Terrible experience. I didn't expect a perfect wash so knowing that, my brand new car had a bit of bird droppings on it so I went in for the premium $18 wash. The wash went fine; however, due to the condensation, after the garage doors opened to let my dried car out, oily water dripped all over my car and stained my whole darn car. Worst part is I emailed them my concerns and they never even take the time to reply. Absolute waste of time and terrible customer service. Absolutely don't recommend to anyone.

Car wash takes the bulk of the debris off but doesn't clean wheels or hood very well. They used to have dedicated wheel washing nozzles as you drove into the bay but those seem to have gone.

Went for a wash... Had issues and went in to see the attendant. Sign said that attendant is there until dusk. It is summer and was just after 8pm (definitely not dusk yet). No attendant around. Very disappointed

Touchless car wash with free microfibers for drying off your car. You will need the microfiber clothes if you want if you want a streak free finish. There are better car washs on the North Shore however this is the very upper quality limit of machine carwash.

I go here during the day usually and get great service, this time however I went after hours. I have a visa debit card that works for almost everything but parking and now this place. Only takes full credit card. If all you have is a visa debit card after hours this is not the place for you. Daytime though excellent place. Cash debit credit card. Even have a money changer for vacuum and services

A car wash is only as good as its dryer. This place has an automatic dryer that makes two passes over your car, but two is far from enough as my car was still soaked after I pulled out of the bay. Gas station car washes are better. I Won’t be coming back.

Seems like a great place but... not Easy to use check in, I went for the total package at $20. I went super slow through the wheel wash and at the end the wheels looked like they had not even been rinsed off ????. Was not too impressed by the actual wash either, the windshield still showed where the wipers had cleaned rather than fully clean. Quite disappointed because I thought it would be great to get the multiwash package.

Went after hours with no staff around, that's my mistake as a first time user. I have a Northshore Rack on my car, and the giant sprayer wand thing that circumnavigates your vehicle couldn't figure it out. Crashed into the rack and the wash stopped, car covered in soap. I didn't realize what happened at first. I backed out and paid for a second (cheap) wash, to try and at least get the soap off, same thing happened again (this time I was wiping my windows of soap so I could actually see what was going on). Had to drive home with a soapy car, and hose it off myself!

It's a decent touchless car wash, I find the drying aspect too quick and does not do the best job drying off your vehicle which leaves streaks once dry. Driving into the wash and out have tight corners.

Actually a very nice car wash, I almost wish it was closer to home. Can't remember the membership deal, but it seemed like a good deal. I took my 2001 Ford Expedition here and that bad boy looked brand new after a go around in this car wash, boy I could see my reflection in the newly washed paint. After this car wash everyone told me how clean and nice my 2001 Ford Expedition looked and I recommended each and every one of them to this here car wash.

The service was good, but the person who's in charge in the cashier not very friendly. It was our first time here so I am expecting him to explain or give more information but he just said "you can drop the car right there and come back". He didn't smile or anything because he was too busy with his phone. The guy who vacuumed our car explain to us how things work and I am relieved that he entertained us and he was very kind.

If your car isn't too dirty it does a pretty good job at cleaning it but if your car is really dirty it's only going to take off the top layer of dirt and leave it looking cleaner than before but still dirty. I have a monthly pass and as long as I get a wash twice a week it keeps my car pretty clean. They proved micro fiber towels to dry your car after since the air dry doesn't fully dry it.

This car wash is not worth the visit. The wash is done entirely by spraying water/soap at the car, no brushing involved. The result is that it leaves behind wiper marks and bird poop. The blower does nothing to dry out the car, you can see from the pictures how much water is left on the windshield after the blow-drying had ended. This place charges $15 for basic wash, and $20 for premium, it’s close to double the price at AutoShine, and half as effective a wash. Being so close to the highway and dusty part of the area, car gets dirty immediately after the wash with so much water still left on it.

