This review is for the service I got upon entering Krown in Niagara Falls; I did not procure their services due to horrible customer service, so I'm not commenting on quality of product/service. When I entered the establishment and walked up to the counter, the guy sitting behind it didn't look up for a good minute. When he finally did look up, instead of a greeting, he simply said, "What would you like?" Should I have said I wanted a bucket of chicken or should I have said that I wanted my car rust-proofed? What did one do to receive such negative customer service? I said that I wanted my car rust-proofed and he asked what type. I told him and he said it would be an hour's wait. No smile, no price quote, nothing. I politely declined and walked out. Fifteen minutes later, I'm at Autoline Toyota getting some information for their "Corrosion Free" rustproofing service; friendly and welcoming, a great smile on the service person. Given a brochure detailing the different packages available. Obviously, there was no competition in terms of customer service and no question as to whom one should choose.

Not quite sure what some of these other reviewers experienced; whether it was previous employees or current employees having a bad day. Everyone was super friendly, the truck was undercoated extremely thoroughly and professionally. It was even given an exterior wash which was also really well done. I'll definitely be coming back! Free coffee too which tasted really good!

They were on time and fast. The Krown oil works very well. I have had my 09 GMC done every year since new and there is no rust on it. The only down side is it drips for a week after the spray but it is well worth it.

Very unhappy about my experience with Krown. I was told it would be between 45 minutes to an hour. I ended up being there for more then an Hour and a half. When It was finally done there was grease all over my brake pad and my foot slipped right off of the brakes on top of the fact that the actual response from the brakes was severely reduced the first few presses If I had been on the road that would have caused a serious accident. There is also a horrible groaning sound coming from my brakes almost two days later. Which I wasn’t notified about, which may or may not be normal? Very poor experience, and I’m never going back.

Make appointment and you go in 20 minutes early. Only to find out an hour and a half later your vehicle still isn't done. They do not care about appointments. It's first come first serve Just wish this would have been stated before one makes plans for the day

Ive been going to Krown for a few years and the service has been amazing. I cannot find a single trace of rust of my 12 year old car. I know others with the same car that have not done any rust proofing, and rust can be seen in multiple locations.

Cool people, no stress, got the job done on time and how I wanted. One concern of mine which may not be any of my business but the guys working in the bay spraying oil really should consider respiratory protection. The vicious oil may not be immediately toxic but over time your lungs are being severly affected.
