I purchased a 2013 Nissan Cube from a dealer in Richmond Hill. After I got home, I saw that the car that they said was detailed, was at the most wiped down. The headliner had a lot of dirt/grease and a foot print on it. The front floor mats where covered in salt stains from the past winters. I stopped at Niagara Car Care to see if the headliner could be cleaned and had the work done. When I picked the car up it was amazing. It does look like a new car. The front floor mats are salt free and the headliner clean as it was back in 2013. The prices here are very reasonable.

Not impressed at all. Bought a groupon for this. After taking time from work to drop the car off in the morning at 9:00am, I was called at 4:55pm to be told that my car had not even been touch! They did the wrong car! In addition, when I dropped it off I was told I needed to pay more than the groupon price. When I asked for a refund as I am not able to take additional time off work to bring it back, I was given no help. I was told to contact groupon, but as I am sure they know, Groupon will not give a refund if the purchase was made more than three days ago! So the company made off with over $80.00 from me for a service they didnt even complete.

So not happy. First time at this place. I called and said its our only vehicle and would need it back the same day said np that it takes 5hrs. I said great booked a time and day. Time was for 9am. Bring it in for 9am had to wait 10 minutes cause the detailing guys were late so i left my keys with them and walked home. 2pm rolls around call to let them know my husband will pick up the van after hes done work the guy said it will be closer to 6pm when its done ok np. Hubby gets there at 5 and its just getting started to. Whatttt? You mran its been there sitting all day what the heck. So why say it will be closer to 6 when its done when you havnt even started it. Well we didnt get our vehicle back till close to 9pm that day. I was livid. Gave me 10 dollars back in discount whooopie. Had a good look at it the next morning and had yo re clean my windiws cause they were streaky and the arms were of the front seats were not cleaned neither was the back of them in the slots were you can put stuff which i cleaned also that morning. Carpets were not bad but i think because they had to rush and clean it they did a half job not worth the money in my opinion. I wont be back. Oh and not one phone call either to let us know. Plus if your that busy why book so many that day so terrible.

I don't usually bother writing reviews but after having my car detailed at Niagara car care I actually felt like I was driving a brand new car again and they were somehow even able to give it that new car smell (which I love.) The people there were very helpful and friendly and the entire process was actually quite I bit faster than other detail shops I've used in the past and about half of the average cost. If you guys are reading this thanks again NCC!!

I came to get my grandmas car detailed after it not being cleaned for professionally for 8 years! It was super dirty and the seats were stained, but when I got the car back today the car looked completely new! The car was cleaned in the time I was told, and Sam was super nice! I had some lovely scratches too deep to self-repair (my own fault), and they really did a great job to minimize them. Plus they do sap removal for $40 for my car, so next time I will NOT try to remove the sap but have Niagara Car Care do it!!

Very thorough job, managed to completely clean the very stained seats from an old toyota echo that I just purchased. The cleaning did end up taking a couple hours longer than the estimated time, however they addressed everything I asked and I was surprised at how clean they managed to get the seats. Giving 4 stars due to the longer than estimated time and having to drive home on a wet seat, other than that the service was superb.

I brought my 2016 VW Golf R to the Niagara Car Care Centre for a showroom complete detailing. The owner and staff were courteous, quick, and most importantly did an excellent job on the detail work. They went above and beyond, offering me a shuttle ride home (I live a few minutes away) and delivered the car to me after. This place has vastly improved with new ownership. Highly recommended!

Brought in my car in on a Friday to get detailed. When I got it back, several exterior and interior spots were not addressed properly. Water spots on the hood, rims half-hazardly cleaned. Spoke with the owner and he offered to redo the whole thing on the Monday after. I only had the exterior redone because it's difficult to be without your car for two days. For leaving my car there for 8 hours, it's frustrating to see an incomplete job. The interior was well done, except for a greasy/smooth coating on everything, but that wore off pretty fast. I will say that for anyone looking for an absolute, full detail (buffing out scratches, minor paint fixes) that will not come with the showroom complete. I'll have to strongly think about bringing my car back here.

