Staff was friendly. Did a good job spraying and scrubbing my vehicle before going through the wash. There are a lot of brushes in there to clean your car!! It's like 2 car washes worth! Dryers do a decent job. Great prices if you get a multi wash pass!

ITS A SCAM!!! -RUN- !!! We got the Bronze Detailing from Groupon for $49. We called to make an appointment (as instructed on the voucher) in August, the lady who picked up the phone said they are fully booked until Oct 19. My coupon expires on Oct 1st but she reassured me they will honour it and they do this all the time. Sure enough, when we drove in for our so-call appointment, the guy at the car wash demanded $20 because our coupon expired. We tried to reason with him but to no avail. He spitted in front of me and went on to ignore us!! We were so ready to give up, before we drove off, I told my husband to take pictures of the guy (just in case we file a complain to Business Bureau and what not) and I went to talked to other drivers waiting in line. It was then the guy panic and told me to call his boss. We put up a fight and finally got the green light to proceed. I'm sure they try to push away legit voucher-holders everyday with the same dirty tactic!! At this point, we had absolutely no expectation what-so-ever we are getting any quality / professional service. Their set-up is shabby, we received a nothing-special car wash, and had the detailing done in an open-air "parking lot" with a bunch of coin-vacuums. I wonder what they'd do if it rains! We were so nervous they'd wreck our car we stood around to watch (so did other customers). Their "Coin Vacuum" couldn't even lift the lint / dust off our seats, or they are just too cheap to coin in another $2 for a more thorough job. In a hurry? you are at the right place! It only took them 15 minutes to detail our entire car, inside out, including waxing!!!! They can storm through 4 vehicles within 45 mins (we counted). So you can imagine how "clean" our car is. My advise: • DON'T COME! You deserve better! • If you must, don't bother making appointment. they don't keep track. it's all BS. • Read all the negative reviews here, they are true representations of the shop. THEY TOTALLY RUINED MY DAY. DON'T LET THEM DO THIS TO YOU.

Not happy with their new paying system. I did not sign up for a monthly recurring service however I was told that if you make your purchase with a credit card then you are automatically hooked. I got charged twice in the same month and I am still try to get the issue sorted. mmm!

My car wash experience at this place was not satisfactory at all.. i asked then to specially take care of the car rims and i told the guy specifically that this is my 3rd time and the last two times i was not satisfies at all.. specially for tire rims. He said we ll take care of it this time. The guy came from cash counter, did inform the washing guys, that do a good job on this car and the result is attached for people reviews.. i took and always take “The Works” option. Went in for the VIP Package and discussed what I wanted upon arrival with the owner. This place exceeded my expectations. They did an excellent good job on cleaning the inside of my car. It looks even better now then when I bought it new. It smells great and looks even better. If you want the inside of your car looking amazing, Mr Ds is where it's at.

Not sure about their exterior car wash. I paid $25 for their superior interior car detailing. One thing for sure it's not detailed at all. It is essentially two guys using the vacuum from the gas station and vacuum your car mat and seat. Not even your carpet. I didn't even bother argue with them cause I do not want them to touch my car again. I am going back to four season car wash which is also on Sheppard.

BEWARE when they say the card does not EXPIRE. I purchased 12 washes for $60 a month before the pandemic hit. When I visited in May, I was told that my card was expired. I used three times. When they sold it they lied to me that the I can ignore the expiry date on the card as it does not expire.

Really bad experience today. After I left I realized my coffee cup is dripping dirty water on my clothes and I looked and found a puddle of dirty water in my cup holders. After further inspection I found two more cases under the mat. I paid 50 dollars. I believe it's only fair to assume what's in picture should be taken care of by 50 dollars. Cleaning of of the car took about 12 minutes. I guess I should have inspected my car before driving away. These guys have some crew who works really well and some crew who just hates to be there working and wants to get through the day. To be fair I have had good service from them 6 months ago

I washed the car there pay as you go until they got a 19 dollars unlimited deal which i though was great, but after the second month i got an extra charge without notice of $ 31 instead of $ 21.58 oh well i guess i wont see the 10 dollars again.... to good to be true

I love this place. They are pretty cheap and flexible with their plans. You get a car wash for 6 dollars. They also offer 6 months expiration for 10 to 12 washes. Good to wash your car every two weeks.

