Unorganized. No structure as to whos car to do next. Wait time can be an hour. Staff not at all friendly. They do an ok job but i have been to much better car washes but unfirtunality not in Barrie. Other people waiting for their car had simular complaints. One women said she wasnt treated very professional when reporting a issue.

Always a good quality wash on my truck, a little expensive but not a bad price if you buy a 10 wash deal. Couple times I did not get the underbody wash as I had paid for, so be sure to get out & look underneath to make sure it was done. If not, let the manager know, they may need to send you through again. ????????

Not good I paid for 1 month on the machine and they charge my credit card for 6 months. After they said should read the contact but they never gave a copy of suppose contract. Just be careful with the agreement that don't exist. Bad business to deal with specifically main office never responded back.

What a bad experience., I payed for a car wash and after I finished the wash there was still soap on my truck. When I asked for a rag to dry and clean the soap off my truck ,the young kid refused and said I had to pay for it. I will never go back there again. I find the attendants there to be unprofessional and rude!!!!!

This place has gone down the line. Used to be a decent carwash in the city until Tommy and Washmaster came into the town. Their tunnel has brushes which will give your car a clean shine as they say but with lots of scratches. See image attached. Customer service is rude. Goodluck Klassic! customers beaware: protect your investment.

Worst experience I ever had. They are lair and cheater. First of all when I joined they told me I can wash my car anyone of their Branch. Within a month I tired into one of Barrie location and they refused to perform my car wash because I am member from Toronto(GTA) Location. Now Few days back they refused to have a wash in Wilson Avenue location as I am member of Derry location. I was asked to takeout my car. They change their plan and dont even bother you to inform. Really good service, friendly assistants, great price. Free vacuums. The only issue the front of the car doesn't get washed properly, even after two passes. Make sure to wipe the front. Really good deal on monthly passes - if you wash at least 3 times per month it pays off.

It created scratches to my new car which is only 2 months old. I never noticed this scratches before i did my car wash to them. The second time i went there i noticed again same side at the passenger side, there's a scratches again. Really not worth it to come here as it really damages your car. Save your money.

Good staff and great finishing after wash. But would ask for the detergents to be filled in a more frequent manner. Sometimes it feels like its different from the last time especially in the touchless wash. But overall good experience

Does my car look clean to you ? Disgusting workmanship, just had the car done Nd this is what the back seat looks like. I just can’t believe it. The level of service here has gone from five stars down to a complete zero since they put those new machines and turned the place into a mass 30 seconds of car wash. The outside of the car doesn’t come clean , the people who even hose the car down when your coming into the wash have such dirty looks on their faces it looks as if they hate their jobs , they talk down to their “ white” employees like they are dogs. I won’t be supporting this place anymore period. They really need a training course on how to treat their employees not to mention teach them how to clean a car. What a waste of 35.00 plus taxes.

Bad for new cars. To speedup the process the belt was moving pretty fast which left no time for soaking and increased the impact from the brushes. I chose their lava wash which seems to be indifferent again due to speed. Their "automatic" system needs an assistant to take your card for payment

Amazing service over there you just don't see that much anymore. I bought the special wash for two vehicles worth it to get since our vehicles are both clean and well kept. Love it in winter gets all the salt off the vehicles. Nice touch to the Halloween haunted car wash as well. Keep up the great work

They allow patrons to blast music from their vehicles at extremely high volumes. There doesn't seem to be a policy on noise levels. It is extremely annoying.

MUST READ !CAUTION!!!! I Took my lexus for detailing before storing it for winter as i had no time to take it in to the dealer that day because they were booked. Biggest mistake ever. The car looked cleaned when i got it back .....but They wiped my navigation screen with a degreaser which they admited they did and ruined the navigation screen and the manager that i spoke to said that the degreaser was not the cause of my dismay and proceeded to say that i must have peeled off the screen cover. They didnt take responsibility for wiping the navigation screen with a degreaser. Dont take your luxury car there to get it detailed.

