I had my truck done there last year. I was concerned when I arrived as i saw the fellow doing the undercoating using an ordinary old spray painting gun instead of a 'wand' to get into tight places. However he explained he had just finished that vehicle and was just going over everything. So I left my truck, and came back in a while. The next day i pulled the tail lights to see if they had pulled them and sprayed heavily in on top of the fender wells in the back. The area was bone dry. I then lowered the spare, and looked carefully under it, and there were places that had rust, but no sign of any undercoating in these places. I called but got an answering machine, so left a polite message. Several days later a woman called, and it was painfully obvious she did not quite understand things, however, she said "drop by in a few days and 'if' we are not busy we will look at it. "IF?" What the heck, the manager never did return my call. This year I am heading to Sturgeon Falls to the place up there as soon as you get int town. I had stopped and the owner took about 20 minutes to talk to me, even though he was busy with a car was for MS. I have heard very good things about this shop, from folks I know.

Had my car oil sprayed underneath for the winter. My mechanic said they did a fantastic job. It was very thorough and they soaked it good. He said he was very impressed. The service was quick and very professional.

When I tried to pick up a vehicle the shop was closed, although the customer service lady at desk assured they would be open for pickup the following day. Left a message only to have the manager call me back and tell at me and berate me and call me a liar and stood by their rep.. who obviously made a mistake but at no point apologized and took ownership. Then proceeded to inform me how much they hated customers. Unfortunately these guys are in the wrong business if they hate customers! Needless to say I wouldn't let them rust check a bicycle, they lost a customer and would not recommend to anyone.