I decided to get the $18.00 wash on my Van .. It was right after Winter ..I Presumed it would be the Best Car Wash for my Van.. I usally pay $7.00 for a wash on Terminal, For a Wash which is Reasonable and Gets my Van Super Clean.. After my Wash was over at your Mountain Highway Location..My back Window and 2 side panels never got cleaned.. After Hunting down your Staff, both in Office playing on there Cell phones. Those 2 Staff members on Duty, smirked when I informed them of my Concerns,since i just Paid the Most Money ever, with Tax over my final bill was over $20.00. One of the Staff followed me out to my Van to check my Concerns, he wiped my Back Window and the 2 side panels with a Cloth.. I brought up the Cost of the Wash and He again Smirked/Laughed and said its Only a machine and sometimes the Machine misses parts of Vechiles.. That Has Never Happened on Terminal for $7.00, the Machine cleans Everything on my Vechile.. Bottom Line- I will NEVER go back there to Your Mountain Hwy Location and will NEVER recommend your Car Wash to anyone.. I felt I was Ripped Off, your Staff was very Lazy and Didn’t really Care for your “High”Paying Customers.. I am a Resident of North Vancouver for 25 years.. Your Staff DO NOT CARE about Your Customers..

Low quality wash. Machines drip on the car during drying cycle. Often the bays have issues and you have to get out of your car to get help. The website sets off anti-virus software. Their phone just keeps ringing in off hours, not even a message. Google says open 24 hours. maps software says opens at 9am. Owner making no effort to ensure this info is correct.

Wash is ok, fast and does the job. However, i had noticed a my running strip off the door had come off after the wash. I called once i noticed it next day to see if it had been retrieved and i guess they just throw everything that comes off vehicle in the garbage. I figure a week grace period….. or at least a couple days would be reasonable.

If this place cut any more corners, it'd be a circle. The dog wash is never open, despite citing "until dusk". The parking lot is dirty and poorly maintained. The card reading machines have huge "TAP ONLY" signs, but the tap doesn't work. Get it together.

North shore Auto wash? More like North shore auto rinse! Decided I need to try out the auto wash my car was a little dirty but not too bad as I only drive it a few times a week and I have it washed at least once a month. After the wash I pulled over to see what kind of job it did. It was almost like someone just rinsed it off, had swirl marks all over it like some took a garden hose to it. So went in to complain, they told me the system has been giving them problems all day and washing cars with enough pressure. So I just asked for my money back (paid $18 for the works) so I could hit a car wash that would actually work but nope they told me that they would try washing it again but I would have to wait in line again (20 minutes or so) I wasn't willing to sit in line again to see if a second wash will work when my car wasn't that dirty to begin with. Just wanted my money back but no luck. I think next time I'll stick with the other cash washes in North Van, this one is terrible

I had a great experience here at North Shore auto. I drove from San Francisco and was getting food at A&W across the street. My van was dirty and needed a wash. I usually have the brush washes were we live (California) and it has damaged some parts (front license plate frame/front bumper). So I was happy to try a touchless wash. It can be busy, that is for sure, so sometimes the space is limited. You won't have to wait long though because people get done with their cleaning and leave. Prices are good. This is also a touchless system (at least the one I used). I felt the wash did a great job. If your car is heavily dirty, I don't think do believe you will need to have the physical brushing needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and will use again!

This car wash is the large equivalent to a cheap dishwasher. You know the ones that you have to pre-wash your dishes before you put them in the machine? Where you begrudgingly mostly clean your dish and think to yourself "Why don't I just finishing scrubbing this plate, since I mostly already cleaned it?" But you don't, because you're lazy, and you own a cheap dishwasher. Well that's this place. It sort of cleans your car. If it's already mostly clean. Also, don't try and use the shampoo machine's. They never work and will steal your coins

It's a great service to keep your vehicle "maintained" during the winter. Don't expect it to be the same as a good hand wash. It does help keep the grime off. Go there during their operating hours when they pressure wash the outside. Monthly membership is the best deal. Free mat washing and 8 washes a month for $50. Any vehicle 24 hours a day. Interior cleaning supplies given to you as well as drying towels. Now all they need is some hot girls working there. Great for the undercarriage as well.

Used in the past and in fact had their pre-paid card filled twice, but simply said my car is never cleaned properly over tyhe last few months. I was in yesterday and same issues window film remains, back hatch is still dirty, side mirrors are not cleaned. Simply not acceptable. On the other hand the vacuum centre works really well.