Went to experience the Halloween Haunt ... What a great production. I'm certain that this will be an annual "must do" for the family. Lots of screams and laughs. The car wash was top quality and we were very impressed with the results. All-in-all a great experience.

Excellent value for the price, and to receive a code to use for the next wash is awesome. I’m amazed the effort put in by the staff wiping dry my truck and cleaning/applying tire dressing to my wheels. They even dry the rear windows on my truck, which is a nice extra effort they put forth. I’ve been to many Klassic car washes and they are sub-par to this location. I recommend this location to everyone in the area and still go here whenever I’m in Toronto from Barrie.

Long wait times at Yonge Street location drive thru wash. Closed by 8 and only one of two bays working today. 7mins per wash so if a few cars are in front of you don't bother. The self serve bays are good and 24hr.

Friendly team here, very fast car wash. The machines and tech on this carwash seemed very advanced and up to date, there was no waiting. We were in a line up of about 8 cars and were in the wash in about 5 minutes, then there was even a towel dry at the end. Only paid $3 more than I so at the Canadian Tire car wash, it was worth it.

We recently had our truck in for a cleaning. The cleaning itself was good, however one of the front mats was missing. When we called to inquire and without taking even one minute to look into it the matter, they immediately claimed we brought the truck in with only one mat (two were placed in the front the morning we took it in). When we pushed the issue, they said to call the next morning so they could look into it. The next day we were advised that they had found the mat and to come and pick it up. Once my wife arrived, they said they didn't have it and that it may have been put in someone else's vehicle. When my wife asked how they were going to rectify the problem, the employee started yelling at her. They eventually found two replacement mats. Won't go back again! Very unprofessional.

What really bothers me is that there are automated machines and they still have someone standing right next to you even though you know how to use the equipment. Please its COVID keep your distance,. if we need help will let you know. Stop standing buy the machine. People aren't that stupid.

These fellas do a bang up job! I have had QUITE a few things, including coffee stains, food crumbs and salts from winter, and their work is too quality. Swaveer as a manager and a sales person is not that pushy while choosing their packages and keeps up with communication very well and will let you know if/when things get delayed or are ahead of schedule. Thanks to Ranjoo (sorry the name is not clear in invoice) who detailed my Elantra today. Both signs of a great business, when it comes to choosing a right car wash for detailing, in my experience. If it wasn’t already apparent, I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

Would love to give it 5 star because it's a great car wash good service decent price and up to date machinery. I had a monthly pass and decided to vacuume my car first, one of the workers wasn't having it and told me to wash my car first even though I was paying for a pass already. At the end of the day I felt uncomfortable and was givin some garbage attitude, I will continue to go back but just leaving this review as awareness.

Today I am changing my rating for this car wash . All was going well till I went to use the service this morning. It is the lava ultimate wash and I've been using it since August 2017 and today I was refused because I've been using almost every day and they blame it on the fact that I'm a part-time Uber Driver. He cancelled it because I was using it everyday as they advertise that I was allowed to. More to add and why i will not return again after today Aug 22nd 2019 It must be me lately. Klassic Carwash on Ann St in Barrie today accused me of not paying the extra required for having the interior done along with the car wash. The manager, who I have had a problem with in the past, asked to see my receipt , no problem......then I stopped on the way to the car and asked, why ? He said you have to pay an extra 20.00 more for the interior service it is not free or included in the carwash price, in a tone that was accusing me of trying to have it done without paying or trying to pull a fast one on them. Needless to say I lost my control on him and just started yelling at him for calling me a thief. I showed him the receipt that I paid for an interior cleaning too and then, still yelling, asked him why he didn't ask the other 4 waiting customers for their receipt and why he was hurassing me. As I've mentioned, I've had an issue with him a few years ago and today he decided to accuse me. I atleast managed to lecturer him that next time he might want to be causeful when he accuses someone of trying to steal a service, he might want to try another tactic, rather than accusing an customer. I think he hates Uber's maybe.

