Today was my first experience at Welland Avenue Car Wash. I was surprised to see how many cars were in line, obviously they are doing something right! After I pulled in to find out about interior cleaning and options, I was greeted by the owner Mike. He promptly came out to look at my vehicle and gave me a great, honest price for the detailing. He never tried to upsell me or give me some BS, that's what I look for in a business. The best part was that when my car was coming off the line, Mike popped out of the drivers seat. Yep an owner who is not afraid to get in there was his employees. This just made me like the place even more. P.s. My rims look like they have been re-chromed, definitely worth the 4 extra dollars! If you are looking for the best car wash in Niagara, I would highly recommend Welland Avenue Car Wash.

Great car wash. Brought my parents vehicle in for detailing after we'd borrowed it fire a few weeks. There were a couple little missed items but they sorted them out as soon as we printed them out. Wash is way better than any of the gas station drive through things. It's definitely worth spending a bit extra.

One of the more pricey car washes I've had... Went with the most expensive wash expecting great things. Once the car came off the line, it looked spectacular until I sat inside and noticed the mats were still wet, the dash still dirty and steaks of window cleaner on my windshield that I had to clean up my self. If you go, get the basic and just do the inside your self. Overall, Its okay but not worth the price you pay

Left unvacuumed and surfaces filthy - I will admit that my car was filthy and is considerably cleaner than it was before getting it done - for this reason only, I gave it two stars rather than one. I asked for the top in and out service which at this time costs $47.00. The teller rung it in as $22.00 where I clarified that the price was incorrect, to which I paid the full price. Everything was sprayed down with the sanitizing/cleaning agent, but not wiped. Windows still has unwiped spray/windex on them and the entire SUV trunk space was not vacuumed. I didn’t expect it to be perfect, but I did expect a better job for the price I paid.

This review is only for the $250+ detail in-n-ext service. I would give 3.5 but just round up to 4 cuz they are doing good job for other services . This is my 1st time doing detail car wash which cost me that much, it turns out not bad, the car is much cleaner which I think it's worth the money. But I'm not really happy with the leather cleaning and some small details. 1.the passenger seat is not really looks good after I picked up, and it's not something cannot be cleaned (sometimes the leather just get old.) I cleaned it after I got back home and it's not like one-wipe clean but it's definitely not hard. 2. The safe belt is untouched, both the belt and the place where it comes from, I know this is hard to notice but as a driver you just watching is everyday. For $250+ , this small detail could be nice if included in service. After all, it's kinda worth the money, the outside looks really great and they did manage got the most inside cleaned. Just saying for 6+ hours work and cost that much , the service could still be improved with some attention to detail. P.S Their regular car wash are totally worth it, one of the best. you can go for it without thinking. P.S small local business is hard and need support , especially with fair price and service, I only tell the fact I see from this ONE service I just received. There maybe stories/excuses behind this ,but for car wash servic, the interior/exterior appearance after the service is all the fact that customers can see and need to know.

Car wash went up around $7-$9 due to minimum wage increase. Paid $29 for a basic interior and exterior car wash (used to be $20-$22). Had I known before I got in the line, no way I would have paid that. They took basic to a whole new level. Come on guys, really?! My interior rear seats looks likes it has not been touched. The front area has salt still on the mats and carpet. I even got the mats ready to just be pulled out. The inside runner have not even been looked at let alone washed. I’ve been going there for a few years now and the quality has decreased tremendously. I will NOT be returning!

Terrible. Just terrible. The $33.00 dollar Elite internal/external cleaning service is nothing more than a terrible quick vacuum and wash. The seats, doors, instrument panel, kick plates, door jams....etc....still very dirty, terrible and untouched. (See the pictures of the interior when they told me your car is done) When I contacted the company (Mike Foschini) to show the terrible pictures and get information about if this was just a terrible mistake..... I was told this is what you get for your $33.00 terrible dollars. (No customer loyalty or offer to correct the concern) Go to this car wash if you want to throw away your money and get terrible service. Terrible!!

Paid for the $200 interior cleaning service which also included a full exterior wash (everything except a hand wax, I believe). My car is sparkling inside and out and I couldn’t be happier! On a side note, I noticed a lot of the negative reviews for this business are by people who paid for the $60 quick interior/exterior service (meant as a “touch up”) and are complaining that there was still dirt in the car. If you expect these people to remove your seats and vacuum every nook and cranny for hours on end, pay for the $200 service! It’s worth it! They even give you a ride home and back while it’s being worked on!

