Won’t pay damages caused by employee negligence or faulty equipment. Right side rollers are way to powerful and will damage your mirror and even when you ask them to shut that side off so it won’t touch the car the cloths on that roller have a couple longer pieces that still make contact with the car a simple cut of the excess cloth would of saved my mirror. I’m not the only person to have their mirror on right side broken from the too powerful rollers .Valet car wash has an insurance company to pay for damages aswell as free vaccums for same price. Choose wisely

Went here a few times and have left with new scratches on my car from the automatic car wash, obviously nothing beats a hand wash but the scratches left were pretty bad and I made sure to examine my car before going in the other times.

This is a fantastic place for car wash! The staff is very efficient, friendly, polite, and professional. The service is top-notch and they take good care of my cars. I'm particularly impressed by the quality of their interior cleaning and detailing. They were able to accommodate and provide timely delivery of a labour-intensive cleaning job on a weekend, despite being short-staffed due to COVID-19. Kudos to the team! Not a very clean wash unfortunately, still spots left on the car that I had to go around and rub off. Didn't touch the tires or rims at all either :/ Edit 1: I purchased package #2 ($13 after tax, very affordable to their credit) which I believe included tires and rims. I may be mistaken but am unable to check as the website is currently undergoing maintenance.

Phenomenal service. They even wash the inside of my windshield for free if I just ask. I love how fast the line moves. And every time someone is there to do a quick wipe down of the car after. Cause you KNOW the dryers don't get most of the water off. We have a monthly membership. Insanely good value.

After 18 months of pandemic my care was in desperate need of an interior clean. It was disgusting as my family had been regularily eating in the car and I have dogs. It was as about as gross as a family car during a pandemic could be. The young people cleaning spent ages working on my car and it was sparkling when I got it back. I went in for a car wash today and came out disappointed. It was a shoddy job by the staff. The car was done with a light clean on the exterior and interior of the vehicle. I have been coming monthly and there was still dirt on the outside of the vehicle and there was no effort to clean the sides of the interior doors.

Had my truck washed outside and the outside was done good. Inside was done terrible.Crumbs left in cup holders display screen not wiped down.Passenger door was not even vacumed out.Back seat not vacumed off. Only partly wiped down dash u can actually see the spots that were wiped and missed.The drive thu was not even busy 1 car ahead and 1 behind me waiting.I sent email to them with pictures of the terrible job and got no response after 3 days so decided to do review today.For $30 It cost me it was not even close to a $5 job.When I have my 4 year old help me clean inside of truck she does a better job wiping it down & vacuuming. Usually I get good service here that's why I've used it for so many years but who ever was working that day clearly did not care at all..June 1st 2018

Came here based on reviews, service was great and quick. Results are good also, did the No. 3 Full Exterior Wash. Definitely recommend for any vehicle that need a heavy wash especially during winter with the salt. It's not a touchless wash so just a heads up for those picky people who are worried about scratches (not saying though that I got scratches from my experience).

Came by to get my interior and exterior worked, had a little concern about the new pricing caused by Covid-19. Jordan was nice enough to direct me to speak with his big Boss Jason. Had a very intelligent discussion with Jason about the down time the car wash was facing, the long wait which was also affecting his productivity output and over all profit. These factors he explained was a result of following the health and safety protocols of the pandemic for Car wash and detailing companies. Jason was still however nice enough to offer me a great deal on my Total wash for taking time to seek explanation on the price change. Overall Sergio, Jordan and the boss JORDAN gave me a fantastic derive for my car. I was really impressed with the customer service, timing and attention to detail.

First time going here and I booked the Express Detail. Very impressed. The young people they have working there are very polite, helpful and thorough. My interior looked amazing. The waiting area is so clean and nicely decorated - very classic feel, well done. The car wash attendant was super friendly and kind. To top it all off the ride throughout the carwash is so nice, the neon signs they have in there are awesome. My car never looked better :)

Terrible experience. You're not going to believe this. I took my car there for a wash during the winter. My drivers side mirror was broken off my car in the washer and I spotted it as soon as it came out. The workers and owners didn't realize that I had seen it. I stood just out of sight and watched the owner try and try to pop the mirror back on, standing in such a way as to try to block the view from the waiting area, looking over his shoulder to see if I was coming out. Finally, it was obvious that no one was going to come get me so, I walked out of the waitng area. The owner told me that it happened because my 9 year old car was too old and the plastic was too brittle on the cold day. He suggested it should be duct taped back on until I could get it fixed and asked me if I had a husband or boyfried that could do that for me. Obviously, my feeble female mind can't handle duct tape!!! He went on to explain to me how I should go about it. I was in shock in disbelief that he was oblivous to how sexist and insulting he was being. I just nodded my head and waited to see what was going to come out of his mouth next! He did not accept any responsibility or offer an apology. He didn't even refund the price of the car wash!!! I was too offended and appalled to be able to call him out on his behavior in any sort of calm or rational way. Perhaps the owner would have offered a remedy had I made a fuss but he didn't offer any and I think that is a terrible, low down way to do business.