I had Klassic do my car in March and they did an amazing job, so what's changed since then? I was there two days ago and noticed they were pretty busy. I had an appointment for 9:30 and was told it wouldn't be ready for 4 or 5 hours. I decided to stick around for a while and do some computer work (there were no outlets or wifi in th waiting room). By 11:30 nothing had been done with my car, and I really had to wonder why one of the first cars in the lot hadn't been touched while newcomers were being processed. I had run out of battery power so I decided to leave. I called at 2:00 to see if the car would be ready for 2:30 since I hadn't received a call, and that would be the five hour maximum. They told me to pick it up, so I did, and paid the $135. At first glance everything looked clean so I left and parked the car in my garage. Shortly after dinner I had to go out, and once in traffic noticed the condition of the windows and mirrors...all foggy and streaked. I went back to Klassic, and the attendant asked me to wait two minutes...after five minutes I watched as he finished one vehicle and went on to another - I left. The next morning I inspected the work more closely, only to find pools of Armorall in the mats, residue wax, and missed areas on the outside. One of the wheel discs was bent and twisted where someone tried to remove it to do the tires, only to find them locked. I had to do the car myself a second time to get it right, sure glad I paid all that money! I will go somewhere else next time.

I paid for an interior clean and my car is absolutely filthy on the inside. Dirt still all over the mats and in the carpet. Dried dirt that could've been easily wiped off the doors and pedals is still there. Waste of my time and money.

Excellent wash for $10. The basic exterior/ interior can't be beat. Free vacuum and they are decent. For the amount of business they pump through their lot is small but it works. They have an attendant staffed at the selection machines which makes it simple to find help but they get in the way when you know what you are doing. This also provides an opportunity for an up sell. We have gone to Klassic many times and will continue to frequent.

One of the worst car washes in Barrie. To start, the wash itself is pretty bad, doesn't clean half the car. At the end of the Anne St wash, they hand dry your car, however they use dirty rags which leaves dirt and streak marks all over the car. The Yonge St wash is even worse, and will damage your car. Klassic will then refuse to refund you for the half wash, even though you explain you just want a refund and will deal with the damage on your own. They will then lose it on you when you try to talk to them about it. Terrible customer service, and even worse car "wash."

Best place to come and wash your car they have three different options ranging from $10 to $20 for just external and multiple options for both external and internal add cleaning customer service is impeccable I can't wash my car today did a great job. My cleaning done vacuums are free with your car wash and I locked my keys in my car what's great is I didn't even have to call CAA call somebody to bring my spare key the manager was gracious and help me unlock my car he had his tool kit ready no charge very friendly if anybody needs to wash their car and this is the place

No idea what’s changed. But this is by far the worst car wash place in Barrie. Do yourself. Stay away. 45 min car wash...not a detail. Car wash! They have all these automated machines now, no signage and no staff. It’s basically a glorified Petro Canada Car Wash. Wash your car, sit in the parking lot for 20 mins. Let the car air dry, then do a vacuum and windex the windows. 45 mins later. They used to be great. Took all my cars there, no chance I’ll be back, unless I want to spend the afternoon there.

The employees have no idea what they are doing and the car wash can’t even wash a stock car. I went to the wash 3 days prior and purchased their highest grade exterior wash which comes with a second wash to use within 7 days. While I was going through the wash I noticed behind me was an suv that I own the same model of. So three days go by and I bring my SUV to get washed there. After waiting 35mins in line I get to the booth to put my code in when an employee comes up to me and says “your tires are to wide.” In which I responded I was here 3 days ago and an identical vehicle to mine with the same wheel and tire set up went through fine. She refused to talk to me after and kept repeating “sir leave now you are holding up the line” x5. I asked if I could be refunded for the $10 of wash I didn’t use. In which she responded “we don’t do that here leave now” Seriously what kind of car wash can’t wash a stock car. Now I’m stuck with a code I won’t have a chance to use.

We went in for a detailing and they did a great job cleaning the passenger seat detection sensors so much so it disabled our air bags. 10/10 for leaving wet towels on the seat and causing water damage on the air bag sensors. No responsibility taken for their actions and refused refund. Now we're out of pocket as we have to bring it into a mechanic. Great job guys and good luck to all the people who have to deal with the staff.

