it's too late. His negligence was clearly the reason this occurred as I have been assured by other employees one can expect them to guide you through the tracks. Next day, this guy tells me to drive more slowly into the tracks. I was not driving quickly whatsoever. I was surprised, so I agreed to drive slower if he agreed to pay attention and guide my tires after what had occurred previously. By the next day, he yelled at me to slow down. I am going 3 to 5kms, by no means fast at all as I am concerned and cautious because of the state of the tracks. What was once an enjoyable part of my day is becoming increasingly hostile and I will not allow this employee to continue to yell at me for no reason. If this happens again - I will be canceling my monthly service. I called to complain and the individual just stopped talking and left me hanging. I loved the ease and price of these washes, but don't see myself continuing with my membership if I have to deal with this guy everyday. He appears to be targeting and retaliating against me for commenting on his failure to guide my tires. UPDATE. Following all this - I reported my complaint in person and asked to have a manager to call and they did not and still have not over a week later.... I happened to notice my hood in the light after all of this and it is SCRATCHED everywhere. Brand new vehicle, 6 months old. I have cancelled my subscription and will NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone, unless they are interested in having a scratched car and are eager to risk destroying their tires in the shoddy tracks with sharp edges.

Great service, great price. This is the second time using their detailing service. First time was my Mazda 3, and they did a great job. Second time was my newly acquired Dodge Caravan, which was extremely dirty (dog hair, food crumbs, etc). Well I just picked it up, and though it's not "100% out of the dealership looking new", it's far better than I imagined it would be. Very happy for $100. He also gave me a free $20 card for another clean, which I'll use in a month or two. Would recommend for your detailing needs.

I brought my car for a interior clean. I payed $90 and dirt still remained on different parts of my interior. It wasn’t cleaned well at all, I could take my finger and still wipe dirt off. The staff is friendly though. I also took my car for a full wash for $20, and that was a poor job as well. I wouldn’t go back or suggest it to anyone. You’re better of doing it yourself and save the money, because they won’t do any better then you.
