My SUV was left in better condition than when I purchased it! Mark was very nice and very thorough! His services are very convenient, and he didn't miss anything! There was a spot in the driver's area that had severe salt build up, I tried everything to get rid of it (was there when I bought my vehicle) can't even tell it was ever there!! Just OK! Agreed to wash both vehicles but had to leave early due to an “emergency” — he had to go clean a stain for another client. Did not clean the bed of the truck and salt stains are still noticeable on carpet.

I was visiting NorthBay on a return trip to BC from the east coast and was looking for a car wash with vacuums. Had been to 2 that had none and descended upon Marc at his home because Google directed me there. He was so kind, saw my frustration and offered to lend me a vacuum and allowed me to clean my vehicle right there. When I had worn the one i was using right out he lent me another with no judgement and no expectation of payment of any kind. He then offerd me some industrial garbage bags again with no expectations. I was so very grateful for his kindness and to find it so genuinely offered these days is very rare. Thank you Marc. Sorry it took me a week to send my thank you. His neighbour Al was very nice too. Let my dog and all my belongings lay in his yard with even a dog treat included. Love the people in North Bay.
