Employees are nice and courteous. Did a great job with cleaning every time I took my car there. Their prizes are good too. At times they were late to show up in the morning and missed calling back when job was done. Place is hard to access.

This is a gas station, hand car wash place, and oil shop all in the same location. Very impressed with the services I have received here. I get my truck oil change done here, and am usually in and out within 20 minutes. Full service gas station also. When you do an oil change here, you get a free car wash. Great hidden gem here.

I just spent 170 plus a 20 dollar tip here. I was a first time customer. I wont be returning. Gave them 3 hours. Showed up after to pick car up. They hadn't even started. They quickly did my car in an hour while I waited. Vents werent touched. Mirror wasnt touched. Seams of vinyl werent touched. Door jams werent touched! The outside of my car wasnt cleaned. In fact it has smudges and mud splashes up it. I brought it up but they didnt care. Dont bother. Seriously huge waste of time and money today. Really upset I spent 200 dollars at DETAILING place and I have to go to a car wash right after.

Well priced for a quick car wash. The staff are friendly, and they do a great job on the exterior of the vehicle. If I was rating them on only the exterior, I'd give them a 5 star rating. On the interior they are busy, and they do a quick job. I give them a 3.5-4 stars depending on how busy they are that day. It's still worth the money by far, just don't expect it to be the same quality and attention to detail as a detail shop you're paying $200+ for. Overall it's great value for the money you are paying, and they do it relatively quick. When I went they didn't accept credit/debit cards, so bring cash with you, or you'll need to pay a service fee at their ATM.

They did an OK job. I asked for a complete Wash/wax and interior detail. For the price I expected a professional detail, especially when I was the only vehicle they had to do that day. They called me back in an hour and said it was done. Carpet was hand washed, not machine washed . Middle console still had dirt and coffee stains, dust and dirt still left on and behind steering wheel, and they didn't spray out my cargo bed. The exterior " wash and wax" was obviously rushed. All in all, for the price I expected so much more and was unfortunately disappointed.

I just did full internal/external car wash. They charged me $25+ tax. With tips I paid $30. Got into my car, found out they messed up all the leather seats which is now showing black spot everywhere. Looks like they dont use clean clothes to wipe the car. I had to clean the interior again. Waste of time and money. Didn't also give me any receipts. Update: trunk, wheel nothing was touched. Dirt is still in the car. I am confused whether they even washed the car or not!!

Normally really good but the last time i got my car washed they missed the tail lights so i had huge streaks of dirt down the back of my car. No tire shine either. Its really a hit or miss with this place now. Before i got quality when it was $10 exactly for a wash. Now its $10 + tax and my car is so so

Everything worked fine, didn't notice they had a blower to dry off the car until the timer ran out. But I'm definitely using that next time. I use my leaf blower at home...haha.

I had my car interior & exterior washed for Silver Package and was happy with the service I got. Just some brown marks I saw after on car seat and inside roof of car. I gave 5 stars because with silver package what I expected; I happily can say that I wasn't disappointed.

First time visit was great. Was a line up to get the car washed but wasn't too long. It's a full service car wash which is great. Only thing is that they have a $2 debit fee, so bring cash if possible.

Went to Mr. Shine in Oshawa on Sunday to get the car cleaned. They hand washed full exterior and mats, vacuumed full interior and cleaned every window inside and out. All that for $25. The car never looked so good. Very impressed with the job and will definitely be going back.

Very disappointed. My car is black with black interior. I keep my car very clean and usually detail it myself. I paid $190 cash to have the ultimate package. Since I've been too busy to clean my car myself I thought it would be a nice treat for myself. The vehicle looked okay when I picked it up. But I soon noticed the windows tops weren't wiped fully, the rim around the trunk truck wasn't wiped nor was my review mirror cleaned and my windows are also streaky. A sticky substance (probably tree sap) was left on my door. That I myself rubbed off with a damp cloth and some elbow grease. I was told a few hours to complete the job but got a call it was done within a hour and a half of dropping it off. Again for the record; my car didn't have years of dirt nor did it have winter stains. For a car that was pretty clean to begin with and only 5 years old. I expected a much better result. Downgraded to one star for the argumentative response from the owner. Horrible customer service. A PLATINUM Detail should take longer then an hour and a half if my car was allegedly as dirty as you claim. The staff even said my car was in good shape and well kept.

If I could give less I would. Cheaper and better job if you goto a car wash at a gas station. Extra charge for a small pickup truck. Got home and there was still dirt all over my truck. First time and last time visit. Do not waste your time or money here!

