Cool place. After the first time of being there, I did not know when I picked the undercarriage washing, that I had to push a button my self when it slowly drives by it. So it was a waste of some money, other than that.... yeah they clean the car, but with the amount of spots they missed, I wouldn't pay their price. I'll just do it myself for pocket change. Definitely not $33. It also smelt like sweat when they finished. Not the best way to enjoy a clean car.

These guys are awesome! Once you've pulled in and they start working on your car you'll be waiting between 5 and 10 minutes for them to finish. Yeah I'm sure I could do a better job myself giving it a hand wash but that would take a very long time. You're in and out, with friendly service. Not much you can ask for. The only downside to such a great place is there can be a bit of a line up all the way to the street but that should tell you how good they are.

People working there are nice, but this is not a place to wash your car, with the most deluxe wash, you will for sure see the dirts around your car and inside your car with cleaning on only the mats and dirty seats, I HAD TO CLEAN MYSELF LOLLL

Honestly, people have no common sense these days. A lot of bad reviews here. Your paying $25-30 for an automated exterior and interior vacuum and cleaning. This isn't detailing folks. They clean the mats. Wipe down the dash and windows and hand dry the exterior. Pretty good value IMO, for only 10min of your time I could easily spend 4 hours detailing my car on my own but its a once a year thing. If you want your car detailed by a pro than prepare to pay $100+.

Pail for the deluxe package...didn't even touch the seats, sloppy vacuum mats are still dirty. It's pretty much just a wash and glass cleaning...and those are all streaky...just horrible

Not much detail to cleaning . Okay service . The interior was not cleaned properly. The Matt was still wet with water inside the car . The seats had duat as it had before. Waste of money . paying $40 for $20 service.

Love going there. $29 and my car is clean. Vacuumed, washed, towel dried, interior dusted, windows cleaned inside. Just gets the job done. Feels great sitting in a clean car. And all in usually less then 15 min. Been going there for the last 18 month. Update: 2020/02/06 Price now $31

For the amount your paying, this is the best value in & out car wash in North York. The owner is extremely nice and remembers his repeat customers. Sure the interior vacuum and clean is not 100% but it's a great alternative when you want a quick clean for a cheap price. If your car is really dirty and you are looking for precise car detailing, you'll have to pay way more elsewhere than the $32 you pay here. Overall great experiences here, will continue to go back.

Very bad experience, twice that I went there They put wet mats on the car seat and spoiled my seats. After the car wash I saw a piece of interior broken lying around. The car still had dirt on it. I had to clean the glass myself as the people over there will rarely spend more than 2 minutes on your car wiping it.

Welcome to the most pathetic Car Wash you can get. So I took the Deluxe Car Wash priced at $29 today. Service details as below: 1. They did not Vacuum the Car properly. 2. After Vacuum - Mats were simple thrown in. 3. I could see Mud all around the Car once I got home and took a close look. Front panel, side panel all still had mud. 4. Cleaning inside the Car is a joke .... nothing was cleaned properly. The Car was not really dirty inside but they literally did nothing. The staff seemed to be in a hurry and didn't even wipe the Car properly from outside. When I got back home, I had to wipe it all over again. Cleaned inside, front and back panel myself. The service is a joke. I don't think even their machine works properly. If you want to waste your hard earned money then do visit. I would rather visit the Coin wash at Victoria - Ellesmere intersection and clean my Car myself for $6-8.

Worst car service I took the package 5 full cleaning interior and exterior No proper vacuum No proper drying Exterior and glasses still having dirt When I asked the question cleaning is not proper says I am the only complaining and this is what the they can do best that too in a harsh way They don’t know what is even customer service and how to talk to customer. Need file a complaint spending 34 dollars top package + vacuum extra for trunk they don’t even care about feedback and correcting it.

Horrible customer service, do not expect to have your car cleaned and you are better off to find places that actually clean the car’s interior. Premium price but more like the basic and there are spots are not even cleaned!

Quick, efficient, reasonably priced, and the results are pretty good. My SUV was full of dirt inside, and they cleaned it pretty good, including the WeatherTech mats. By the way, they all wore masks and gloves so I really appreciate the extra caution during these COVID days.

Clearly you can see by my transactions I've started paying less for services as it's just not with it. Convenience isn't convenient when it's halfassed, getting a little bit fed up of having to dry the car myself to avoid water spots after 3 people dried it. Cherry on top was the owner at the cash register, I showed him my previous transactions in hopes that I can get the 6th wash free as advertised but nope! Zero customer service/loyalty. Thanks parkway for making my tenure with your establishment very short, I appreciate the transparent lack of service.

