Went to test this location and happy with the wash and they offer Unlimited car washes from $19.50 per month on TOP free vacuums you can not beat them and the quality they delivered. I was there customer for over 6 years in Toronto and never had issues with them. great people and always service with smile.

Good value. My only complaint is that you often have to ask for your vehicle to be sprayed at the starting by the attendant. This is a service that is being payed for, it should be done every time. Other than that i have no complaints.

Beware of this place! I highly advise no one to ever bring their vehicle to Popular Car wash and trust them with their vehicle's cosmetics. the automatic car washes wouldn't get everything off, and the brushes cause damages to your car . I Completely disappointed under new ownership " Popular Car Wash ". Extremely poor/ rude customer service. our neighborhood always tries to support our local business in Whitby, this car wash is not worth it at all.

I found this place from a sign on the road and thought I would give it a try. I'm on my second month and love it! I have a pick up truck and it rolls smoothly in and cleans about 95% of the truck (no automatic car wash is 100% perfect) and the fact that I can use it as many times as I want is amazing. Let's not forget the free vacuums for monthly members which is also a great add on!

Under new ownership now and because I am a commercial vehicle SUV, I was told by the owner that he does not offer ‘once a day’ packages’. The cheaper $19.95 package is for personal cars only and it does NOT include wax or underspray. They have also stopped ‘Hand drying’ in their packages. Goodbye ‘Popular Car Wash’ !

Value for Money, 20 bucks for month is real deal. Initially I was worried with quality but after using it for few days. It's a sigh of relief. I would definitely recommend for daily wash packs. There are few other packages and those are cheap as well compared to other car wash places. Last but but least, staff is very friendly. They will help with all queries without any hesitate.

This place was recently bought by a new owners who I would have given 5 stars to. The new ownership group unlike the law dictates, they are not accepting any past coupons or promotions that were bought while under the previous ownership. This of course is illegal and the owners know this but they've decided to screw the past customers over and this is one past customer who came with one of the many vouchers I bought from the last ownership group(no expiry dates) that was merely one month old and was not honored by the new ownership group despite they're being a very clear legal obligation to do so that dictates that any new ownership group who takes over an existing business must, by law, honor all past obligations be they store credits, promotions, etc etc These guys are simply too shady too do the right thing and are so greedy that they want to count every penny and so choose to break the law daring the consumer to take them to small claims court or file a class action lawsuit which I hope happens. In the meantime, I will not frequent this place ever again despite me going there once a week in the past and now these geniuses can find a replacement for a customer who is there once a week. Good luck finding a customer that will come once a week. You may find one but it will not be easy and you will be spending a lot of money on marketing dollars to obtain a customer like that but this shows how wise you are in business and so I hope sooner than later this current ownership group goes bankrupt and is replaced by a better more ethical and moral ownership group. In the end, screw these guys as I root for their bankruptcy every day which will surely come given they are arrogant when it comes to doing the right thing but also even the legal thing they don't care to practice that either. I could not even get a damn manager over to hear the details of the issue that they have taken the wrong side on. That's how little this place cares about customers. You're just a dollar figure to them that's it! Third world ethics and morals being practiced at this new ownership business. STAY AWAY!!

Just moved in from Toronto few weeks back and find out these guys just open this location here. I was there huge fan in Toronto always love there monthly plans they offer. Great way to keep your car clean and best in the winter amazing service they offer. Coin-op Car Wash, Tunnel Wash, detailing, Free Vacuums (Coming soon as per the cashier) and detailing all under one roof.

Unlimited washes are NOT. Unlimited, its 1 wash a day & nowhere in the print of the big signs does it say that. You only hear it as your doing the paperwork..no biggie but being upfront is a better practice. I have monthly pass...it does exactly what you would expect. The washers are great quality the water doesn't stain and the dryers are great. I only have 1 area that bothers me. People running the auto wash run the cars way too close together I have seen cars hit each other at the end cause they stop and the next car,is was to close. Other then that it's well worth the $$

I drive a lifted Ram with 35 inch tires. No problem driving through the auto wash The truck always looks nice and clean when I go through the wash. I usually need a quick wipe on a couple areas when it’s done ,and the finish is better than when I used to use loonies and toonies at the self wand wash. It was a hassle, and didn’t look good I’m glad I joined the membership And my son’s black car looks great too as I got him a sub membership under mine for a good deal

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!! The pass is a great deal but not worth it when the belt stalls and your car gets hit by another car. The manager will not return your call and the workers will give you the runaround. They know their belt malfunctions and instead of owning up to it they avoid calling back their customers. Not worth the risk of getting your car damaged.