Wow! That's all I can say! Not only do they provide a great service, but they have truly HONEST business practices. Kudos to management... at the end of October I went in to cancel my monthly membership, I was advised that my November payment would still come out as I didn't make it in time to cancel. Several months later I realized that the payments for December, January, and February still came out of my bank account. I contacted management, leaving a message on their voicemail, and received a call back the same day. Rather than keep my money like most businesses, the immediately gave me a refund for the three months of service that was building my account! Bravo to the honest business practices Superior Car Wash! I'll definitely be back as a customer on your monthly plan in the near future. I highly recommend using this business.

Today I had the displeasure of using Superior Car Wash on Ontario St for the second time. Last Thursday was my first. Both times I asked for an exterior wash, towel dry and the tires dressed. After paying $20 with gratuity my truck was soaking wet, still had dirt on it and no tire crap. I asked the attendant ( I call him the attendant because if he had any customer service ability, he would have been more professional ) to come look at the completed job at which he said they were busy and they couldn't get to every detail I paid for. I asked for a refund on what wasn't completed and he said that he'd take care of me next time. Well, there won't be a next time. I'm going back to what and where I know they will do an outstanding job. Welland Ave Car Wash we will see you tomorrow and for the foreseeable future. Yours Truly Mike Wing.

UPDATE: Went back after reply and ran through again. Must say great customer service. ORIGINAL POST: Valet Car Wash up off 4th Ave is way better for the same price. I just had the $27 one done which is what I always get from Valet. My dash/console is the exact same and they didn't even touch the trunk!!! Dirt around my lights still so it dripped dirty water down my "clean" car. It was quick and friendly. But not worth my money.

I scheduled an appointment for the "EXPRESS DETAIL" treatment, which included a basic interior cleaning and an exterior wash. Excellent workmanship and friendly staff. Easily the best car wash in St. Catharines. They offer a multitude of wash options, hand towel dry, and interior cleaning services. Superior also offers a number of affordable monthly options which is where this business really "shines". They are the only car wash in st. Catharines to offer interior cleaning with a monthly plan. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Make sure to call ahead on poor weather days to ensure they are open.

I had a great experience with Superior. My nephew threw up all over my back seat. I cleaned it all up but couldn't get the smell out. The guys over at superior had my answer. Rather than upsell me a detail that wouldnt fix the smell they used one of their machines in my car and after an hour or so the smell was gone. I waited to review until a month had gone by so I knew the smell wouldnt come back. It was cheaper than a detail and I couldn't be happier. It's good to see you can still trust some people these days. Try them out and tell them Lee sent you.

I have gone to this car wash on Ontario street for 3ys. Great service The last time I was there the young lady that was taking payments for the car wash when I arrived asked how I wish to pay. I said by Debit card. I believe the system went down and I could not use my card. The lady told me the car wash is free as the system went down She did not ask me for the cash which amounted to $18.00.Great customer service. I will continue to use their car wash facility.

Not too sure yet as I gifted a car exterior and interior wash with wheels and rims being cleaned. I'm waiting on the recipient to see if she liked it. When leaving, she wasn't happy with the cleanliness of the front windshield so I went back in to mention this and the owner of Superior Car Wash personally came out to redo the window. The owner of the car said that this was great service. The gift recipient will let me know about the front windshield when she is driving at night.

Decent wash but the hand dry was rushed and not well done. Also, having to quickly pull out the door, rush back in to pay then rush back out to move my car was a hassle. Collecting payment at the start of the process would be better.

Items stolen I am extremely sad to write something bad about this car wash place. My Ray Ban sunglasses, perfume bottles and FROST Mint gums was stolen in broad day light during car wash. One of the employee, who has low moral has stolen it. When approached young Manager, he advised me to talk to the Owner, Owner is so arrogant he do not bother to call you back even you leave overe a half dozen messages to him, So you have to hold him on the phone, if you lucky. He said , Nothing he can do as I don't have proof. He is not scared even you tell him that you will report to the Police. My advise don't go there, if you are interested not to loose your valuables

Nothing Superior about this car wash. Absolute worst car wash ever. Paid for the $27.50 package for the interior and exterior. Outside was still streaky and dirty, the rims were half fast wiped and the side rails didn't even look washed. Interior carpet was supposed to be vacuumed, doesn't even look vacuumed. Complained to the owner and he just fluffed it off and wouldn't do anything about it.

