I took may car to this place and instead of telling me that my car was too low, they towed it in with their chains, sheered my muffler in two, backed it out then said its too low and it must be your muffler? As I drove out my car was howling like a hot rod!? I took it to the mechanic and they said my muffler was sheered in two in the front of my car. Not impressed!

Used to be the best in North Vancouver, now just the very bare minimum. Didn't even bother to wipe the console area, horrid vacuum job, could've done better with a dust buster.... Being serious here. it was a monthly stop until today, won't be going back.

Cant say I'll go back there. I had the works done. They vacuumed anything that was flat and left everything else. The cup holders and inner console was not touched as well as the door pockets. Front windshield had streaks all over on the inside and the hood of my car still has the 2 bug gut marks on it. When I took my car back to work I grabbed a cloth finished the job I paid for.

Very bad service. 32 dollars for doing the 10 dollars job that other automated carwashes do !! No proper inside vacuum cleaning or dashboard cleaning. After going there, my car got a strange noise in the case of full break. I believe it is related to the rolling chain they used to drag the car. Do Not Go to this place !!

Overall the experience was pretty cool. I enjoyed how you get to watch the staff clean your vehicle. Wash, wax, and vacuum for under 30$...I think they did a very good job especially for the small amount of time it took from start to finish. I will definitely go back next time I’m in north van. I’d rather go here then one of those automatic car washes which rarely do a satisfactory job and don’t vacuum or clean your windows :)

Love coming here to get my car cleaned! They take all the grunt work out of cleaning your car and make it fast, easy, and simple. Came here after going on a camping trip and my car looked like new afterwards. The price is pretty reasonable considering what you get out of it.

After a few bad experiences here, I finally decided to stop going to Oasis when I pointed out that my wheels were still pretty dirty after coming through the car wash. I thought the woman working there would tell me to take it through again, but instead she told me that it was my problem and suggested that some customers buy a spray that they spray on their own wheels before going through the car wash. This was all explained to me in what I experienced as a "why are you bothering me" attitude. When I told this story to my wife, she said she had stopped going there as well due to the rudeness of the staff where you pay. Bad service and poor quality work is why I won't return.

I've visited this place twice because I like to support local businesses. I won't be returning because I've been disappointed twice now. I have a white car, and just returned from a road trip with many splattered bugs and bird poop. I'd say only 80% of the splatters were washed off, and spots were missed in very obvious places (which I watched the dudes wash and wipe with half an effort). This place is set up for a quick wash and a gentle wipe down. If you want a thorough clean, then this is not it. I wish they'd put in more effort and paid attention to details.

I’m not sure how it’s possible to feel like the interior is more dirty after the wash. Exterior was done fine, but not worth $25. Spend $8 at an auto wash and wipe down the instead yourself and it’ll be 30x what you get here. Not recommended.

Went here to detail the inside of my car and wash exterior. The guy who vacuumed my car missed the whole driver said and when I told him he missed some spots he said "sorry you paid for the quick vacuum and that is just a fast pass over". What is the point in buying a vacuum if you don't do it. Now I just go to North Shore Auto Wash on main st. and do it myself. Staff is also very friendly and helpful there.

a fantastic outside car wash! I rated it a three because they do an amazing job with the outside of my car but when it comes to cleaning the inside.. I felt like i had to do touch up. I made it easier for them buy pick up all my garbage and putting into a plastic baggy and asked them to throw it out for me.. they didn't do this. They also don't wipe down cup holders, dashes or windows. They do a fine job with car mats and trunks (Trunks need to be opened by you if you want them to clean it)

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I have tried so many times to give them a chance. Car is always in nearly the same condition as when I arrived. This last visit they didn't even bother to vacuum the trunk and seats still had dirt on them. What's the point? Just awful.

I would say it's more a car tidy up than wash. Dust left behind after vacuum and also there was no wiping the door panels. I would only recommend if you don't have a high attention to detail.

Full service carwash. The quality of the work is really poor. My car was not extremely dirty when I went in for a carwash. Vacuuming left quite a bit of the dirt behind. Cupholders were not even touched. Wiping the dashboard was done in huge rush and corners were as dusty as they were when I've got in. The wash itself was not much better. Spots of dirt were left behind after automated wash and the manual wipe. Not going back there again.

My son took my car to them today to have the car washed, vacuumed and interior cleaned. I honestly don’t know what they cleaned. The outside of the car is still dirty and the inside wasn’t cleaned either. They did not touch the interior despite that being requested. How is the outside still dirty if that is all they did? The automated washes do a better job. I haven’t been there before and I won’t be back.

I love this place. Such lovely people all standing ready to help you have a clean car in the least amount of time, inside and out! About six guys swarm over my vehicle, vacuuming, washing and wiping, before driving it into the wash. There is a second team in here, who soap it down as my car gets pulled through the washer and air dryer. On the other side of the fabulous jet waxxing machine are more guys, giving it a once over with the drying cloths. This, for only $20 to $25. Now if only there was coffee in the waiting room, it would get an extra star ????????