Excellent old school car wash. The brushes actually clean the car friendly staff direct you on the track so there is no worry about damaging your rims. Would return in a minute. This is a solid car wash and for $10 it is far better than a $15 gas station wash.

Do not go here. Good reviews from previous management. They are racist and misogynistic. My mother went there representing a French company. After being talked down too, she was told that women shouldn't handle this stuff because they are stupid. I must add that she was working, and looking at giving lots of business to this place. She works for a French company and they told her they French people are not welcome there. I must add that they all spoke with heavy accents, must be nice to live in a country that you can speak like this...

Good place for old cars, there contact based wash left so much scratches on my vehicle. Felt like they speed up the process by increasing the speed of the conveyor belt, leaving no time for soaking and increased impact from the brushes leading to dents and scratches. However if your car is old, there deals can be good for you.

GOOD WASH, APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Below is the text of an e-mail message I sent repeatedly to Klassic Car Wash over the course of a week. No staff condescended to respond. I subsequently found out that 'head office' is the Anne Street location; for all I know, the 'President', Tony Thind, was the guy who told me to e-mail 'head office'. 'Dear Sir or Madam: On 10 April 2021 I renewed the Klassic Lava Membership for both myself and my wife (cf. Attached pics of receipts). I availed myself of the service perhaps three or four times. On 11 May, after having lined up for a wash at the Yonge Street, Barrie, location, the computer screen at one of the bay entrances informed me that my membership had expired. Since I did not have my cell phone with me, I waited until I got home to inquire. I called your Barrie Anne Street location, where I renew my memberships every spring, but was informed that the renewal had not gone through on my credit card. I informed the representative that I had made a purchase with that very card that very day. I was peremptorily informed that I had to go in person to the Anne Street location and settle the matter. Today, not an hour ago, I went in person to the Anne Street location to clear up this matter. I presented the credit card, and both my and my wife’s RFID numbers. My account was accessed on the computer, and some information came up to which I was not made privy. One of the two representatives then called the manager, and walked away. When he returned, I was informed that I had to e-mail ‘head office’. I stated that I would rather telephone ‘head office’. I was then informed that the staff did not have a telephone number for head office. I expressed my surprise that a ‘head office’ would not have something as fundamental as a telephone. I was then given the e-mail address by which I sent this message. Questions: What, precisely, is the problem? I want to renew my Klassic Lava Family Membership. I confirmed with my credit card company not two hours ago that no attempt was made by Klassic to charge my account since 10 April 2021, so the claim that the charge ‘did not go through’, while technically correct, is misleading, since no attempt was made by your firm to charge my credit card. I have used your firm’s car wash services for some time now, and have been pleased. However, I am quickly losing patience with your company’s customer service. Thank you in advance for your response. Just wanted a detailing and got left with a damaged airbag system. The "manager" laughs in my face when I returned to ask what happened. "We just vacuum, we didn't use any water!" he said as my seats we dripping. "We don't know how to drive manual!" he said after clearly moving my car. "Call 911 or your lawyers if you have a problem." was their final resolution. Untrustworthy, unwilling to take responsibility and has no issues blaming the customer if anything is missing or damaged.

