Just spent 20.00 at this establishment washing my truck and the owner comes and kicks me out as I'm letting it dry off, this is completely unexpected and not very appropriate behaviour. I absolutely do not recommend this wash unless you feel like paying for attitude

this place just ripped me off!!! put 20$ in the coin machine and the machine took my money and never gave me any change!!! very pissed off right now as my truck is now covered in soap and i have no change or money to wash it off, as the machine just took my last 20$. tried calling the number and the mailbox is full! will never return to this place again!!!!!

If youre lucky and the change machine gives you anything you get pretend coins. If you get a baby that works you are very lucky. If you get to leave a voicemail on the owners answering machine you are one of the very few. If he calls you back you are a wizard or a liar!

I have went once in the past and had a mediocre experience, the vacuum hose/suction base was covered in a sticky goo substance that smelled strongly of cat pee when I picked it up, so wasted my money on that machine and had to pay again to use another one so I wouldn't get the mystery substance on or in my car, the suction was OK at best but did the job. My second experience I decided to stop by after work and give the place another chance, I wanted to tidy out my car and do a quick vacuum as the location was convenient. The first machine I could not get to work, it seemed to be broken, so I tried another machine and the vacuum had no suction at all, I wasn't happy as I wasted money on the machine, and ended up leaving with a car still needing a good vacuum. I will not be going back unfortunetly.

Utter garbage. If you used Debit and got ripped off, call your bank - for amounts under $20 they WILL chargeback for you and they will eventually lose their debit function. This used to be a good car wash but I don’t know what happened, it is a hopeless disaster now – check that the bay you pull into actually has a nozzle, even bays that you can’t physically wash your carin will still take your money. Voice mailbox is full and nobody on site.

In a pinch I would go here, but don't expect to have everything you want... The wax will be empty or the prewash or it will take 30secs off you time to actually start pumping out the wand what you've selected. 10 years ago this place was great, but it's not looked after and its suffering. Head to Vince's Coin Wash. Best carwash in Oshawa. And Vince's Coin machine gives a little thank you for using a $10 or $20.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. They stole our money. My girlfriend and I were going to vacuum out her car. We had no change so we put a bill in the machine CLEARLY labelled CHANGE with no other markings. A few seconds later, it takes the bill and gives us 4 car wash tokens and a loonie. It said change, not car wash tokens. Contacted the number up front, get a voicemail that says "You've contacted the voicemail box of 'Me', please leave a message". Not even a professional name, but "me". I left a message with a clear callback number at the beginning and the end and they never returned my call. We figured what the hell we'll try to use the tokens... until the machine cut off a minute early with it still counting down. I'm almost debating reporting them to DRPS for theft and scamming.

If you're a into cars, local car culture and everything we do, this is the spot to meet us. Car wash + Timmies= good conversation, there's always something happening at the wash. The summer time vibes are euphoric, the smell of exhaust, the sounds of our people, the shenanigans are real. Also, don't use the wash bay on the far left, it sucks, has sucked for 4+years so just don't use it.

Constantly something is broken. Machine eats your money. Coin machine gives fake coins when it does work. Management does not care about anything. Save your time, and go somewhere else. Deserves less then 1 star.

Awful car wash. The head was missing off of the pressure washer wand, and it was missing off of the blue soap sprayer. No soap even came out of the soap sprayer. The booth I was in had exposed wiring hanged down from the ceiling. All the booths were disgusting. There are always scuzzy people hanging around, taking up booths when they're not even washing their car. I wasted $7. When I came here last fall to vacuum my truck, the first vacuum I tried didn't work, then the second machine took my $3, and wouldn't turn on.This will be the last time I come here. ZERO STARS

The "change" machine does not, in fact, give change at all. Only tokens. So if you're into carrying around pretend money, then this is the place for you. If not, then go somewhere else.

Low time for the price, poor amount of soap, on one visit my credit card was hacked after using the card machine. Owner never answered the phone. Avoid this car wash.

Good place to wash a car but when you use their change machine they give you back tokens that are only good for the car wash. Maybe I missed a warning about that, but good to know if sticking larger bills in the change machine. Otherwise good place.

The absolute worst car wash i have ever been to does not even deserve the 1 star rating. First off, two of the vaccums ripped me off 3 dollars each. When I finally found a vacuum that worked it had absolutely no suction and on top of that it was covered in mud leaving giant streaks of mud across my carpet. Then the high pressure soap was non exsitant. It's evident that the owner does not care what so ever and maintenance and upkeep of their establishment is not a priority. In conclusion my car left dirtier then it had arrived. If your looking for a good car wash steer clear of yhis plave, you might as well head over to hopkins auto spa in whitby.

Great that they have machines for debit and credit cards. The machine that I used indicated that we needed to pay $3 at first then could press the button up and down afterwards depending on how many more time I need and then pay accordingly. Only to find out that button only would go up but not down after the initial $3 for 2 minutes and 29 seconds. I only needed at most 1 more minute to rinse my car but had to pay another $3 for it. Had I know the button only would go up, I would have either paid $4 upfront or to get some change!

This car wash is broke down a lot, Hard to get a hold of the owner because the mailbox is always full. I'm not using this car wash any more. I've been ripped off the last 3 times I've used it. Half the bays are always out of order. Very frustrating.

Machines always out of something, be it pre soak or wheel cleaner. Then crappy brushes, and broken hoses causing you to get soaked. They waste no time on ensuring the most updated payment methods though. . . . . Use Vince's coin op and save the hassle.

The bay I was in took my change and did not work. I then used the tap and and had no indication of the time I had or warning to add more. Once again with no soap spray I left the car wash with a slightly cleaner vehicle for $12. I too have tried to contact the owner with no luck as I would rather not leave a bad review without giving them a chance.

Paid $8 dollars to wash my car, only to realize at the end the whole time the water system was leaking rusty water from the ceiling back onto the car..... had to spend another $3 at another bay to activate it and to rinse the rust water off my white car.... never again, simple business, maintain your stuff!!!!

The coin exchange didn’t work on 5 bays. No soap came out of the brush. I waisted $7 and couldn’t get my car cleaned cause there was no soap. Had to run around to shops in area to get change and ended up washing my car in my driveway. Worst coin car wash ever! Avoid like the plague.

Use to come here all the time. Spent 20 bucks for only a pressure washer that did soap and water. Foaming brush didnt work, spray foam didnt work. And luckily I had a friend with me that washed with the brush while I sprayed soap on the truck.... Not pleased and want my 20 bucks back

Just got ripped off for second time. $8 this time, not $16. I want my money back. Ridiculous. No water pressure, went to spray truck down with soap and rinse it off no pressure on any setting for high pressure hose. Only soap on brush would work no point washing it if can't get the soap off. Voice-mail is full on your company phone so can't even leave message.

Tried first time today. Several options of car wash werent working. I tried finding concerned person while car wash time was passing by but no one was there. Tried calling their # half a dozen times but no one picked up either. Their voicemail was full too. My money got wasted while trying to find and call the person and i couldnt complete my car wash even . When i read other's reviews in google, i found out similar complaints. I called police to inform their scam. Police asked me to collect refund from them tomorrow.

This car wash is convenient, and I up until now, wash my car there, but after the last three visits I will not be going back. last time machine ate my money $5 gone, $5 more for wash, ok understandable machines... next time, the brush was out of order... this last time machine ate money, and the only wand that worked was the high pressure hose. Waste of money. No phone number or contact info anywhere on car wash... bad business practice