What a waste of money the car doesn't even look clean. The dash board was left unwiped, seats weren't vacuumed properly. Outside of the car had marks left which the car wash didn't clean but a simple windex bottle cleaned it at home. Disappointing overall.

I got the "Lava Shine Ultimate" today and i am very impressed by the level of shine and has and how clean car and wheels are. My car has some hard to reach spaces that no car wash has been able to reach until i went to this one. My wheels get very dirty with the amount of brake dust the car produces and i'm unable to clean them by hand and this wash made them spotless. However, i did have some gunk left on the car because of the rustproofing i had gotten done on my car. I notified a member of staff named Jolly and he explained why the wash did not clean it properly and that its a common thing that happens with rustproofing. I asked if he could help and he was very glad to give me a hand. He grabbed some degreaser and the leftover gunk had vanished. I highly recommend this car wash over any other car wash in the durham region.

They don't clean the ceiling of the car , which you think they would....even steaming it to make it look nice could be a good touch. Quite pricey for what you are getting. Still 4/5 rating.

We pay for the monthly car wash for the works. And when we go on a day that says they are opened till 7pm. They are close at 5:15pm, and this has happened about 5 times so far, and when we email the place, you never get a reply. This evening we went again, at 5:35pm and it says closes at 7:30m. The service is very poor. Atleast you expect a reply , and also to say sorry they had an emergency or something and give u the additional washes that u lost. It’s sad how they start off nice, and then their service gets poor. Very disappointed.

Place is a joke, got a rim lovers wash and dirt is still visible on rear view mirrors, roof, back window. Spoke with someone who said he was a manager to get a rewash. His response was they got 90% of the dirt and wouldn't authorize a rewash. Not sure who goes for a car wash and expect only 90% of dirt to be removed.

Please bring back previous owner who actually cared and gave good service. I will never spend another cent here ever again. Tried to cancel my membership, that was a big issue as well, not an easy task. return email says my request to cancel was DECLINED. You owe me $20! Change machine ate my money. There was no manager on the premises. Manager got my phone number when an employee called him to help with the situation. He did not contact me about this issue. Even after I emailed and left a voicemail. So basically I went to get my car washed and left with a dirty car and out $20. I had no change and they couldn’t even offer me a token to rinse my car off. What a joke.

I wish they were open a little later in the evenings. They have a great service that you can go get your car washed everyday for $20 plus tax a month. However if you have dirt or bugs stuck on only some of the employees will scrub this off for you before going through the wash. My last two washes you wouldn’t know I got a car wash when I left as there was bugs and dirt still all over my vehicle. If you bring it up to the employees they will not let you go through again.. once a day and that is it. Otherwise I do enjoy the free vacuums included in the monthly rate and it is nice that you can go everyday for a car wash!!

I have been coming to this facility for a while now. So far, my experience has been good. I am able to get them on the phone and they provide good service. I belive that their membership program is a great value. However, I have noticed a few times that the employees that scan your code prior to entering the touchless car wash can be rude. That being said, I am sure that the management team at this facility will surely look into this and improve. I will continue to be a customer here since their packages are very competitive and overall they provide good service. Lastly, the gentlemen who do the interior cleaning are always friendly and smiling when I leave the bay area. Little things like this make the experience even better. Good work Popular Car Wash.

Just had my car washed at popular car wash. I paid extra for a hand dry and under carriage wash. I wish I had went over the car before I left. My car it still dirty and covered in salt and slush. The hand dry left smears of dirt and salt. The back of my car doesn't even look touched. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible experience. Yelled at by one of the workers as he did not like where I put my car for wipe down (despite following another employee's instruction). Same guy then screamed at other employees. Thought a fight was about to break out. Could not wait to leave. Got home, and the interior of the car was coated in residue from dirty rags. Spent more time at home wiping that off than I had at the car wash in the first place. Never going back.

Love this place, Great value for the money!! I have monthly pass and i use it on average 2 times a week sometimes even more. Driving a truck and no issues going thru mirrors out as normal. Also find there equipment is kept in proper working order so you always get a decent wash. Lots of wash options available PLUS I also take advantage of the FREE vaccums for monthly pass holders, NICE BONUS!!!