Decent car wash! Will be a good benefit for people that drive that way or closer to this car wash. Never had any issues like scratches etc on my cars. However the guy who stands at the start of the wash sprays the sides, tyres and back of the car but only on the drivers side ???? Other than that taking a monthly pass is worth it. Even if you get to use it 3 times a month.

Great place to wash your car! It's cheap and really efficient. It's a great service for great value, if you buy 4 car wahses, they each come out to $5. My car always comes out really clean with every visit. I already recommend it to my dad and he is loving it to!

I paid $30 for a basic interior and exterior wash and the cleaning is sub-par. The back of the van is still dirty and there are areas of the carpet that did not get vaccuumed. I will not recommend this car wash to anybody.

Terrible... They are using gas station vacuum cleaners, and as mucho as the guys want to do a good job, there is no way they can finished vacuum a car with a coin vacuum. They left my trunk, seat, and few other areas unclean, oily on the door sides.... Sorry, I was expecting a lot more for $55 CND.

Saw the You tube Video....Mr. Ds...Oshawa..amazing....saw a towel dry down service. People were talking all about it in the Region. I went 16.77 for basic wash...lots of bells, whistles, lights. Two guys spraying on each side, I also own a JEEP which is the most difficult vehicles in a car wash to clean. Bottom line..came out....hood wqs completely still dirty, sides were dirty. Top has never been so wet ever.

Affordable, decent automated wash. Disappointing that the vacuums aren't available for clients without paying for an attendant's service. I would pay to vacuum myself. The wash was good, I especially enjoyed the light show throughout the cycle. We picked the ultimate wash which was $14.99. It was fine but I think that next time I'll go for the basic option. We will go back. This is not a full serve place but the exterior was was good and fairly quick. I could only imagine how long it would take on a busy day. There was only one was bay lane available. It appeared that the other lane was for detailing services that are also available on the premises.

If anyone wants to do exterior wash and interior cleaning, I recommend this place. I did what’s called as super in and out which is 45 plus tax. They did a superb job. I have done similar cleaning at 2-3 other places when I was in Newmarket and Scarborough but I found this to be the best so far. I also got a month of car wash free.

They don't really clean your interior they just wipe with used rags and vacuum the floors a bit. They do NOT shampoo the carpets. They work fast but end result leaves a lot to be desired. Also make sure you get your change back exactly when you pay in cash, they have short changed me couple times, I'm not going back though.

First time customer, taking my dad's car for a $10 wash. The guy was friendly, telling me about their different wash packages. He prewashed only the left side of the suv, so I guess the right side is not important enough to walk around the car. After the wash, the back of the right side wasn't clean and I had to wipe it down. I ran my car through the wash asking if the guy could prewash my back end which he kindly did but he still didn't prewash the right side of the car.

Not sure if I will go to this place again. I bought the ultimate car wash so that they clean the car from inside as well. They cleaned my Camry from inside in less than 6 minutes. In fact, it didn't feel any clean. By the way, they washed floor mats and put them back wet and soapy.

NEVER.. EVER GET YOUR CAR DETAILED FROM THIS PLACE.. I just got home from a very horrible experience!!! I bought $240 VIP wash on sale from Groupon for only $100! It's not my first time getting my car detailed...so I know how it should be done. When I went to pick up my car.. first thing I noticed was that my car was very dusty and the rims were black! So much for detailing.. :-( What they did was just wash the car and vacuumed...for $100!!!! I demanded for them to do it all over again..which they did but only the outside..The Interior was a different story..Bottom Line is I could have done a better job myself!! Oh.. one more thing.. my car smelled like a armpit odor!!! Ewwww.. I drove home with all my windows open... They asked for $13 tax cash...before they took my keys. What a rip off!! I WILL BE WRITING BAD REVIEWS FOR THIS PLACE EVERYWHERE I CAN.. BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT OTHERS TO GO THROUGH THE SAME BAD EXPERIENCE.