Paid 33.01 for my hylander SUV to be cleaned for a family wedding. You pay extra for SUV's, and I left a 10.00 tip for the crew. However, when I got my truck home I realized what a lousy vacuuming job they did. Crumbs on my seat still, under every seat and they didn't touch the back at all!!! When it went through the wash, the bug splatters all over the front were still there!! They had to manually redu that part. Had my Jeep Rubicon detailed by this shop, They did a fantastic job and in a very timely manner! I was a little hesitant bringing my vehicle through a not touchless car wash but the operator assured me that it is all state of the art equipment and that they have had zero instances of scratching to vehicles, and as promised my jeep came out the other side looking brand new and not a swirl mark to be seen! very happy with this service will 100% be returning

I did the interior clean and basic car wash. They took out the carpets and cleaned them but whatever little trash was in the rear foot well, they did not even bother to vacuum out, even though they cleaned other surfaces pretty well. So don't bother getting this service. Car wash is average

I'm overall not happy with how they cleaned my car. I got a full car clean, inside n out and I had made an appointment a few weeks prior to this day and when I show up nobody knows about the appointment and they take the keys and I left for 2 hours and when I returned nothing was done to it n it was still in the same place n then they wanted to start cleaning someone else's car who came after me had I not said something who knows when it would have been ready and then I had to wait almost another 2 hours till they finished it. And the glove department wasn't clean at all and there was crumbs under my seat and when I left the car completely broke down so I had to get my mechanic to come work on it for hours trying to figure out what was going on, on a weekend the day before my wedding ???????? and I had to pay 250 bucks, ???? and we find out they put water into a sensor so they totally ruined my day and didn't clean my car and charged me way too much and so I'd say I don't recommend at all and I think I should get some sort of a refund! They're not even replying because they know they way over charged me and and ruined my car.

Poor interior cleaning , I realize it is express but cup holders and dash have crumbs/ garbage still inside - this takes a few seconds with a vacuum. Don’t waste your money folks I will be taking my business elsewhere due to the lack of detail.

Update: Owner made contact and provided resolution to my satisfaction. Visit occurred on Sep 22, 2019. Service prior to entry and during was normal. During service a bang was heard at rear of minivan similar to wiper being lifted and hitting back down on rear window. After service, the service people were observed putting the wiper back into position. I asked them if the wiper was damaged to which they replied "no, it popped back in place." Drove away, operated the wiper and it fell off window. Upon inspection the wiper arm was broken at the hinge and no longer functional. Drove back to the car wash and had same individual that told me it was fine inspect it again to verify the damage. Individual took my contact information and I provided detail of car make and damage incurred. He informed me he did not know the damages policy, the owner was not in that day and that he would call me the next day. I have not been called to date.

I've been coming to this place for years now and I have never had a bad service their pricing is on par or beats the competitors in town, I recently signed up for their super clean monthly membership and it is a huge savings compared to paying individually for washes and I'm very grateful to the fact that it is a no-contact service I can keep my window rolled up and don't have to make physical contact with anyone especially during this pandemic, I would say it's a must-have.

Absolutely incredible! I usually get option #4 which has always been well done. But with a puppy and child, things build up everywhere so I took my car in for an Interior Detailing Package. I must say, I was hesitant because, well it is a bit of money to get it done and I have never done it before but it was completely worth it!!! The price for the wash is good. They did a ok job on cleaning my car. There was still a straw wrapper under my set and dirt in my cup holder. Also sadly the guys cleaning my car left a bad body odor in the car. I was headed to Toronto and dif not have time to complain. The guy at the cash was nice and i like to think if i went back he would have fixed any problems i had. I would go back but will not let these things slide if it happens again.

I took the car in to get the winter off and was surprised of the dirt that was left on after the car wash ..it cost $30.00 and I was hoping that the outside would have been cleaner. the cloth that they used to wiped it down inside must have been used lots and lots of time because inside my car it smelt so bad. I hope this was a one time deal.. I will try it again to see if this is the way they clean my car and if so...lots more to try.

Was in St. Catharines helping out my mom and needed a car wash (I usually use a car wash in Niagara Falls, but my mom recommended Superior). The staff was great, right from the moment I pulled up and didn’t realize I had to stop at the little booth first! I told the girl I needed an “in and out” wash, and she asked me if I just wanted the basic exterior, or upgrade. I decided on the “Super Clean” wash, because $16 seemed like a fair price for an exterior wash and quick vacuum. I paid via tap, and walked around while they did the interior work… once my car was done, I hopped in and was on my way! Throughout the day, I started noticing that the job was less than spectacular… the cup holder my keys were in hadn’t been wiped, the centre console wasn’t wiped, the liner in the back hadn’t been cleaned, there were still bug guys all over the windshield, and as the water drops dried, there were spots all over the car (despite that there *should have been* a hand towel drying). To top it off, I noticed my credit card was charged $43! Apparently, it’s a $27 add-on to have the interior vacuumed and wiped down - significantly more expensive than going to a $10 gas station car wash and then spending $5 at the vacuum in the parking lot - with an equal result. Good service, reasonable price but the car wash system touches the vehicle alot and also gave some tiny scratches to my new SUV. The vertical soft cloths grabbed my rear wiper and pulled it straight every time I went their. I had one month pass which I won’t renew only because of the fear of scratches and to save my rear wiper. The drying system also touch the vehicle to blow the air directly on surface which seems to be plastic and could give scratches.

They used to do in and out cleaning for about $20, now its a $15 exterior wash and $27 for interior. Didnt even get a towel dry. This place used to be the best wash in the city, now its no better than any gas station wash. Its a shame.

I brought my SUV to Serperior To get a full detail. I was extremely happy when I got it back. Every single minut detail was taken care of. And the vehicle? Hasn't looked so good since I bought it.
