After calling several "generic" oil and lube places that couldnt fit me in, I called this Napa Autopro. They were able to squeeze me in right away and I could tell he was busy but still accomidated me. They did a fantastic job and it was one of the most reasonably priced synthetic oil changes I have ever had. I feel confident in the work they do and the staff are very nice and welcoming. I have been going back ever since because I trust them there.

Wow, they were so fast and the job was complete without having to ask did you do this or that. They know what they are doing, and they do it economically. They care! I hated taking my car to the dealer. Poor service & workmanship there along with bigger expenses. Definitely come here to get your all car needs addressed. This guy repaired and painted my husbands 1967 charger. It's awesome. We had seen some cool cars on the lot when he had repaired our other family cars over the years we have known him. He has been painting cars since he was a kid, and it shows. Engine work and brakes etc are done there too. It's solid work. No complaints. Everything holds up really well.

So I'm a dealer in the Niagara region and as everyone probably knows, integrity and standing behind your product is everything. In the past 3 years I've heavily scrutinized multiple repair facilities, previous mechanics, new car shops and so much more and out of everyone I finally came to Tyler and the team at Advantage & I can honestly say I 200% trust them through and through! They'll never screw you! The prices are more then reasonable and more importantly because of the QUALITY! I haven't had a single issue with squeaky brakes, they always do the best they can for us pricing wise and they're honest! They don't up-sell, they tell you the truth straight up each and every time! If there was a minus on this site I would give it that. Owner (Tyler) is condescending and doesn't know one end from the other. Told me the part that THEY lost was not there in first place nor could it be purchased. QUESS WHAT: purchased from their own NAPA parts business (not exactly the same but it was a cover for the negative post of a battery). Waited 3 weeks after being told the part WOULD be ordered and they would call when in. NEVER called until I did to be told this fantasy. Will NEVER darken door step again and all I can say is RUN PEOPLE RUN. NOT an honest person. His Father before knew how to deal with people but NOT this young lad. NO people skills whatsoever!!!

Stay away way - very disappointed a car was safetied there and brakes had min amount required to pass- the pads are not even touching the whole rotor - making noise rubbing and clanging and they call it safe ? 2 other mechanics say - should have been changed Take your car to someone who cares about your safety and the safety of others on the road

I have been going to Advantage Autopro for 2 years with my vehicle. They came highly recommended by my dealership and I know why. Every service is done well, they have never suggested unnecessary work or padded my bill and if I do need work in the future they give me a timeline that allows me to budget for it. Their prices are very fair and they stand by their work. The front of the shop is clean and has a very comfortable waiting area that offers tea or coffee. Tracy, Tyler and all their staff are exceptional at what they do and I truly feel they go above and beyond. It is very hard to find trustworthy mechanics so I am very glad that I have them!