UPDATE: so someone told me to come back here because they have a new deal. $20 unlimited all month washes with wax. They have a new logo and name and I thought maybe it's better now, they must have fixed the machine. When I was going in after paying, the guys say, there is a5 min hold up to fix something. I thought ok I'll wait, I already paid they def won't give me my money back at least they are fixing before letting people in. I got scared though thinking the car wash might still not being maintained properly. So I go in and come out and low and behold, my hood has huge wavy scratch marks going across my hood and I saw it when it happened. The machine that wipes feel on my hood when it first came down and I thought "I don't think that was supposed to happen!" I go tell the manager and he starts yelling at me like a psychopath, "why here and not here and not here? Why did it scratch your car only on the hood and not roof and trunk?" He repeated that like a hundred times, I got scared he honestly looked very very angry and putting it all out on me, meanwhile I'm the one with huge scratch marks all over my hood now. He scared me so I just left. I have one month unlimited and I just used it once and I think I can't cancel until 2 months of payment. It seems like their car wash is never working properly and they don't care about their customers like other reviews have mentioned. They put such low prices so there's always income and people coming; that's all they care about. That is not what business should be about and not how a reputable business is ran. Get a professional to fix and maintain your stupid drive through car wash if you're going to attract even more customers than you can handle, especially if you don't know why your stupid car wash scratches sometimes and not all the time instead of yelling at me asking me why! SCRATCHED MY BMW TODAY ALL OVER!!! MANAGER WAS WALKING THROUGH THE CAR WASH WATCHING THE MACHINE! IF THERE'S SOME WRONG WITH IT FIX IT BEFORE YOU LET CARS IN!!!

So I saw this lineup thinking they were giving away free car washes and I was surprised to see it was still cheaper that going to one at the gas station. In fact for 20$ dollars you can't get a unlimited monthly pass. I was sold. Somedays the line is long depending on the time but it still moves pretty fast. Sometimes it's empty and I just drive right up. The customer service is right on point and they are very courteous. Plus free vacuums. Like yes free. (Even if you don't buy a car wash ;) which I this is exceptional. But still go ahead and buy a car wash and support them.

Can't go wrong with a $10 car wash! Not to mention the free vacuum service afterwards ???? A few weeks ago my wallet was stolen out of my car while I was using the vacuum. (Of course, its not the employees fault). I expressed the situation to one of the employees (I wish I remembered his name) and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He went through every single trash can outside, checked all over the property, took down my information. One could easily say "Sorry it's not our responsibility" but he chose to really help me look. Beware and keep your belongings locked up while vacuuming!!!!

I just purchased a monthly pass at Crosstown car wash because it is closer to me but I used Klassic 2 weeks before while my wife was doing some shopping across the street. Klassic is cheaper and does a way better job and I really regret not getting my monthly pass from here. At Crosstown, the backside of my vehicle was still dirty and I had to wipe it down myself. When I used Klassic, the entire car was clean. I feel like such a fool believing all these car washes are similar and definitely will be switching over to Klassic when this month is over even if it's a little bit further for me.

Klassic car wash use to have excellent customer service but now it is horrendous. One of the few gas stations where they pump your gas. That alone is reason to go but the best part is the very cool car wash with neon lights, rainbow foam and - wait for it- dudes who towel dry your car at the end. I use this place because it seems to be the only full serve in town, and I'm disabled. Sometimes the service is prompt. Other times not. I actually left the place one day along with another person because nobody came out to pump gas. The two times I used their car wash the car was still dirty and I couldn't get the car rubbed down because the car behind me was barreling down the track and the guy was still rubbing down the car in front of me. I was stuck. Fortunately, by avoiding the rub down at the end and by leaving quickly right behind the car in front of me I got my car out ok. But it was still streaky with dirt. Lots of it. I haven't encountered this at other car washes so I won't use their car wash any more.why pay just to have the dirt left on the car? I'll still use them to pump gas though, at least until I can find another place that offers full serve at the pumps.

I request all customers to pull out from their services as they are making students and other people work very hard in unacceptable conditions take advantage of the fact that these people need work as Covid has been hard on everyones work. Important to mention that in the end these people are not paid and just let go. I have been using Klassic Car wash services over an year and have got many of my friends to use their services however now that I have realized this is bl**d money I have discontinued their services. UPDATE: I decided to upgrade to the $50 a month but it is inconsistent, and dosent work half the time. No soap etc. When asking for compensation, or a refund, they tell you flat no and yell at you over the phone. Ask for owners contact and they give you a Gmail email.. This place is a joke try Zenatec on veterans drive in Barrie much better! I can't imagine how hard it would be to get customer service if somthing was damaged on your car! Only the top jets work on the $30 subscription, only the top of your car gets high presure.. The sides get no spray at all...