I decided to check this place out for the first time... BAD MISTAKE!!! When I got home, I noticed one of my floor mats was missing so I called to see if it was there. The owner said he would go check and call me right back - which he never did. I called back, and this time the owner was very rude and basically told me that I was lying about having 4 floor mats prior to my car wash and that there was nothing he could do. He said it was my mistake and that I only had 3 floor mats. (I’ve always had 4....) I drove back there and demanded a refund if he couldn’t find my mat. He only gave it to me because I told him I would not leave until I got a fair resolution. It ended on a terrible note and I will warn everybody I meet for the rest of my life to AVOID THIS PLACE.

I went to this car wash after a long road trip my vehicle was clean from inside as I clean it quite regularly, I had a few garbage in cup holder and I asked the vacuum person if they could throw the garbage away and they replied “yes” the price is ridiculous!!! $31 is a total rip off!!!!!! Honestly it is not worth $31 at all for a wash and vacuum.. they do a really quick wash it’s the easiest $31 they make in 5 min. Car was not looking good at all. Windows were dirty, dashboard had marks on it, they scam You asking if you would like wax but you really can’t tell weather or not you got it waxed. I will never go waste another $31 at this ridiculous car wash I hope this helps somebody out to save them their money

I generally pay 13 bucks just for a drive through exterior wash at Esso, but this full interior/ exterior wash n wax was a whole 30 bucks, with a smile. Just try it. My family has been going to Oasis for 8 years the quality just keeps going further down. Today was the last straw. When I got the car back it was very poorly cleaned, with dried was on the drivers window when I confronted them about this they kept telling me it was sap and that it must have been there when I came in. It was not there when I got there and even then why wasn't it cleaned. I am very unimpressed and will not be going there again. Customer service is appalling and cleaning is mediocre at best.

These guys used to be great. I stopped using their service in the early 2k's. Each time I went through the car easy, spits were missed and when I asked the staff to fix it, they did it but with disdain and the expected a tip. For crappy work. No siree. We went there last Monday as my mum said she has had goood experiences at this location. After it was all done, I noticed the work was still shoddy and to make it worse, they raised their priced from $19.00 to $23.00 plus $3.50 if you want the spray-on wax. Thievery.

This seems to be an extraordinary unique experience! A 1950's semi-automatic car wash where your vehicle is cleaned, interior and exterior, manually by teams of very productive staff. The building and conveyor belt 'assembly line' are original equipment. Simply drive into line and hand the key to the vacuuming team. In about 15 minutes, for a shockingly reasonable price, the car is pulled up to the front in professional clean shape. I took in a challenge, my mother's car after it had been parked under a sap laden tree over a week of heat wave, and I remain astounded at how impressive the service is.

I went to get my car washed because I was gifted a free wash coupon. Chose the wax option as well. Was the very first car they washed all day, and they completely scratched the paint on my hood. Extremely unacceptable, and they won’t do anything about fixing the issue. You are better off washing your car yourself. Would not recommend.

i have been going to this car wash only because its close to my house, but to be honest their service inst great at all. staff are nice, but they don't do a good job cleaning inside. The coffee cup holder was still dirty, the arm rest in the door was dirty... I mean they could just vacuum it and it would be ready to go. The outside wash is both machine and hand washed... they sometimes miss spotS and you need to tell them. price is $17.50.... Today I decided never go back to that place... cause it never gets better.

Horrible service from the get go! I was trying to explain to the person in charge of cleaning the car, that there’s a coffee spilled on the hand break (easily cleanable with a wet wipe), and he told me I needed to get out of the car without even listening to what I had to say.... anyway... After the car was “CLEANED”, I noticed the stain wasn’t cleaned at all (not touched at all) and I told the cashier inside about this, he said “we only do a basic car cleaning.” Well it can’t get any more basic than wiping and vacuuming inside the car which was poorly handled, There was left over crumbs in the cup holder storage, on the chairs, so we actually ended up spending 10 minutes ourselves to clean inside the car properly. Won’t return.

I have not visited Oasis in a long time. The last time I was there I lost a pair of leather gloves. Reluctently I finally went back only to be disapointed in the job my side mirrors were still smudged from the dirt left from wipeing and the rear window still had my dogs nose prints on it. I will not return and will source out the hand car wash at Park Royal where I was never disappointed.

Good price for what you get. Never fully cleans off the bottom layer dirt though. Not sure why they always seem to miss parts on my bumper. And also, I always ask them to not touch my windshield with their clothes, yet always seems to happen. Just messes up the oils on the windshield, and makes me have to clean it again afterwards.