Scratched Rim! I went there in my Audi A4 for a basic wash and was guided in by a fellow who carelessly began spraying the car before I even had my window up! Then I proceeded through the wash hearing different clanking and banging sounds which had me worried. When I got to the end I drove out and started to vacuum my car and I noticed the front driver side rim was obviously scratched in 4 places! Who knows what other damage occurred to the bottom of my car. I went back to the front and showed it to the staff who denied their wash did the damage even though I had only had the rims for a week! They didn't care or feel any remorse they just pointed to the sign which stated they held no responsibility for damage caused by their car wash. Which means they admit they damaged my rim but I couldn't do anything about it. Stay away from this car wash unless you drive a car you don't care about at all. Also, my car wasn't even properly cleaned :-(.

I can see why so many have had bad experiences here. This place looks sketchy and they're definitely not the friendliest. However; my experience was generally positive. I was in the area running some errands and had been meaning to get my car fully detailed to get rid of the salt stains and mess accumulated over the winter. They charged me $80 for a full exterior and interior clean (shampooed rugs and seats, etc...) and I was actually pretty satisfied. It took forever (about 4 hours) but they were up front about the wait and it was a very busy day. I was a little annoyed to see them gun my car from one end of the lot to the other while I was walking up at one point. Overall though, I feel I got what I paid for.

I thought the car would look much cleaner and shining...They hardly spent 15 minutes on the car- I had to do vacuum on my own as they didn't do it properly...the car was still dirty and they just want to charge you next to none detailing of the car. Very disappointing, nothing but a bunch of thieves and worthless staff. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. THEY MADE 3 LONG SCRATCH MARKS AND DENIED IT, AND TRIED TO ACCUSE US INSTEAD. EVEN STOLE A 10 PACK CANADA POSTAGE STAMPS ... My sister and I just went to this place and bought their interior and exterior combo ($30, $5 extra for suv). It is a 2 month old Lexus NX sport SUV (Almost new). The exterior wash went well however things went down hill after. When the interior cleaning was done, I sat on the passenger side and saw THREE LARGE SCRATCH MARKS on the Dashboard. We told the staff and instead they immediately argued that we were accusing them. So we asked to speak to their manager, however a few minutes of pointing fingers. Finally, one staff appointed us to the manager (owner). He was much calmer, however still, claimed it was not their fault and tried to change the story by asking us stupid questions: "What did you put here to cause that?" (Excuse me, but I am asking you what happened after 10 minutes releasing the car to your careless workers). We were not happy and the manager offered 3 months of free car wash and he said he would personally do it. However, how can we possibly trust him? Free car wash? What in the world...they will probably make more scratch marks, accusing us again and making us in the wrong. Lastly, they even stole a 10-pack Canada Post stamps, the manager had to dig it out of some random box claiming it was ''garbage''. But they did not throw out old receipts, value village stamp cards, or napkins but instead a 10 pack Canada Post stamps were GARBAGE? People are so foolish. The manager did give a refund for our purchase, but that does not make up for the scratch including his ''generous 3 month free car washes''. We will not go there again. A complete waste of money and time because all they do is hide for each other and twist your words. First and last time.

You pay as you go through the carwash and it's located at the very end of the plaza. I haven't washed my car all winter season and this carwash took care of it all.

Really great service! The prices are amazing for a car wash that offers so much. Only $14 for "The Works" which is much better than going to Petro or esso. Those gas stations most likely have salt all over the place from other vehicles. This place has employees that hand scrub your vehicle and soap it up for you compared to a machine doing it. I'd definitely recommend it!

Last time, I went to Special my car was not completely clean. Manager noticed the machine did not completely get everything. He went out of his way to stop me and had me run my car thru again. Don't buy pre loaded cards here. I bought one a few weeks ago, I paid for 4 washes and I used it once the day of the purchase. I returned a few weeks later and they told me I had already used all of them. Pay cash only per wash and avoid problems.