Vacuums are nothing special. Turbo mode is on par with a low quality shop vac @ $3 for 4 min it was $12 for a crew cab truck. Don't bother with the regular setting you may as well use a straw and your lungs. No scents to be had and i didn't even bother trying the shampoo portion. Only up side is the height it's slightly higher entrance than your average drive in wash but not by much. Didn't wash my vehicle this visit.

This car wash has gotten worse and worse over time. The tri color foam is more like single color foam. The water pressure is absolutely minimal and it looks like dripping. The rinse never clears the soap and foam off the car. The cheapest option you get here is $15. Esso up on Lonsdale is cheaper and washes a lot better for cheaper. I'd never go back again.

The good: you have all the tools you need to vacuum your car and wash your dog, and their 'mat washing' service is cheap and saves you time. The bad: both the dog wash and the vacuum have minimum charges, and they're on timers. So it's $6 to start washing your dog, then $1/min after. But if you let the timer run out, you have to start with another $6. There's no way to pause the timer while you scrub them down, or retrieve them if they've escaped. Also, the leashes where you can clip your dog in are broken. I guess it's back to the bathtub for us. The vacuum has the same time/money restrictions, tho obviously not such a big deal. It definitely would have gone faster if the vacuum had any power to them, even the "turbo" needed many passes to vacuum the dirt. Guess I'll find another car vacuum place too.

The soap never fully rinses off which infuriates me. They don’t even have a hose you can pay to use after. You’re just doomed to drive away with residual soap on your vehicle and have it seep into your window seals and god knows where else. The change machine is also broken.

Today I paid for "The Works" the most expensive one with all options; and this is what I got. (see the pics)After it's done; I just decided to wipe few splashes left on the windows and the body. I couldn't believe my eyes.called the staff; and right in front of him grabbed an unused paper towel and wiped it on the body again, showed to him and asked him is this how you guys do business in here!!! he said, "well this is a touch-less carwash". I Won't go back there and DO NOT Recommend it to anyone. No star at all with my experience.

Friend of mine recommended this place, I drove all the way from Burnaby to try it out, totally worth the time. Very impressive! Payment was easy, car wash was fast and effective, love the shine from the ice wax applied by the wash. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to my family and friends. Please open one at Burnaby so I DO NOT HAVE TO drive over the bridge!!!

This place does a half decent job. Note for your first time, drive in slowly as there is no sign telling you that your rims are being washed on entry. A quick pull in and you'll still have dirty rims. Heavy filth won't be cleaned. Their "spot free" ads are bs, as you'll find water and soap still dripping from your mirrors and door jams. I almost recommend doing a pre rinse and coming here for the final wax and protection.

I see a lot of negative reviews (here, on FB, etc) about how this place doesn't clean your car well, leaving your car only a little bit cleaner than before.... Folks, let's call this for what it is. It's a touchless, high pressure spray wash for your car. It'll spray down your side panels, roof, hood, and even does a decent job spraying the underside. It'll spray the entire car and applies a good amount of pressure. For anyone who's ever cleaned their car by themselves, by HAND, you'll know that's the ONLY way to it sparkling clean. The spray wash only gets off the easy to remove dirt - loose stuff that isn't baked in. Leaves, pebbles, mud, etc. If you've got insect splatter, bird poop, tree sap, or just stuff that's solidified by the sun, it ain't coming off in one spray wash. Probably not even two.... you have to get out the towels and soapy bucket and remove it by hand. We just have to adjust our expectations for services like these.... it's a quick drive-through job that'll get you mostly clean - but it's not going to be perfect (unless your car went in reasonably clean already!)

This place is garbage! I wasted 15 on a car wash and drove out with my car still dirty. I went into the office to tell the staff and showed him visible dirt still all over my car. I asked for another wash or something to help with the service i was paying for. He starting to make up stories how my car must of been sitting for a long time ( false) , and how its been raining a lot. (its vancouver) ...im sorry but if a customer is unhappy and is showing you whats wrong, at least give them another wash. whats it cost to them? dont make up assumptions about my car , its disrespectful PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. POOR QUAILITY, HIGH PRICES AND A POOR MIND SET AMONG THE STAFF.