Terrible customer service. Showed up on a Sunday at 12:45. Some guy pointed to a sign saying “closed Sunday 1-130pm for staff lunch”. I said ‘it’s quarter to 1.’ Guy replies “I dunno about that but we’re closed now”. What a way to treat your customers.

Pretty good job on the exterior wash. Only the inner sills of the front doors were wiped so I had to wash the inner sills of the rear doors when I got home. Pricing is fairly reasonable compared to using the touchless wash on Lonsdale if you are not buying gas (gets the exterior cleaner and includes vacuuming out and wiping of the inside surfaces, including windows). The line-up can be lengthy at popular times.

Terrible job. My car came out with scratches and was still filthy. If I paid for a vacuum service, it wasn't received. I had to rewash and vacuum my entire car again to make up for their shoddy work. I'm not going back and I won't be recommending this business to others.

Quick service but only a decent wash. Hardly better than an automated machine. Tons of bug guts left stuck to car and now sealed in by wax. Interior is also just a cursory vacuum and dash wipe. Center console remained coffee stained and crumby. That said, fair value for the price compared to typical automatic car washes and self serve vacuums. Bottom line: good, not great.

Fast service. Friendly staff. My car came out clean but I noticed the hand washers don't dip their mitts in the soap enough. Basically they're just pushing around the dirt. They also wash in circles; my car is black so it left a bunch of swirls. It is a better clean than a gas station wash but swirls are the only trade off.

I am not impressed with the last guy on the carwash, at midday besides being rude, he doesn't get it pulling a cloth over the car to dry it and he didn't do the inside of the door frames.which were dirty also when I got home I realised the windows were NOT totally cleaned, on the inside, so I had to finish the job myself. Also they didn't clean around my gear shifter and my cup holder. I will DEFINITELY NOT be going back anytime soon. What a waste of time and money. Totally upset will definitely not recommend them either, They have lost the pride of workmanship we were once used to. This is not the first time you have been bad but this really does it, Sorry guys you have lost a regular customer. Plus all my immediate family which is another eight cars will NOT be coming your way.

It is an efficient work, everything done about 10 minutes. The overall cleanness is not good. Left many spots with dirts still on the car. I think it is because they do hand wash, 100% coverage of car body wash is not guaranteed.

Extremely disappointed in what I believed at one time to be a great North Van business! My vehicle (Volvo S60) was damaged going through the blower and the owner's position... I was either lying or was not aware of damage to the vehicle I drove everyday and had just filled up. His firm belief after "40 years in the business" is that the vehicle came in damaged and his staff and machinery was in no way responsible for my gas cap cover shooting off the car. "Not possible" was his words. Now while I believe there were other circumstance in play with his staff that while supporting his experience may offer an explanation for the damage, I'm most disappointed in his complete objection to any other options for a part that will cost $57 dollars to fix. I choose to spend my money elsewhere from here on out!

If you're looking for a very mediocre wash, this is the place to be! They get a passing grade on the outside, but the inside clean is a complete farce. They do not clean your mats, cup holders etc come away completely untouched. This wash is worth $15, not $25 with tax.

This is a great place to get your car washed. For $30 they wash your car, wax it, vacuum your interior and clean your mats. A really great deal. They're practically an institution on the North shore. It's a really tough job for the guys in the scrub section on the inside. I like to leave a good tip.

If I could give it a zero star I would. They charge 27.00 for an 8.00 car wash. The employees are horrible. They do not clean the interior at all. They pass the vacuum over the floor (don't move mats around) and they don't wipe anything because, and I quote "might get water into the engine". We went there on Sunday and I know why I was able to get right in. When I drove back around for the second time because the interior wasn't cleaned they went back in for 30 seconds and told me if I wanted better I should go get detailing. My car isn't even dirty. I spoke to the manager and asked who the owner was, he said there was no owner, wow!! DO NOT GO HERE

we have been using this car wash for 7 years and have had two cars damaged by them in the process. Today my car license plate was torn off the car and the manager refused to accept any responsibility and was extremely rude when I asked him about the damage. I told him I had been a customer for 7 years and that he had now lost me as a customer...he did not care. Beware of this car wash....two cars damaged now.

Never going here again!! Way over priced for a severely below average wash. I normally wash my car inside/out myself but due to time constraints and exhaustion I figured I’d pay to have someone else do it. Terrible. Still dirt and dust on almost all surfaces and I’m sure the pinstripe that’s now down the side of my entire vehicle was not there before. I should’ve asked for a refund.