Poor quality of work, got 2 vehicles done through Groupon...I looked at the reviews and of course I too had to send 1 back in to be redone and I'm not picky at all. Needs to be done right the first time people don't have time to keep taking there vehicles back. I also got charged 40 extra for my truck which was very clean to begin with when I took it in. Wont be returning or recommending these guys although they were friendly and understanding.

I phoned on a Sunday to book an appointment. The guy who answered said they were closed and told me to call back during business hours. Why bother answering the phone then? That same day I purchased a voucher off of wagjag. Dropped my car off at 9am and picked it up at 6pm. As I got into my car it smelled of mildew. The seats were soaking wet and so were my floor mats which were tossed in my truck. This made for a very uncomfortable drive home. The package I purchased was for an interior and exterior car detailing and the exterior didn't look clean at all and there was bird poop on my passenger window.

Since the time this business has started they've seriously stepped up their game. I'm a dealer in the Niagara Region and I currently have all of my vehicles detailed with him. The beauty is, every vehicle goes in and comes out spotless. He looks over each and every one and more importantly goes above and beyond! He gives me awesome recommendations on if a vehicle needs a buff or touch up etc especially when sometimes I may not have the time to look over each and every single one in detail! The prices are also extremely reasonable for what the team produces and the QUALITY! I would definitely say he is one of the top in the industry in the Niagara Region so if your on the hunt for a detail, touch up or more! Look no further! And ask for Neil if your just looking for some ideas! Ps if your cars been messed up from bad buffs, or bad maintenance over the years he can definitely bring it back to life! And they'll seriously take the time and put in the elbow grease to make it perfection! Check em out! I've attached a few pics of my babies he's done for me! Pps for all you guys with hot toys! The good news is you can definitely trust them with them! Make sure you talk to Neil and stress it! If your anything like me (which is a little paranoid and crazy about your exotics) then they'll make sure there's no toying around and it stays inside the shop over night. And I've confirmed there insurance policy covers them! So don't be afraid! :)

I've been to Niagara Car Care a couple times now and each time I've left impressed. These guys definitely put hard work in and have made my car look a lot better. Their detailing service made me feel like I was driving a new car, everything was clean and spotless. On a separate occasion, some scratches and paint chips that I had completely vanished after they took care of them. I found the management on top of everything and extremely supportive in case something went wrong. I would for sure recommend this place to anyone in the area and my car will be returning here for sure.

They are doing a good job cleaning and detailing my car, but they don’t have the decency to leave any gas for me to pick up my car. When I told them I couldn’t drive because the gas tank was empty. I was really upset. This is not something any customer would expect when they are told the car is ready for you. Regardless, they didn’t show that they were sorry. Their attitude told you that it’s not their concern at all. They OFFERED some solutions as if they were doing me a favor and I should be grateful!! I’m sorry, attitude shows everything. I didn’t dare to trust anything they offered. If they left a reply to say sorry now it’s because they read my honest review. One of the solutions they provided was to find a gas station and get some gas myself. It should be very close. They pointed out the gas station as if it was one block away. It turned out to be a 13 minutes’ walk! Because of the unexpected “Customer Service” I was late for my next appointment for more than half an hour. They were totally not sorry for anything and laughed at me when I came back to fuel my car, saying “when you were leaving it was blue sky, now it’s about to rain! And you keep your windows all down!”. Is it so hard to just leave maybe 3km gas for me to at least drive to the gas station? Is it really necessary to use up all my gas? I was so afraid to accept any of your offer because I didn’t want to have extra fee on my bill. Who knows. Plus, it’s not in the textbook that you have to run out of all the gas to dry the car. What if there was 0.1L of gas left when the cat arrived at your place? Does that mean you won’t be able to fix it? Again, you are doing well to detailing the car. Nonetheless, it’s kind of common sense to do business if you are considerate to your customers you won’t leave a car with 0KM gas for them to pick up. Plus, there was only one gas station after 13 minutes’ work while you said two. It’s all about the customer experience. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled didn’t give the customer a good experience. I feel sorry too! I didn’t ask for it.