2 words, Fast and Reasonable. Price is by far the most reasonable. Probably a good deal. Fast is for sure. The reason one star removed due to too fast. If you want car wash that is done in a hurry. This is the place. Not a good idea if you want thoroughly clean. What you pay is what you get. If you want thoroughly clean, this is not the right place. Will I come back, definitely. Think about it, getting a car wash from the major 5 gas stations ain't cheap. You are adding more and someone is cleaning the interior for you.

I've had my car washed here a few times, and though the first few were okay (vacuuming could have been better, but i figured it was fine for the price), the last time I went, they left my mats covered in a foul smelling liquid. As soon as I realized where the smell was coming from, I removed the mats, and was unable to get the smell out and they're even crusty now that they've dried. I'll be picking up new mats tomorrow, and definitely finding a new place to have my car washed.

Worst place EVER! If you aren't driving a high end vehicle,forget about leaving with a clean car. I have toddlers who were eating in the back of the car, 1 of them left garbage in the door handle, and to my surprise, these people didn't even remove it or wipe it off. Cup holders were dirty, mud was left under the guards. If I could rate this place 0 I would.

Nice job but their brushes left a scuff on the driver side rear fender of my second gen Kia Soul so just a warning if you’re bringing in that car. Wish they did hand wash because everything else was great.

2 stars just cause my car was a bit extra dirty, then again, I was very clear, "pls make sure the windows are clean with no marks" ...well, mats were wet, clean but wet, the wax doesn't show, vacuuming was not the best, and the car still dusty...well just look at the pictures, will I go back?, nop, the car wash at York Mills and Lesmill did a much better job and the wax actually looks amazing, now I'll have to do some window cleaning...is not worth the $30 I paid, I mean at least give me clean windows and mirrors!

It's mediocre. They go really fast so attention to detail isn't there. I still had to wipe down my car after and clean off some leftovers suds. My windows were left with streaks and cloth fibers all over it on the inside. Probably won't be going back and just doing the insides myself.

The owner has always been so kind, friendly and welcoming. My kids are in university now but when they were little he really was kind to my kids and his welcoming smile made me smile especially on those busy hectic days when the kids were small. I always leave a tip for the cleaning guys as they always put 100 percent effort into making my van look great. See you soon for another wash

Wow wow wow. Great amazing service and friendly staff. These guys helped my sister boost her car and kept her calm while she was waiting. Her car came out immaculate and I ended up getting a car was too after they helped my sister with great care. My car is so clean inside and outside. Vacuum washed matts and hand dried my car and wiped down my interior. Will recommend and they have a customer for life

I bought deluxe car wash. Pros: 1. They’re cheap compared to others 2. They work fast 3. You will be in and out in 10 minutes 4. whatever they clean, they do it good Cons: 1. They didn’t lock my footmats back to the floor. They simply threw it in 2. They didn’t clean front doors from inside. They didn’t even touch it 3. My centre console had lint from the cloth they were using to clean the car. 4. They should give 2 more minutes to details and they’ll be the best

Amazing service. Owner is friendly and his interaction with each customer is very welcoming. I loved the first time I went there to clean my Honda CR-V and have been coming here regularly as I liked their services very much. Plus it comes at just $28 a wash and in 5 minutes everything is done. I liked the idea that they have 4-5 service attendants to attend each car so that service is quick. Thankyou.

Fast and efficient service. Car was properly clean after the wash. Price was reasonable $17 (luxtuary) exterior only. Didn't like the fact that I had to exit my car, give the key to a guy so that he drive the car through the automated wash! Customer service needs improvement.

Their work is sloppy. I was especially appalled by the fact that my back seats were covered in dirty water that I am assuming fell when they were passing the floor mats across the seats and I found only after I returned home that there were many spots not cleaned. Fyi, I did not expect a full detail level wash, my car was relatively clean at the time of the visit, and I did not visit on a peak time. Also, this is a machine wash place.

paid for their deluxe wash not impressed exterior looks good very clean, interior though, they didnt wipe my entire dash and completely missed the center console i understand i didnt pay for a detailing service but if im paying for their highest package, id expect for them to at least wipe down everything that is visible

Great if you want just a quick wash for inside and outside of your car. Takes less than 10 minutes. For a cleaner inside wash, you'll need to spend a bit more for auto detailing.

For $33 paid, the whole process took less than like 5 mins. Really fast but no attention to details. A lot of the places interior were not wiped nor vacuumed properly. When asked them about it and they said that’s all they can do. I understand they want quick money but the level of service and result doesn’t match up. It was a waste of money and time. Will never return again and not recommended to anyone.

Photos speak for themselves. Check out the before and after photos. Went for a car wash last week and they did an exceptional job. There was sunscreen marks left on the door frame and the car interior but Sarmad removed all of them ! I will definitely come back again. Thanks again, Sarmad. People like you deserves a shout out.

I washed my car here this morning and left instantly because of the later class. Once I finished class and come I found their washing machine scraped my car paint! Such a terrible place won’t come again ! Spend your money elsewhere.