Amazing place to get your car washed in and out. There is sometimes a wait, but it is worth it! You generally purchase your type of car wash, go through an exterior wash like gas stations and then a number of employees will do a deep clean internally and wipe down the exterior. The worst place ever. After driving back from Toronto they never clean the dead road bugs off from the front of the car. They don’t ever dry the car properly. Their systems are always down or parts of the system won’t be working. I’ve made complaints and by doing this they terminated my membership because of my complaints of terrible service. Beware.

We went last Saturday to get our car washed and it was really good. We were given a voucher for a free car wash to be user within 3 days. We were told that it was good until Tuesday. So, we went back on Tuesday and were told that our free car wash wasn't valid because we had 3 days to redeem it. We told them, "yeah, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday". Then, two employees told us that the 3 days were counted as Saturday, Sunday, Monday. Two different employees told us that. We left without the complimentary car wash that we were promised, angrily. We told them that they should explain to their customers that they have a different of counting, and that if they advertise 3 days they should advertise 72 hours. We won't be coming back because the employees here were being very rude, which is very unprofessional.

Dont let them dry your vehicle those rages are covered in fine dirt took the clear coat right off my brand new truck brutal only go here if you want your paint scratched. So I wasn't refunded anything after cancelling so I continued to go figured try to get something for the 50 bucks I spent it worked couple more times then it stopped working I honked got someone to come over of course it's that same manager that refused to do anything about scratches he rolled his eyes as he walked up indicating to me he remembers who I am I asked him why it won't work I paid for my month he said no you cancelled I said it worked the day before he said no you cancelled I said I wasn't refunded can't I use up what I paid for at least he said no no I said fine f you let me out because the bar was down he said no I m not helping you leaving me stuck there so I ripped the arm off to let myself out .. now I m up on mischief charges pretty messed up so I wouldn't recommend going to this wash if you are short tempered as you may have to deal with scratches and bad attitudes

I brought my car in because it was full of salt and smelled bad from the inside which was long hard. I was excited when i picked up my car, it looked so beautiful frm inside and all the smell was gone. They use gun to remove tgat smell. The staff is so cooperative that they they give quick service and every customer is satisfied. I recommend you guys that come here and have experience with klassic car wash!!

I've been coming to this car wash for years. I usually receive great service, and I even make it a point to tip the towel dry guys. But for some unknown reason they're constantly closed earlier than they should be. At first I thought the Google hours of operation was wrong, but after confirming their hours on the sign out front, that's not the case. On Thu 14-Nov-19 at 8:15 pm they should have been open. But they weren't. They don't even bother to put a notice on the door or anything. It's very inconvenient when you set your schedule around bring able to wash your car and fuel up, even going so far as to leave work early, only to discover they're closed for no apparent reason. This has been happening for years now; it's not once or twice it's happened, it seems to be every other week.

NO ACCOUNTABILITY! The car wash ended up leaving scratch marks all over my car and when I tried talking to management they told me to prove it! I tried to reason with them and see how we can solve it but it was a wasted effort as they simply told me to call 911 or sue them through my car insurance. Worst car wash and horrible management. Worst service I've ever seen $45 for an interior and exterior clean on my new truck and they didn't even clean the mirrors the Chrome is all water spotted on the front bumper they had a car breakdown in the shop so I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. The worse service I have ever had!!! They Shampooed my carpet and broke all the tabs off of my trim panels. When I approached the manager about it, He said “I personally watched them clean your car and they didn’t break anything” and refused to talk to any employee’s about what happened. I've been going to this car wash for more than 2 years. Today, when I came out of the wash, my trunk was still very dirty and dust . I explained my situation to anot employee who was new who insisted I wipe it down with a cloth. I said I'm not wiping dirt back and forth on my car to scratch it. He directed me to Wayne, who said I can go through the wash again for 3 more dollars... I said I've never ad this problem here and I've been coming here for years. He said THAT'S GREAT, THAT'S GREAT and walked away from me.. I asked the other employee, Sid if his manager was here and he said "why do you wanna speak to my manager?" I said bc I asked to. He began to walk away as I asked for his name, he said he had to go. I walked behind him and asked his name again and he gave it to me. Very disrespectful staff that only seemed concerned for the people getting interior work done. Definitely do not recommend and will not be returning here. You have lost a loyal costumer.