I purchased two vouchers from Wagjag. I called at 9:20 am and was told that the computers weren't working and that they would call me back when it was re-booted. I finally got a call the next day at 4:30pm. It was past the return date for the voucher so I booked appointments for my wife's car and my truck. When I came to pick up the car I was informed that I had to pay tax on the "value" of the detailing not the value of the voucher which is wrong as I had confirmed with Wagjag on the phone. After arguing on the phone and in person with the owner he gave in and said he is not agreeing with me but he would give me a discount. I ended up paying the correct amount. Some spots in the car weren't even touched, the dripping wet floor mats were thrown in the trunk ON TOP of my son's car seat making in unusable for the ride home! I made Wagjag return the money for the second voucher and I never returned. DONT GO THERE! How many others have you tried to rip off??

Arrived at the shop for my appt., and had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Ended up getting the full interior and exterior clean. Was informed via phone call in the afternoon that they are charging an additional $25 for (due to extra cleaning time). My van really wasn't all that dirty, so this seemed purely like a "money grab". They deal in "cash only", and I received $7 change in dimes and quarters (which was a bit odd). The job itself was sub-par. The windows still had fingerprints on them and the center console still had grime in it (I had to windex the finger prints and wipe the center console down myself). There were also some stains still on the seats and some black fluff was stuck on the seats as well (I had to pick it all off). They did a good job on the floor carpet though. Also, the seats were still wet, and I was soaked driving home. I asked to pick it up the next day during their business hours (so that it would be dry), but they said they may just decide not to open that day (which was strange), so I had to drive it home with wet seats. It was very unprofessional with sub-par workmanship. I would not recommend.

10/10! My car was so dirty I wouldn’t even pick my grandmother up in it... brought it to Sam at Niagara car care and he made my car look brand new in a very timely manner. I’m also very happy with how professional Sam was. I ended up having an accident a day before my appointment and needed surgery so I cancelled last minute and I received a phone call from Niagara car care and I was thinking they were gonna be mad that I cancelled the morning of but no Sam left an amazing message saying he hopes I get better and heal well and that he hopes to see me as a future costumer again. Let me tell you that was one of the nicest things I’ve seen a business owner do. Could not be happier with the service I received! It can get pricey to get a total showroom detail package but let me tell you it was so worth it! I recommend this place to anyone who wants their car looking brand new! Thanks Sam you’re the best

Brought my car in first to be detailed, had to come back the next day as they missed a few spots. They were very nice about it and cleaned it up in under 30 minutes. I brought my wife's car in the next day, the scheduled pick up time was 5 hours later. After waiting 6 hours for a phone call that never came, I went by to see what was going on. They told me there was a power outage and that it wouldn't be ready for another 2 hours after that. A phone call would have been appreciated. After picking up her car, I again noticed some spots that were either not looked at or were done poorly. They asked if I could bring it in a few days later. No problem. At the same time, the employee I was dealing with had mentioned the floor mats were in the trunk. I got home to find no floor mats in the trunk or anywhere in the car. Their phone line does not connect to a representative, as they disconnect that option apparently on weekends. Overall, not impressed.

Brought my car in ans cost me just over 200 bucks to have everything cleaned. The car was not very dirty to begin with and got it back and still has stains on the seat. Dont know how it is possible they didnt get them out when i spent some time and got them out with dawn dish soap. They also had my car for 8+ hours. Very dissatisfied and waste of money!

