Just a ok wash but it rips ya off. 15.00 car wash turns in to a 20.00 wash, dang machine would not give me my change. And of course no attendant on duty. Same thing happend about 5 weeks ago. I will not be using Niagara Car Wash again.

This car wash consistently leaves my car dirty. I always have to get out right after and scrub it down With a rag to remove all the dirt it didn't remove.

Good prices, machine washes the vehicle thoroughly, don't expect a fully dry vehicle, suggest bring a cloth hop out at the end and dry yourself, they have 3 spots for washing and 3 for vacuuming.

Always have a good experience with Niagara car wash. It is touchless so if you wipe it down afterwards it looks hand washed but overall does a great job.

Best car wash I've been to. The water pressure is amazing and throughly cleans your vehicle. Only issue is one time I paid 14 bucks and the doors didn't open, called the number and the man said he would send me a reimbursement got the paper reimbursement in the mail good for 1 wash and it took the ticket but did not work. I still had to pay again. Other than that the wash you get is great.

Not bad for a car wash place. Never had. Problem but can be quite busy when there is a break in the cold weather during the winter to get all the salt off the vehicles. Same at the start of spring weather but slows down. Go during the weekdays in the morning for faster service.

Got the most expensive car wash option and it made my car dirtier. Yes. DIRTIER. It made the windows super smudged up and left waterspots all over the car and the back window. Someone else even commented on how it looked dirty. I have to actually go back there with windex and go wipe it off so I can see out the back window for my upcoming road trip. Save your money and go somewhere else, seriously.

This company has exceptional customer service. My boyfriend once had an issue and they gave him a free car wash. Personally, I lost a magnetic bumper sticker in the car wash (I forgot to remove it before washing) that had sentimental value. When I contacted the company, they said they would look for it. An employee, Mike, went out of his way to find it, contact me, and have it returned to me. THANK YOU! As for the car wash - I am always happy with the wash and I usually do not have to wait long, if at all. Highly recommended - a great company with caring employees.

This is my go to car wash. I've never had any issues and I'm usually pretty happy with the quality of the clean it provides. My only complaint is that I have a large truck and the width of the vehicle is almost too big. If you don't line up perfect in the entrance of the wash bay I always tend to bump a mirror a little bit on the selection sign or drive over a guide rail and have to reposition. If you weren't forced to take a turn into the back of the building I feel it would be a better set up.

Definitely the best car touch less car wash in the area. Prices are responsible and it gets the car looking clean. I just wish they had more vacuum stations but I guess it is probably difficult at this location due to limited space. Overall great.

If you are looking for a self wash, do not visit. They only have the touchless car wash. Wasted time going here because their website lists that they have self wash and touchless.

Just waited 45 minutes and my credit card wouldn’t read... no one there to assist and no ATM on site for additional assistance. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me! Usually love this place but maybe install a better card reader... had to turn around and back out with a huge line waiting behind me!