For a truck ($30) to wash your car inside & out and done in 15-20 minutes its not bad. Compared to paying more than $80 I prefer cheaper as you never know when it will rain

This is simply the best drive thru auto cleaning detailing place around. All of the staff are excellent and do a first rate job. I am very picky about my car but they always hit it out of the park! They washed my truck and left dirty hand prints on the box and didnt clean the nerf bars, which were covered in dirt after they washed. Wasn't impressed. I know they are cheap, but I expected the dirt to wiped off after they washed it,

I’m not satisfied with Mr.Shine service, it used to be good at one point. I got these pictures (main panel, side door panel, gear box) after I got my car cleaned at oshawa location. I called then they said you can come back and we will clean it. Can’t spend whole day with them. Very disappointed.

The service here is INCREDIBLE. I just had my Mazda 5 detailed with the full detail package for 139.99 and gave a $20 tip because my car is SPOTLESS. The gentlemen worked long and hard on it past closing hours and I picked it up the same day without a appointment. I am so happy and excited about my new car look. I've been using Mr Shine for well over 10 years, in Ajax and Oshawa. They always do a great job, they make sure you are happy with the results and everyone is friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend Mr Shine, their prices are fair and the results are great! Plus where can you have your car cleaned top to bottom, in around 20 minutes?

It's an awsome service. I would not go in expecting to have your car detailed. With avrg cost of 30$ its an assembly line set up. Hand wash and dry. The interior is more of a maintenance upkeep for well kept vehicles. With a quick Vac and a wipe down. Best part about it is no machines all done by hand! Not perfect work, but you get what you pay for . And I dont expect anything else.

Use this place several times and they just keep getting worse this time I tried the salt removal was charged 40$ to rinse half of my car..yes half... remove salt from front passenger and driver seat and what they suppose is interior detail ????. My recommendation save your 40$ see pictures below... went today and posted today! These guys clearly don't do a good job.

I attended here on May 16 to get an exterior wash and must admit I am very pleased with how they washed the car. I only wanted outside washed and rims cleaned and mats washed which they did very well. Car was soaped thoroughly and rims properly detailed. They did and excellent job of drying all wet spots. Cost wasn't too bad. Only downfall is the wait time. Sadly nothing you can do about this especially if you want a good wash. I waited at least 50 mins however I did call beforehand and he did let me know it would be around that long. I think more staff would be helpful in the long run.

After reading the reviews, I thought I would give the car wash a shot. Oh boy, I wish I hadn’t. The car wash demonstrates a poor work ethic and poor customer service. After they cleaned my car, it still had dirt/grime marks all over, the grill of the car was full of dirt. Many areas on the car had dirt. When I showed an employee about the dirt, he wasn’t trying to reclean the whole car. I do not even think he cared. So I just went and did it myself. The problem that I have with this is the fact that if I’m paying a company to clean my car, the job should be done properly. Or else, I can take my money and either go to another car wash or do it myself.

I have used these guys a couple of times now especially after I swap cars with the wife and feel like I’m driving a garbage truck with all the kids junk and leftovers found in the seats. I come out of Mr Shine with a smile on my face and a comfort that is only found when you drive away in a clean shiny car. Thanks guys for all your hard work in rain, shine and middle of winter. The picture were taken just after the car was cleaned. If you just want someone to sort of clean your car for $25 this is the place. However I will never go here again. Tou can see the figure 8 in the back window where someone sort of cleaned it. My kids do a better job cleaning the window. Customer service is fine....just a car wash place.

Cannot believe how clean they got my car, it literally looks brand new. I found this place on google reviews and brought my car in because it was disgusting and started to smell like my dog and drive through food. There was sand, dirt and dog hair on the seats, between the seats and underneath the seats. I had salt stains from 2 winters ago, and dried food and spilled drinks from just years of eating in the car.. Just to paint a picture. They completed the full interior detailing in 2 hours and it was worth every single cent!!!! These guys are friendly, quick and definitely the best.

I remained in my vehicle the whole time thinking the team of them were doing a good job, the cost was around 19.50 and 3.50 for a tip thinking my jeep was clean. Left and parked at a store to see that there was still dirt all over the back door. Was thoroughly disappointed with my first and only experience here. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, don't waste your money.

I will never go back to this place. Their work is terrible and getting worse. I’m sick of having to return home after having my car detailed here to wipe and clean my own windows, windshield, cup holders, rear view mirrors, and dashboard. Save your money and take your car somewhere else.
