Worst place to go for wash, Manager will be very nice until there is no damage in your car. But if they got any damage. They will be very rude and keep putting you from one person to other. Also claim they are not accountable for any damage in your car. Everyone be careful in there.

The attendant was on his phone while I wanted to get my truck through the maze of vehicles blocking the entrance. When I finally got to the front, he said I couldn't use the car wash because I have a tool box in the back of my truck. I've gone through a 100 car washed with my box before but the attendant said "well you can't go through this one". Either this car wash is poor quality and will break because of a small tool box fastened to my truck OR the attendant didn't want to work and wanted to get back on his phone. What a joke!

I’ve been twice. First time I was not too impressed with the job done. Many spots remained a bit dirty. Their machine doesn’t do a good job drying either. The second time I noticed that they have a taped sign where you pay saying that they are not liable for any damage to your car. Definitely not very inspiring... I was checking that out when the attendant approached me saying that my crossbars has to come off to avoid wrecking my car. The guy was almost lecturing me when I mentioned that I’ve been once before and no one mention that. I decided to skip it and go somewhere else.

The signs are wrong. The visa machines does not work and there is no sign on it. The pricing is different than the signs. There is no operating vacuum as it is broken. This place is not well managed.

Exceptionally friendly staff, even at an hour left to closing time. Exterior wash was about as effective as most automatic exterior washes. It always leaves something to be desired. Not much can be done about that. But the vacuums available are top notch! The suction is powerful and the hoses have metal heads on them - not like the more flimsy plastic ones you find at most service stations.

I have lived in the area for a while and used them before but recently been and was really impressed with the service and way the car came out. Got the mid grade wash. The attendant Josh was really good. Went the extra mile. I will return.

Josh was awesome! Super friendly and kind. Great customer service. When I had finished my car wash and it wasn't as clean as I would have liked, Josh ran me through the wash again at no charge to make sure I was happy with the look of my truck. 10/10 would recommend.

My go to carwash on the North Shore as I have several cars and eventhough Im a car enthusiast and my cars are important, sometimes I just dont have time to clean my cars so this is where I go. Prices are good and the wash is good. The manager is also very friendly and makes the experience even better

My car was not off-road dirty (BMW sedan), but after spending $34 my white car was covered in unclean areas. I think I was reasonable in expecting the car to be fully cleaned. The car was pre-washed and the brush system did a terrible job. Clearly, this place will only clean you car if it already clean!!! I have been in numerous "touchless' car washes and achieved way better results for $24-25 (inc taxes). Poor value will not be going again.

Has everything you need to clean your car at a lower cost , Vacuum and Auto Carwash...I clean inside the car myself regularly, so if you're looking for a complete cleaning job, this is not a right place

Paid $33 for the ultimate wash with tire shine. The attendant used the wand to prewash but overall was unsatisfied with the cleaning as when I got back to my home (2km away) realized it had not removed the bugs from my hood or grill. Should have checked immediately exiting the wash so I could have spoken with the attendant. For the price I would have expected a clean vehicle but 50% of thats on me for not inspecting it which is what earns 3 of 5 stars.

Not sure why google removed my previous review. It seems like you can only leave 5 star reviews and nothing negative. The attendant was very rude and the wash itself was not good at all to the point where I had to get the car washed somewhere else after. For $20, you’d expect more!

They have two spots for vaccuming. One was taken by a customer vacuuming his car and the other was occupied by a red Dodge doing nothing! I was told by the staff who takes care of the autowash to wait till the other client was done vacuuming! Half an hour passed and that customer was still vaccuming! I couldn't say anything! So I approched theasmed him about the other idle car, i.e. the Red Dodge! And he told me the car belonged to another staff! I reminded him that staff shouldn't be parking their cars on the "only two Vaccuming Spots" he started defending his co-worker while yelling at me! Extremely rude! Will never stop by again for any reason!

The drive through car wash is terrible. $22 and it didn't even clean my car, which wasn't that dirty... I wouldn't suggest it for the drive through car wash. But I haven't tried any other services yet. *Updating - Thank you for the offer. My fiancé actually came back because he though I was being "picky" and paid for another car wash a few days later. You may want to take a look at your machine and see if something is wrong. It still came out dirty. I know Drive Through Car Washes work well - just wondering if there is something broken, maybe the manufacturer can fix it.

Being physically disabled and confined to a power chair, the staff there went out of the way to help me, so I could get my van washed. I had a really good experience, would highly recommend.
