I have installed my car remote control on November 5 with life time warranty but the broken on January. I went to replace it and they just refused to do that. It makes me so frustrated and they attitude was so bad. I would never recommend anyone to go with this store to do anything. They should stop doing this kind of bad commitment with the customer.

After the dealership told me they where unable to Install a starter in my SUV, I contacted Shark Mobile and they had no problem to do the installation. The install was clean, fast and price was fair with zero issues!

Fantastic service ! I go to them for all my car audio and vehicle detailing needs ! They Installed an amazing Alpine Nav stereo system, backup camera and heated seats for me, and also they have tinted several of my vehicles now. I could not be happier and I highly recommend !

Would highly recommend, got my windows tinted and they turned out great. The first time they tinted them I noticed a couple imperfections and they fixed it up for me no problem. Excellent customer service.

From what I can see the wire route of my sub/amp was suffice. Unit sounds good. I did have to finish the installation, there was some confusion as to where the unit should be located. Fortunately enough slack in the wires to work in my favour. I didnt sign any documentation saying what tinting or vynl will most likely be illegal. Unfortunately (claims the officer) my area is breaking down on windshield strips and tint. $110 fine later Not impressed

Shark mobile is the best for car audio, car alarms and remote starts, vehicle window tint, vehicle wraps, vehicle decals and much more, I am not from North bay but I have lived here for 5 years, meeting the owners was one of the best things that had happen to me since I moved here, the owners are extremely nice and they go above and beyond to help you with what you are looking for, they are very fast with response and they get things done in a timely fashion, they do the job right, they don't cut corners and they don't rush you, they are very respectful with their customers and I am supper happy being a customer with them, they show you what North bay is truly about, great job for the team at shark mobile, you will always have my service! Very impressed

The absolute worst service I have ever had anywhere. The workers are very pleasant to deal with, but the owner is unbelievably arrogant. It amazes me he’s still in business. Even if his shop did good work, I’d go anywhere else and pay double before I went back there.

Not going to trash them and give one star since I never actually got the work done there. Called for a price and was quoted $425. Same job down south (Hamilton) $250. Why $175 more up here ? To respond back to your response. I’ve dealt with several companies down south and had great service and quality for years. I moved up here and will continue to deal down south. Yous guys are gouging people up here. People from down south are moving up here and starting businesses. Only a matter of time until the Northern gougers are out of businesses. Be as calky as you want. It’ll be short lived

After installing my interlock system incorrectly, causing damage to my truck I was laughed out of the shop, after inquiring if possibly something was wrong. Upon driving to Barrie to a new lifesafer location, I was informed it was done terribly, was asked for a statement and many pictures were taken. Shortly after noticed shark's lost their contract with lifesafer, coincidence?

After installing remote start, the system worked fine all winter.As soon the late spring came, the radio,clock,temperature control auto door lock ect. all quit working until the fall and resume working after temperature cooled down. They told me that my Radio needed change. My Radio works fine all winter and stop all summer . The're connection is faulty and they won't do anything about it. today Dec 10th 2019 I have my car in the garage and they tell me that they have no power at the computer plug port and have to disable the remote start which is going to cost me over 300.00 just to remove the remote after paying over 400.00 to install. DON'T USE THESE GUYS . THEY SUCK