Don't bother. Outside wash ok. Inside horrible. Second time in a month I've gone. Again only half of inside cleaned. Dash looks horrible and this time today I paid for tire shine again and I didn't even get it. I guess if your paying for basic maybe but anything extra not worth it.

Do not expect good service or even okay one. This is the best waste of money one can do. I got the interior & exterior package. They were very quick, car had soap on almost every nook & corner outside. Inside looked like the cloth used was very dirty & interior was still not clean. Upon asking the management to complete the job, he kinda looked annoyed for being asked to finish his job. They want everyone to pay and leave with whatever thing is done. They are terribly bad at their job as well as way they communicate. No matter how much you say, it is still less for the worst services they provide. Have a good attitude and take your job seriously.

Went there once with dealership voucher, since dealer can't do complimentary car wash due to low temperature. Overall, the speed is high with inside cleaning, hand wash spotless. But I kind send the employee there is in poor condition. They need a better work environment. The price is sort in the middle, higher than the automatic car wash, but you get inside cleaning too.

I just tried this place for the first time today. I paid for deluxe wash. It didn't differ from any regular car wash and I had to call them to dry the water dripping on the glasses. when I went home I looked at the rear couch and the floor, I was shocked as it was full of dirt. If I clean it by myself it would definitely be much better than what they did.

It was my first time at this car wash...and I loved it! Our vehicle was so dirty. They did an amazing clean inside and outside. The owner was also very polite as were all the assistants. Oh...and I forgot to mention my windows and windscreen were sooooo clean and clear...I couldn't believe it! Keep up the great work!

Car was not cleaned properly at all. Paid for the package that would do windows etc. Windows still had all the finger smudges and the mat on the driver's side was soaking wet. The front of the car still had bird droppings on it after it was washed. The service is fast!

Great place for a quick wash and vacume. They hand dry the body of the car. Hand cleaned the inside and the windows. Wish they had asked me about vacuuming the trunk. Apparently you HAVE to tell them of they don't. All in all, pretty happy for the cost

Update: Not only they scratched my car, both of my back brake lights went out a few days after . Because they did not dry my car seats after shampooing and all the moisture went into the back lights and killed the lightbulbs. Terrible cleanung job too. Didn't clean my windows when I ordered it, stains on all 4 windows. Left my car seats wet after washing them. Now I got odor in the car. Left the doors and handles dirty. I had to clean everything left myself! Waste of my money. The scratch is so bad and obvious that i had to buy car paint as a temporary fix. It'd cost me hundreds. Don't come here to risk that.

First time I've been here. Got the deluxe car wash. Which includes everything that's how I got my car back. Was perfect from outside but inside the car was completely different. showed them the car after they cleaned it up.. They told me that's the maxx we can do. Zero experience.

This place is extremely professional and fast. the service was excellent and they have great customer Service. I usually go on my lunch breaks and they never disappoint. it was well worth the price for a car wash, probably the best car wash I have seen in all my years of driving.

The staff and the service level is poor at this car wash. My mats have clips (standard feature in the car) and if you try to pull them out without unclipping first; it won't come off easily. NOOOOO these guys ripped the clips off for all 4 mats!!! I also noticed that the quality of products doesn't changed based on different type of car wash you choose. No customer service at all! They don't care about your vehicle The car goes through the wash much faster than normal gas station car wash which indicates the car is not washed properly based of marks and stains on the car after wash. No on wiped my car down after the was and I was left with water mark spots and left over salt back and rear side of the car. The guy who takes ur car in to align it with the ground bar is reckless. Also interior was not vaccumed properly. One of the main spots are the cup holders tray...was still dirty with stains which a wet cloth would of cleaned it up if they did the job properly. I honestly took the car directly after to a gas station and spent more money on a vacuum to clean the rest of the car. Extremely poor service! Poor quality! Waste of money! No sure how this company has been running all this time. Have people lowered their standards for higher prices? ???? I'm not rich but I'd expect a service such as this to have standards.

They save you great deal of time and money – the basic cleanup takes about 15 min and costs half the price you'd pay at regular car wash. But they didn't wipe my windows thoroughly, leaving stains that became visible under direct sunlight.

Paid for the highest deluxe package ($33), but they didn't bother to clean the inside properly and when I showed them the dirt left over in the front and the back of the car not vacuumed properly, they said i need to pay for a detailing package (approx $100). The back of the car was also not dried properly so ended up having water stains. Dashboard also had stains of the cleaning cloth they used. Would never go back!

Updated: after I visited yesterday and wasn’t happy with the service, I was contacted by the manager asking me to come back for a full new clean on the house. They did a fantastic job now and will visit again! Thanks Raj! Terrible cleaning for $35. Interior cleaning was horrible. Exterior clean wasn’t great either. Never coming back again