I've been getting my car wash here and they tend to have fantastic deals at times. I'm not too sure about the tone of their notice regarding what is and what is not acceptable, i.e., apparently there is a no complaints policy if your car does not get clean or if the car wash damages your vehicle. I never had to complain, they do keep their equipment clean in general and the results are good.

Not a great wash. A lot was missed the first time I went last year but it was convenient living in the area. Went again this past weekend and they refused to wash my jeep stating the stinger bar would break their brushes. Went to the Petro at VP and Finch, bought my ticket inside and went through the softcloth wash with no issues.

I went to this car wash place three times based on the google rating but the service has not failed to disappoint me every single time. I have taken car wash three times and all the three different packages, but actually it does the same in all three of them. One thing that i noticed is, the soap/foam is not completely cleaned when the car is out from the wash. Every single time the foam has to be cleaned by yourself. The wheels comes out the uncleaned no matter you choose the wheel clean package of 14.99 or not. It appears the air blow to dry out the car also does not do a great job and the car body comes out with lot of water. Extremely dissatisfied and it appears a waste of money.

This morning I decided to give this wash a try as their reviews were quite good and my car was in need of a wash. Normally I stick to touchless washes however this was an exception. While the sides/front/roof looked good, the trunk and bumper were poorly cleaned. There was obvious dirt that had not been touched (this was on a sedan). Unfortunately I did not see this until I got home and by then it was too late. I still have my receipt but don't think I'll be returning here again. The price was no cheaper than other touchless washes that do a much better job in my opinion.

Car wash does its job, but DO NOT buy their carwash cards. They will happily sell you a package deal then one day you will show up and they'll say it's expired. There is no expiry date on the card - this feels like a con job. They'll point to the many posed signs saying cards will not be accepted once they expire, as if that makes it alright. For one car wash, fine. Don't expect fair treatment for being a long term customer though.

This is by far the best car wash I have come across. These days everyone is going to touchless and pay to spray style washes. This place actually pre washes your car BY HAND, to loosen the major dirt before going into the wash machine. It gets the car perfectly clean everytime, no matter how caked on the grime. This place does a great job drying the car too with the very high powered blower system at the end which is important in the winter months. I have never had my car freeze up after a wash even in -20 weather!

I wish I could select FAIL as an option. Firstly, was charged a $5 "tax" when I showed up with my groupon. Then proceeded to put my car in neutral and use their automated car wash for the exterior...no different than any other gas station. Then dropped my car off for the interior to get cleaned and was given no piece of paper verifying that they had possession of my car. Car was dirtier than when I dropped it off. The entire interior was greasy from whatever cleaning supply the used. I had to wipe all the surfaces clean myself, the windows and windshield were streaky and foggy and had all the aerosol residue on them. They vacuumed the interior and must have power washed the mats. They left all the mats in the trunk unbeknownst to me and when I retrieved them they were soaked. Now my car smells like mildew and aerosol cleaning substance, it's greasy, and the windows are filthy...I need to take it for a real cleaning from this sham of a cleaning.

Worst car wash in Toronto. The pavement is full of dings and pot holes that you will get your vehicle's suspension ruined. The car wash itself doesn't do a good job, tires remain uncleaned and the dryer doesn't really work, keeps your car wet. Price wise, it's still pretty bad, PetroCanada has better options. And the staff are extremely rude as well, especially the owner of the car wash. I once called to make a complaint and he hung up on me. I would strongly not recommend this place. The owner cannot make up his mind with pricing either. One week it's $35/month for unlimited washes, the next week he changes it to $50/month. Following week he changes it back to $35/month as if his prices are based on OPEC's oil production.

I bought a car wash that was listed as on the application that they have. I mistyped one wrong number plate on my car. I requested them to change they refused and asked me to pay for the car wash as it did not match my plate number. My whole car description was given with make, model and also Color. I've asked customer support to please rectify it and they said can't be done for the next few days. I've asked that I've driven from a far place and can I atleast get my car washed? But they refused. I've asked them for a solution and they said no. When I asked for the refund as i cannot wash my car and that was denied too. Such poor customer service... Please make sure pay at a better place for the service they provide. Hopefully they learn customer service.