Disappointed.. most vacuum nozzles were either broken or non existent. VERY WEAK VACUUMS! Even in "turbo mode" didn't do the job I needed. Change machine wasn't working..Not recommended! It's a pity.. it's in a great location.

My car is only marginally cleaner after paying $20 for the deluxe wash package. Plenty of dirt remains on the bottom of the doors on both sides of the car, on the trunk, and on the hood by the headlights. Tremendously disappointing. I will be getting in touch with the company to express my frustration with the poor performance of their car wash. Terrible value. Avoid.

Started going here as Pacific Honda gives free washes away instead of cleaning your car after a service. Anyways, service is always prompt and friendly. The actual car cleaning is decent and consistent. Much less chance of ding or dent compared to a gas station roll through approach. Will continue to go with free vouchers but struggle to pay $15 for a car wash.

Very poor wash. Decided to try here for a change and was very disappointed. The wash did not even clear off the bird muck on the roof. It wasn’t even old muck so was not ground into paintwork. For $15 for the basic wash, really would expect more. The vacuums too are useless. The standard option is so weak and the power vacuum isn’t much better. $3 for 4 minutes. Will not be coming back here and will go back to Royal Oak in Burnaby. Rather do it myself for less and MUCH better finish.

It was OK. 'Turbo Vacuum' ($3 for 4mins) wasn't strong enough to suction hair off vehicle carpets, but got dirt, crumbs, grass ok. Drive thru wash - first one we tried was broken but attendant put us through another one with minimal fuss. Just glad we weren't in a hurry. Got surface dust etc. off car but didn't get built up grime off. No tap to do any hand washing.

Spent 18 bucks for the best wash. When I pulled out my truck was still dirty. And now my windshield has some terribly placed wax on it that makes it hard to see out of. The only good part was the underbody pressure washing and my rims got sprayed good. I'll never use that car wash again. Waste of money.

Very expensive car wash and very poor quality. for $15 you think I would come away with a clean car but it wasn't even able to clean off some very minor bird poop. also they have a sign that says you can have eight watches for $55 and yet there are no options to buy this when you actually go to pay. I have lived on the North Shore for two years, and decided to give this place a try today for the first time. I used the eco-friendly touchless Don’t ever go through without getting a receipt and get out and look at your car before you leave the lot. I didn’t do either and I should have - I got home and looked at my car, and it was still filthy. The whole tailgate was still as dirty as when I went in, and so were the door panels. I could write my name in dirt on my tailgate - finger was black with dirt. I wasted $15.

Pretty decent vacuum stations, vacuum sucks hard... When it comes to the wash itself, a big meh. The kid prewashing the car with a pressure washer is a good idea. I went to get a cloth to dry what the apparent spot free dry had left and found a lot of dirt still on the car. I went back and spoke to the kid who rinsed the car and he's like 'oh I'll run it through again.' As i approached the car wash again, the kid hand washed my car and rinsed it off. I went through the wash again and most of the dirt was gone. I still had to dry the car manually, and wipe off some dirt. Overall, the car wash is okay... Would i waste money on it again... No. But thanks to that kid my car looks clean ????

I am not one to write bad reviews, but I felt like I had too in this case. I took my car to have washed here and honestly my car looks dirtier than it did before I took it there. I called their office and told them about the experience and asked for my money back. Instead, they gave me a free car wash to make up for it. So I went back a second time and got another wash. Again, my car came out dirtier than it went in. I do not even know how this is possible but the carwash is an absolute waste of time and money. I don't understand what the purpose of all the soaps, etc are. The car wash does nothing more than an expensive rinse of your vehicle. Will definitely not be going back.

So apparently this is a car wash. I put $20 in the machine for the super wash, drove in, waited while it gently sprayed my car with water and soap, and then... When I drove out, my car was still dirty. Exactly as dirty as when I went in. It's as though I didn't go through a car wash at all. The only evidence i have of having gone through a car wash is the $20 charge on my card. When I got home my 2-year old son yelled "DADDY CAR DIRTY". Don't bother.

Paid for premium wash which didn’t clean back windows too well (expected a little better).. then $3 for vacuum for turbo 4 min. Which didn’t even get me past two doors on my car. I don’t even think it was 4 min. The vacuums at gas stations work better and get me through the whole car for $2. They should atleast throw a deal when you get the wash for unlimited vacuum time or reasonable time to get your car clean. It cost me $20 to get a half wash and half vacuum. I can get full service wash and vacuum for $30 ... your business and cost should make sense. Right now it doesnt make consumer sense based on services and price.