I can’t believe the really bad service I just received. I payed $85 dollars for an exterior and interior wash and I was shocked when I got home and saw the way the car was given to me. (Look at photos) Plus they don’t know what an automatic trunk is or how it operates. They forced the door opened right in front of me. I will definitely NOT go back. The outside of the car looked great. But I requested to have my trunk, seats and floors vacummed. The back seat wasnt done and the trunk was done in some spots. So I'll be going to vaccume it myself. I just thought going here would have saved me time. Unfortunately I won't being using this service again.

Went to get a basic car wash. All was well until I got to my destination and noticed that my rear bar break light had broken off in their wash and was just set back in the hole upside down by an employee. I am a reasonable person and know that these things happen. It's the fact that the employee tried to hide it that irritates me and will make me not go back to this car wash. When I had a chance I called the place and spoke to someone about it in which he said to come and see him the next time I'm in. I won't be in again.

Great service, great owners who truly care about their clientele. People who complain about stuff on here are your basic life complainer's who are always looking to knock something. If you want your car truly detailed, pay the money to have it properly "Detailed", which they offer, don't complain about a $25 car wash and that your car didn't come out showroom condition, most likely it was a pigpen going into the wash anyways! I use this car wash daily and know what you get and its by far the best in Niagara.

Not sure how you can blame a car wash for a leak in your car. Been using this company for years and they have and always provided top notch service. The employees are polite & courteous. Once had the back of my car bumped by the next car in line. I did not even see it happen. The owners came right to me and offered to pay for any damage. None was evident but I appreciated the fact they were honest.

I was disappointed with the "ultimate car wash" that I received today for $31. I was told upon arrival that both the interior and exterior of my car would be cleaned thoroughly with this option. The service was fast and staff were friendly, however after they finished cleaning my car I noticed that certain areas of my interior had not been touched. Mud remained on my floors, doors and the backs of my seats, the cup holders were not touched and my doors still had a layer of dust on them.

Had a very odd experience today. Went thru for a wash and ended with a broken side mirror , stuff happens in cold conditions. Reviewed the results to find a solution and was dealt with yelling at and slamming of door in my face. The body wash is not bad, but the tail box has not touched the roots. The orange juice stains that have been dried for five days are still the same. It is dry. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN, NOT ONLY AFTER PAYING FOR THE ULTIMATE WASH DID THE TRUCK STILL COME OUT DIRTY, THE TRUCK ASHTRAY WAS BROKEN OFF AND THE INSIDE OF THE TRUCK WAS SOAKED WITH WATER- GETTING ALL OVER THE RADIO RUINING THE SCREEN. THE OWNERS THEN BLAMED THE TRUCK AND SAID THE TRUCK MUST HAVE A LEAK. water has never leaked in the truck before. there wasn't a refund given not even an apology, we send the truck through for a detailed car wash and they said they didn't get any water in the truck as they are looking at the cup holders and ash tray full of water.

Yeah they do a basic clean. But for 30$ the Elite clean should Atleast make sure it's clean before they send it out. My. Windows looked worse as they used dirty rags. My wheels weren't cleaned at all. And the corners of my leather seats looked like a pile up of dust and debris. Only pay for the cheap wash because they give you the same either way. I wish I could post pics. When I drove out I parked back in the lot and in 10 mins when my car dried you could see all the dirty makes they missed. And they didn't even wash My Inside of my door haha I had to wash it all again...

Very disappointed with job done on my car. There is really no time to check out the job done when you are there as the cars are coming off an assembly line, but by the time I got home I was not happy. My dash board was wiped down, but some areas of it were not cleaned at all. As a result it looked way worse then it did when I took it in as the uncleaned areas now stuck out like a sore thumb. It reminded me of when my young kids would wash the car and miss spots leaving dirty half moons all over it. My door panels were not touched at all and were thus still dusty. I cleaned everything out of my cup holders before I went, but neither one of them was wiped out at all. The vacuuming job sucked too, I had small leaves and loose dirt on both sides of the car. All this after I paid $25.00 for the "Ultimate" clean. Although I must admit the outside of the car looked great, I would never recommend that anyone take their car to this place. Note to owner: I was there at 14:38 on Tuesday November 11, 2014, you should talk to the employees doing the inside cleaning then, they don't seem to care about your business.
