Husband had to wait a month to get his appointment. He booked off work an hour early on the day of and we headed into North Bay. Construction blocks and white outs for parts of our drive caused some delays but ultimately we arrived at Krown at 4:35 and our appointment was for 4:30. A woman came out and asked if we were the 4:30 appointment. We informed her we were. She then said" Well you're late so we closed at 4:30." (What!?!) "I'm sorry we hit some delays but we're 5 minutes late," my husband continued,"I've just driven an hour to get here." The woman replied, "You weren't here so we closed. You'll have to rebook." Needless to say, customer service like that never gets a rebook from us. Husband called Sturgeon Krown to book his future appointment. The woman on the phone was so incredibly kind! We had explained what had just happened in North Bay and still wanted Krown to do the service bit we weren't going to deal with North Bay. The woman put us on a brief hold, came back to the call and asked us if we could come into Sturgeon tonight, we will fit you in. WOW. Same company and what a bloody difference in how they're running things. We got out to Sturgeon Krown and were warmly greeted by everyone and were paying for our undercoating just after 6pm when Sturgeon closes at 5pm. THAT is customer service. They also kindly booked my vehicle in a week. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Sturgeon!!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO GET KROWNED. Poor quality, vehicle comes out worse shape than it went in. I gave this place 2 chances and should have never went back after the first time. Filed a complaint last year and never got a call back. I have never had this issue with any other Krown locations, just this one.

Made to feel like she's doing you a favour booking your appointment. Laughs at you on the phone like I'm supposed to know how busy they are. Voided my warranty without telling me since I asked them to make certain they don't drill into the sealed undercarriage where the batteries are in my electric car. I now take my business to sturgeon where they reinstated my warranty

Not so good. Price is fine but work is sloppy. Poor was after spray . Too much undercoat on windows and mirrors hard to see to drive. Poor workmanship ☹

I went to use a coupon but they would not allow it because it was expired although it was not dated for use by such and such a time. Others swear by this product because of it's penetration capabilities however it attracts a lot of dirt and leaves a mess in your engine compartment and door frames. Park on the street for a day after application as it may drip on your driveway. Individual spray cans of the product hideously overpriced at $23.00.