Best priced car wash I've been to. I like the tire rinsing and under carriage wash, because it washes the salt off. Drive really slow as you go in, for the best results. Really great clean for $15. Don't expect the equivalent of a hand wash. This is contact less so it's cheaper and only good for a superficial clean.

Best place to wash your car quickly and maintain clean every week. There is salt on the road because of snow. Salts are extremely bad for your vehicle. It will make your Vehicle rust out fast. This place has super high pressure under body spray. It cleans the under body very well. I go to this place once or twice a week. I can have my car stay clean for a month. After a month, contamination from the road builds up, then I will need Hand Wash my car. This place is cheap if you are a member. Only cost $6.25 !! for "The Works $18" each wash. A lot people complain there are still dirt after wash... Please, understand those dirt stuck on the paint, if you don't wash your car often. This is not magic, You think just drive your car through the place, then your car will shine ??? Come on, people. So, If your car hasn't been washed for months. Do not use any of touchless wash. Hand wash is the best for you.

I just did car wash today at 9:30PM. I read lots of terrible google review before I went to this place today. But, recently I bought a new car, because of the snow I wanted to keep clean. Usually I do car wash at ESSO gas station. However, it was closed today. So I gave a shot at this place, hoping the reviews were not accurate. I tried $18 package, but it did not go well. it did not even rinse off the soap. When the car came out, the soaps were all around the place. Because it was night there were no one in office to complain. It was definitely waste of money. I will never come back.

This is a 'Touchless' car wash so it just sprays soap and stuff and hopes it will 'eat' up or dissolve dirt so it can be rinsed off...I wasn't impressed, especially with my hatchback as the tailgate area didn't get covered enough and that was the dirtiest area.

Touchless does just an ok job. They used to do a proper pre wash and have a 24 hour guarantee if you bought the premium wash but they have since gotten rid of both as well as raised prices.

This place is awful. First and last time I will ever use them. Chose the $15 option and put a $20 bill in but was only given $3 in change. I wanted to go speak with someone inside but the hours say they close at "dusk" so I wasn't able to get my $2 in change. Further, after the car wash I inspected the car and it seemed the car wash did nothing to clean my car. I swiped my finger across my car and it was black from all the dirt still on there. $15 for a car wash that doesn't even give you correct change or wash your car properly is ridiculous.

Good touchless wash. Car gets clean, hours are great. My initial visit was afterhours and I actually had trouble. The system accepted payment but the cleaning system didn't do anything. I went in the next day and the staff were very accommodating. They fixed the problem and I got a few perks for the inconvenience. I'll be a repeat customer.

Great machines, just difficult when there's a big crowd as it's a small waotong area and you may end up waiting on a truck road. Usually they offer free pre-wash power washing bit not since COVID. Do NOT waste your time or money here. Yesterday I got the $15 wash and a few minutes after leaving, I noticed that my windows were filthy. Today I looked at my car as a whole in the sun light. Filthy. I washed it all by hand right away because I couldn't bare the thought of having spent money for no reason at all! This place charges extra to use the vacuum. When you first pull into the driveway, workers start pressure washing your rims. At first, I thought this was nice, and thought they were ensuring a proper clean. After, I figured out that they must have done a pre-pressure wash because the car washing machine itself can't do a half decent job on its own. The machine must be old and run down. I've used the touchless car wash in Surrey on king George Boulevard several times, it's $7, does a stunning job, and you can use the vacuums for free afterwards! North Shore Auto Wash is a huge rip off and waste of time

Great place to get your cash wash. Usually very thorough and the staff are friendly. They prewash your vehicle during opening hours but if you have a credit card You can still use the auto wash 24/7. You can also vacuum your car for a start of 3$ and there's a change machine.

The wash only cleaned off a bit of dust on my car. There was still some bird poop that never came off, and my car looks almost as dirty as it did before the wash. The drying stage didn't really dry my car, which isn't a big deal, but it was a waste of time. The worst part was that the wash cost $15.
