Today is the third time I've been there that the change machine didn't work. The token machine looks like it's been ripped out of the wall. Too bad. The rest of the place is great.

Usually it is quite good. Past couple of visits the change machine was down, this is quite irritating. It is a clean facility.

Not bad for a do-it-yourself car wash. The timer on the machine is pretty short, for $1 it feels like it gets you maybe 2 minutes of wash time and their "token" machine now just seems to spit out loonies and twoonies and when you put $20 in and get $18 in loonies back it sure doesn't make you want to come back. Overall, it works but I'd probably go to the self-wash on fort William instead as it at least shows how long your loonie gets you.

Woman who cleans the car wash yelled profanities at me and was very agitated. This car wash is not a pleasant place to spend your money.

Wait in line to get in. Once in the wash stall , change machine not working and nobody around to get coins. Didn’t get any of my money that day and won’t be back there again.

Lady that cleans the car wash is very very rude. Stomps around, can't crack a smile. Got mad because I didnt turn my car off within 20 seconds, I was looking for my money then rudely comes over and starts making gestures at me with a disgusting look on her face. So since I couldn't hear her I rolled my window down she says "TURN YOUR CAR OFF". no reason for her to be so rude Safe to say I wont return

I put my hand on the vacuum because it didn't seem to be working. Paid $2 for nothing. I didn't notice any water break when I used the wax. If you are in business shouldn't you maintain your equipment. I will not go back.

Went for the dogo wash, the wash bay was excellent but it was -11°C outside and about -8°C inside and the air drier was not heated so I did my best with a towel and finished the job at home with a real hair dryer. If they just put heat in the dryer I would give it a 5 star review and visit more often

Went there today to wash my car quick just to get the salt off my car. When I pulled in I saw a lady (Not sure if she's an employee or the owner) using a big red hose to wash the floors. She yelled at me to pull into the last stall. I asked if she wanted me to drive over her hose and she continued to yell and say "everyone drives over it!" As she's pointing and still hollering at me. I drove over the hose and parked my car. Once I got out to put a Lonnie in the Machine she started yelling at me to turn my car off. (It was off) I told her that it was off and she continued to yell at me to turn it off because she sees Exhaust coming out of my exhaust. ( I just parked). She yelled at me another 3 times to turn it off until I actually sat down in my car and showed it was off. I can see from other google reviews that people have the same bad experiences because of this person. Very rude and wasn't professional at all. I would not recommended this place to anyone while this person is still working there.

I have no idea why washing the inside of you car is a big deal here. It is it turns out. Went to an automatic car wash to wash the outside. Went here to clean the inside. Turns out that is a big no no. Idk why. Seems the inside of a car is still part of a car. And isn't that the goal of a car wash. To clean your car? Needless to say my mom is not allowed back. Hopefully this review helps someone decide not to go to this place

Wow... I am.excited to rate this place. Hahahaa. The place is actually exceptionally clean and tidy. I used to liv down the road so I would frequent this place often . HOWEVER... I QUIT going there. I've had to sit in line for long extended periods of time due to people changing wiper blades and not knowing how to do it so they occupy the bay for a half hr. I've seen people spit shine their interior... wax the exterior for a half hr after putting in a measly 3 bucks for a wash ? Worst I've seen was a jacked up 4x4 truck doing an oil change right in the wash bay. I havent seen line ups here in some time as I drive by. Maybe people have found a better place to go? Its too bad. Definitely one of the nicer wash places in town. Poorly monitored