I always go there for my car, but when I wanted to get my mom's car full detailed I asked if they could shorten the regular 5-6 hour process because my elderly mother can't last that long waiting at the local Ikea without getting faint. worst car wash experience ever. I paid $35 for the so called "Super Clean Interior & Exterior" and all I got was a quick wash and wipe. I asked them to clean my rims cause they were very dirty and they told me they don't do rims. Only the machine clean rims. On their website, it says "Tire Dressing and Wipe Down Rims and Trunk Vccum" in this "Super Clean Interior & Exterior Package". So I left that place with 4 dirty rims and water on my side mirriors and rear window. They didn't even open my trunk to vaccum my trunk. So I had to come home and wipe my car myself again to make it dry. If you are not going to do your job properly, why would you guys charge me the money for all the work you didn't do? I won't go there for car wash again and will never recommond to anyone. Might as well spend way less money for a gas station touchless car wash.

I have been going to this location for the last 5 years now and have always chosen the VIP wash. The tri colour soap they use leaves the car with fresh scent. The brushes do clean my car well including the wheel rims. The only complaint, is that the Air blowers do not remove all the water so you will need to bring a towel.

These guys operate a good old fashioned Car wash. They take a minute and hand wash everything first before your car goes through a regular style car was with brushes. It does a better job than any gas station car wash for about the same money. Do note that this is a car wash that has brushes and whirling parts inside, if you prefer a no-touch type of wash then you should go somewhere else. If you prefer a hand wash / detailing, I think they offer this service as well, although I've never used that service.

I went for the oil change and we could get in right away without any wait! This place is known for having the best price and good deals. I arrived today to receive a car wash where they had two signs posted, they wouldn't honour the one I asked for because they said there is a new deal........ So then take down the sign stupid. The customer service was very poor, the person I was dealing with was rude and couldn't take 1 second to listen to what I had to say. When I pulled my truck up to the start of the car wash where they guide you into the rails that pull you through the car wash they guided me into the rail where my rim rubbed because they are not paying attention. I started washing my car in 2019 . Now car wash is new . But this guy right below me started putting reviews every week the same review , does not look like customer of this car wash . Review itself tells and explains that he is other car wash guy who does not like these people. Other wise no customer has time and any intention to put review for any business every week and same review. He started putting review since Jan 7 . Very bad , these kind of intentions still exist in Canada or people brought it from their own home town . Very sorry to see these kind of bs reviews. But guys you are good . NO COMPLAINT AT ALL , THEY ARE THE BEST. I always find best deals here. I spend way less money here than going to other car washes. Other car washes they never gave me any free wash or any loyalty wash. If i want just one wash its only ten bucks, what you get in ten bucks when you you go to any restaurant, may be one time lunch. Love this car wash. I Hate to leave a review because it may make it busier but this 5 start review is warranted. The wash is excellent and the guys are attentive. You can get the regular drive through wash (which, right now, let's you have a free 2nd wash if fine within 10 days) or you can pay extra to get interior cleaning done. 6 stars in the job they did on my interior. I told him I was in a hurry and he tried to rush but just wouldn't give up until it was fine to his satisfaction. It exceeded my expectations. This is now out regular go to car wash. As a bonus, there's a McDonald's just next door and their wifi extends to the wash so you can do an online order... My husband went through the wash with the car and I walked over and picked up our food

I checked before I came to get my car cleaned , they are open , doing interior cleaning service. Super vacuum cleaning service and good wash , it took most of the dirt out , it’s not shampoo, but good vacuum cleaning. My car was in parking more than 3 months , visibly dust was on dash and I wiped but seats , after cleaning I can drive my car without sneezing every minute. What a relief ????. Thank you guys . Made an appointment for 1pm, and although I was a bit late, they took me in right away and in all it took about 35 minutes for their VIP Wash. For $50 it was their Works Wash plus interior vacuuming and dash/console and mat cleaning as well. Overall the exterior was perfect. The inside was cleaned well also, including the tops of the windows and door panels which is often overlooked. All their employees were really nice. I will return for sure.

