Called and asked for a quote to have my bumper cover changed for a new one I had in my possession. Who I assume was the manager/owner said it’s a four hour job, it probably won’t fit right and he wasn’t interested in changing a bumper he hadn’t painted. The two stars are for all the money I saved doing the “4 hour job” myself in 30 minutes.

Had someone merge into the side of my 05 bmw convertible. The folks at Carstar did an excellent job repairing the damage along the passenger door, rear panel and bumper. They returned it detailed and polished. I'm picky - it's good as new. Customer service: well spoken, very professional and polite. An excellent experience.