I was short changed on Sat May 12; I called Sun May 13 and the person said I should call back on Tues May 15 and speak to Debra; I called her; she said that the cash amount checked on Sun May 13 did not show any extra cash; I paid by $50 for a $3.50 wax which was not done; it was close to closing time when I had taken the car in for a wash paid for by coupon; Debra said that the staff who was there on Sun May 13 did not see a $50 bill; I had paid this; I do legal work; the person who worked on Sun May 13 said that I spoke with Debra on Sat which was total outright lie because there were only fellows there; quite possibly staff pocketed the $50 bill and perhaps made up the short fall when he cashed in/out; when Debra said that there was no $50 I was flabbergasted; the staff was dishonest; I hope the person who pocketed the $50 enjoy it because he is a thief; so they got away by shortchanging me $18. The web page shows the parent as Four Season Oasis Car Wash Ltd. which company is NOT registered with the BC Registrar of Companies which show this company is a bit crooked.

Won’t be back here. Price is $23.95 and it used to be $19. They don’t even clean your mats or wipe down anything. My interior didn’t even look vacuumed. I went back and complained about the interior of my car still being dirty. This place was never good but it’s even worse now.

I've been a few times now and every time it's a really poor clean. It's like they are doing the motions but not actually looking at what they are cleaning. They forgot the trunk both times, when I went back inside to ask them to correct this, they said "we've cleaned your car, you can upgrade your clean if you want a deeper clean." After some arguing (both times) they then had someone come grab the matt out of the trunk to pressure wash it but no vacuum (either time) and both times when I told them I want it vacuumed as well, they just walked away. They have zero quality control, resulting in extremely poor service and cleaning for roughly $30. Go the extra distance to go somewhere else.

What happened to this place? Since my last three visits have been very disappointing, I will not be using Oasis Car Wash in the future. There is a shocking lack of attention to detail. They reuse the same dirty rag to wipe down the windows, resulting in smeared, hazy windows. Likewise, the vacuuming of the interior is sloppy. I suspect the vacuum cleaners are deficient - they seem to blow more debris inside the interior.

i give it a 3.5 star . the reason is that for a 25 dls carwash (plus 5 dls tip i usually offer),i expect the detailng and cleaning to be much better. Seems everytime i go, there are different surfaces in the car that dont get well cleaned, moreover, the windows are not very clean , which i believe its the towels they use . i will keep coming and support this place /local but i would hope that they do put a little more effort to ensure all cars come fully clean after being washed.

Vehicle does not come out clean. Inside and outside always has missed areas. I have pointed it out before and gotten attitude when asked to borrow one of the wet rags to personally finish the job they were supposed to do. They need to focus less on speed and more on quality. No one is impressed by a 3-minute car wash if the car isn't washed.

Worst customer service ever! A bunch of cheats and liars. They ripped off a peice of my car while vaccuuming and said it was already like that. I wrote a letter to the owner and she sided with the manager as he lied to me and her. She didn't even try to amend the situation.

Missed so many spots inside the car and when asked the employee he said ask the other employee to do it… same rag that was used to clean the dash was used to clean the windows I don’t blame them, there is lack of training and underpaid…. Owner sitting inside behind the cash and not doing a quality check. I should have read the reviews before. This place has so much potential. If you ever think of selling let me know.

$31….. and third time ( and last) I’ve been to this car wash. I had to spend 20 minutes after cleaning all the spots they missed . Which was on every part of the car front to back. The last two times I pointed out all the spots they missed . This time I did not have time . They are big hand size areas as well. They need to slow down so they can do a better job. From now on I’ll drive to Burnaby or Surrey and do it myself and save $. Automatic car washes are even worse than Oasis. Sadly it’s quantity over quality here…But if your looking for a quick lazy wash ……

WOW. what a Awesome Cleaning these guys did inside and out side. our Van was sitting under a great big tree for four months leaves, Bird droppings, mud and dirt all on the van from sitting in the driveway for 4 months. it was dusty inside of the van. They did such a Great Job, our van looks so clean and shiny and beautiful, it looks brand new again. cleaned so well inside the windows ,the car mats everything smells so fresh. We will be going back to the Oasis car wash. Very Retro there the decorations and palm trees outside, this place has always been a Great place. Thanks for the Great Job Everyone. and the cashier inside so nice and polite. Social distancing and masks are worn by everyone there. From my wife and i.

Didn't even wipe anything down inside my car just vaccumed seats and floor mats. Still dirty spots all over the outside They are more concerned with getting your car finished in less than 5 minutes then actually doing a good job.

The worst experience ever. Paid for the service and gave tip. When I got my car back it looked almost same as when I gave it to them. They never vacuumed the seats, wiped the dash or washed the windows. The car still had dirt on it and they apparently waxed over it. When I called on Monday to speak with someone I was referred to a man named Steve who still has not called me back. Completely unprofessional and will never go to the North Vancouver location ever again. The management there obviously does not care about their clientele.

I took my car to have it washed and vacuumed. Once I was told it's done, I realized vacuuming was very minimized and there were still dust on the dashboard. I politely, asked the gentlemen to look again and have it cleaned. However.. I think next time I will have to look elsewhere.