I wouldn't even give this place a star but that isn't an option. We had left a jeep there for a repair on the bumper. Went back and paid $150 for there to have been very little done to fix it. When pointed out that there were still many problems and that $150 was way too much for what they did the response we got was that they are not a body repair shop and that they spent an hour and a half on it. We asked him to come show us what he did that was worth that much money to where he stated that his time is valuable and he deserves the money. Again I said he barely did anything to it and he started swearing at me and told me to eff off and said well you are obviously not a detailer. I never claimed I was but pointed out that he obviously wasn't either. Very poor workmanship and customer service!!! Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere!!!

well the cleaning was ok but the service was not that great went twice no one around to talk to had to wait half hr before I could even talk to some one They lost my winter matts which was in the car when I dropped the car for detail cleaning and after confronting and contacting them again and again there was no response left so many vm but no one bother calling back .Not Recommended

Went here for the first time on Aug 20, 2020 for a full detail. Process was simple to reserve a time slot. The owner was waiting for me when I dropped the car off, and was even finished ahead of the expected time. We had a lot of husky fur in the car when we dropped it off, and it’s spotless now. Very happy with the service here

I purchased an interior/exterior cleaning package for my boyfriend for Fathers Day from Niagara Car Care. After leaving the car there all day on July 11/16 I picked it up and noticed there were still a few small stains on the backseat and that the centre console was not cleaned. I was told the floor mats were wet and placed in the trunk to dry. I did not mention to them that there were still a few stains as I did not have the time to leave the car there for another full day to be re-cleaned. Upon opening my trunk the next day I noticed there were 5 mats in there and only 1 of them actually belonged to my car. Only the front passenger mat belonged to me. The other 4 mats were a slightly different colour black, different carpet pile, and too big for my car. All my mats were original from Ford when I bought the car. They all said Ford on them and the drivers side mat had buttons that snap into the car on the bottom side. These were not my mats. I called Niagara Car Care that day and was told to come down the next day (Wed) to speak with a manager. I went in on Wed. and was handed off to 3 different people who all said they were the manager. I was finally told to call back to speak to the manager Thurs. I called Thurs. and no one picked up. I called Friday and finally got the Owner Neil Saini. he said he was unaware of the problem and to come in Mon. July 18/16 to see him. I went in Monday with my boyfriend and explained what happened. After many questions Mr. Saini said "what do you want me to do?". My boyfriend said he wanted his original mats back as these don't belong to his car. After much debate he took the mats and said he would look into it. After weeks of phone calls, texts and going down to Niagara Car Care Mr. Saini finally said he would order new mats from Ford for as he has no idea where the mats are. the best he said he would do was order 2 new front mats leaving us to purchase our own mats for the backseat. Mr. Saini only ordered 1 drivers side mat and it wasn't even for the right make and year. Finally on August 26/16 my boyfriend had Mr. Saini sign a document stating he would order the 2 new font mats from Ford for the correct year and make of vehicle. they were to be ready and delivered to me by September 6/16. It is now September 8/16 and Mr. Saini is avoiding all calls and texts. We have no mats still. DO NOT Use Niagara Car Care as they clearly do not care about their customers and fixing the mistakes they caused. Mr. Saini is difficult to deal with and get a hold of and has poor customer service standards. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

For my birthday (June 2020), I asked that my kids pay for my car to be detailed and washed on the outside as well. I phoned the new owner, Sam, at Niagara Car Care and made the appointment. When it was completed, I explained to Sam that I had no car to get to his place. He offered to pick me up at my home. I was pleasantly surprised and accepted. As soon as I opened my car door, I was greeted with a lovely odour. It was so polished and cleaned. I was so proud of how my car looked! I had only owned it for a year and this is a treat I could see the kids paying for all my birthdays! Thank you, Sam. What a great job!

I used a Groupon for a $75 interior and exterior detailing. An incredible price, however, the windows were left filthy, the trunk was untouched. The tires were not well polished. On top of this, the wash took 9.5 hours. They took my car in at 9 am and the owner, who had my keys, decided to leave before the job was through. Poor customer service, and poor quality job...even if it was only $75, I left feeling I received $25 service.

Sam was great! I got the interior and exterior detailed on my RAV4. He was friendly, knowledgeable, on time and professional. When I picked up my vehicle, I was blown away!!! It looked brand new. Interior was spotless. Attention to detail is immaculate. My tires were sparkling. Well worth the money. Def recommend. You won’t be sorry. ????
