Good, fast inexpensive. Even better on Tuesdays as they have a special for only $6. Hard to find as it's in the back of the mall.

Waste of time n money. . Went for in n out wash. . They just do basic car wash at 12 bucks which is not that good as I still see some spots on my van! They have free vaccum after car wash which dont have pressure. . Totally dissatisfied

If you want terrible customer service, this is where to go. The guy who works there has the worst attitude, like seriously why bother having a business in customer service if you don't know the definition. I'd suggest he humbles himself before he goes out of business.

I had Groupon vouchers.. Tried to use them in Oakville site, but the scanner could not recognize the vouchers!!! The employee told me don't show up here again, we don't accept Groupon vouchers here, although Oakville branch is on their original website!!!

The tomings are only till 6pm on saturdays. I came at 5:45 there was no one there. Neither was there any written directions on how to access the office. Waste of time

This is a bit of a budget wash that does a pretty good job for the dollars. The Operator will give a rinse and brush prior to running through the brushes. The claim is fresh water only. I got the Super Wash? But was happy with the final product. I found a shady spot, a quick towel off and away I went.

The car was not clean after the wash. When I drove back around, he said that ‘he was not responsible for the car not being clean’. He argued with us and begrudgingly brought a cloth out and wiped.

I bought the unlimited package they giy sprayed 1 side of my car he said he can't spray the other side because i paid only $20 very disappointed bad service old vacum machine

Cheap, quick 10 $ wash for my worrk truck

This car wash damaged my car and the owner, Navtej Kang, refused to accept responsibility. The front rotating brush got stuck and left a long dent and deep scratches the entire way up the hood, over the left fender, ripped my left mirror off and dented the door with it. Damage was over $3500 average of three body shop estimates. When I contacted the Megacity Carwash owner, Navtej Kang, he initially said there must be something wrong with my car (1998 BMW), which is a ridiculous statement, it's a regular four door sedan. They have so far refused to pay a cent, even after acknowledging that they did the damage and I will have to take them to small claims court to collect damages.