Paid for interior car vaccum. I do have dogs that shed. They only have an angled attachment for the vaccum. I pre cleaned most of the dog hair off the upholstery. Their vaccum didn't remove much if any residual. Carpet around the mats was still dirty.

Used to be called Mr. D's and was THE BEST. Sadly it was sold in 2020 and now it's gone down in quality. It's bright and shiny and new but, the job just isn't as good as it was ????????????. All the little "spots" that the wash doesn't get that they used to wash by hand (like mirrors, under the wipers and rear of vehicle) doesn't get touched now. Not bad for a quick wash and reasonably priced.

I was recommended to this location by another patron. I drove to Oshawa from Ajax based on the recommendation. They might have had a good experience, I unfortunately did not. It was not all bad, on the phone Rick was cordial and professional and appointment scheduling was smooth. I booked the gold package for $159.99 plus taxes for a total of $180 and change. They did a good job removing salt stains from the carpets. However, that's as far as it goes. I was called to pick up my vehicle. Upon arriving, while then staff were busy with another vehicle, I inspected my vehicle. The door jams and between the doors were not cleaned whatsoever. I inquired with a gentleman by the name of Adrian who advised they were done, after advising it does not appear so he came out to inspect it. Adrian did take care of the problem which took an additional 10 minutes or so. To that, I inquired why the rims had dirt on them still and was advised those are rust shavings and could not come off easily, despite this I got on my knees and with saliva managed to get this dirt off. Despite this, I was told they could not do anything, which I don't understand as they advertise attention to detail, plus they I imagine have solvents to take care of this, after all shammys in Pickering was able to take care of my previous car with no issues. After paying, I was given my keys and proceeded to leave, but was unable to because my vehicle would not start. I was asked how much gas I came in with? Certainly enough for the car to start , I imagine whoever worked on the car had it turned on for the a/c and drained the gas. Adrian attempted to fix this problem, and 20 minutes later he came back with gas and filled my tank sufficiently to get to a gas station. All in all, highly disappointed with the service for the price especially with a recommendation. I had high hopes for this place, but after wasting close to an hour standing around there, there definitely does not appear to be a attention to detail. In the future I will just take my business to shammys where I know I will get attention to detail and leave satisfied. Thanks for reading.

Wow! What a great car wash, longest building I've ever seen, and lots of soap and water used. Loved the fact the dryers, or are they called blowers, don't touch the vehicle.First car wash I've been to that fully cleaned the back of my Caravan, most other washes leave this dirty line down the middle of the back window that I've always had to wipe down myself after washing, not this car wash. Will definitely be returning to this location for all my car washing through the winter to remove the salt buildup. Thanks

I always got excellent service with reasonable price. Nice staff with excellent customer service. Lady who answers the phone always helps me with all the best deals. Now lately i am getting the weather proof deal which gives me best in/out and plus loyalty washes for 30 days and i washed my car 3-4 times without paying a single penny. i highly recommend this car wash.

I'm impressed!! I always come to this car wash but today I am exceptionally overwhelmed by the care they just took on my vehicle. After going through the wash the men drying noticed more tar/dirt on the front so they got a chemical to clean it, and sent us through again with no additional cost. Horrible experience! They posted their operating hours on their website. I came at 8pm on a weekday and guess what!? They decided to close early with no notice whatsoever because "that coupon is bs..everybody is coming with it..we don't have any profit so we close early"...Seriously..poor customer service. It's not like the voucher was free. It was also paid for and it is expiring soon. So obviously more people would want to use theirs. Also, last time I came, I also paid extra for my interior (and had a long wait!!) so it's not like they don't get extra business for people with vouchers. I do not recommend this car wash at all. I've been taking my BMW 330i here for years. The car wash does a reasonable job and the price is right compared to everything else in the area. You can get a better deal if you pre-pay for a number of car washes in advance but be sure to keep track of what you use. I bought a card, used one car wash and was told that I didn't have any left. I asked him to check again and he confirmed that I did in fact have nine more. My car has never been scratched in this car wash.