I take my wife's SUV and my truck here twice a year. They do an OK job (usually I have to tell them to finish cleaning the inside properly, I shouldn't have to for 160 a car) but this time I refuse to go back. Recently I called in the morning to get a detailing, I asked about availability, and they said they had opening so I drove in from out of town. When I went in to leave my key, the price they gave was 20$ more. I explained that the price was 20$ less online, and was told that I didn't ask about the price of the package when I called (even though I gave them the package name). I told them that they should have told me the prices changed and their response was "our website is down, I can't tell every customer our prices have changed". They wouldn't honor the online price and told me that if I want to talk to the manager that's fine, but they refused to clean my car until I paid the full price (usually you have to pay after the job is done, not before). This place is a rip off. Worst service ever. I'm happy to pay more elsewhere after this experience.

First time they're my car came out really good only I wasn't happy to see my front license plate bent into the letter U so I won't be going back there again out of all the car wash places that I've been to in my life which have been quite a few never has my front license plate been bent in the shape of a U but my car was clean. Well another classic car wash disappointment!!! Came to get my truck washed and EXPRESS interior done, been sitting here for 45 mins when it's not even that busy! To top it off they left my truck running outside for 30 mins! 3 cars went in when I was ahead of them! Same with a little old lady that was right behind me! Her van is still sitting out there waiting to get done! I approached the staff to explain the situation, she goes outside talks to somebody and comes back in and doesn't even approach me to tell me w hats going on! I had to approach her and all she can say was it's going in soon and my truck wasn't running! Are you kidding me!! I even told her I was outside right beside my truck and it was running! And even kept trying to argue with me telling me it wasn't running! You figure good customer service they would apologize and at least maybe give you a discount or a free wash but nope let's argue with the customer instead!I have tons of friends and family I recommended this place to and regret it now! No more I will not be coming back nor recommending this place to anybody I know!

Took my 8 year old suv in for detailing. Not cheap but my vehicle looked amazing when finished. I couldn’t believe that it looked brand new inside. Carpets and seats and armrests were so clean - I never thought it was possible. Every crevice was impeccable. I received a gift card for Christmas so I thought I’d spend it on detailing. Was a little anxious cause I thought for what I’m paying it better be good. I’m not always easy to please and never accept an “ok” job so I was extremely relieved and pleased with the job they did. Buff job left some streaks. I could barely see out my front windshield because they left armour-all or wax or something all over the front. My interior was already somewhat clean, and I couldn't notice any difference from the detailing besides the dirty windshield they left. They sent me home with the wrong carpets & I had to go back the next day to get mine back and to have them re-clean the interior windows. They turned 'Valet mode' on in my car, so my seat programming was messed up and I couldn't open my trunk. Had to Google to figure out how to turn it off. The entire thing seemed like a rush job. Very little attention to detail. I won't go back.

My fiance and I came in today on fathers day to wash our brand new car we just got a week ago at the car dealership and when it came out from the car wash and we were vacuuming I noticed scratches all around the car! Our car is a black dodge and it is really noticeable! My fiance asked one of the 25 guys outside If we could speak to the manager and he told us it was impossible that the wash did it and that our damages were previous (like I mentioned we bought the car a week ago) and how was it possible no one elses car was affected- we don't know! Maybe they should.wash their machines so that the dirt caught in the machines don't scratch your car??!! Horrible rude service and no liability- he then started shouting at my fiance when she asked for the managers number and he finally took us into the office and gave us the company card . She called .while we were in the office the office phone kept ringing - he didn't put us in contact with a manager- all we wanted was to make a complaint to the manager officially- we threatened to call the police and in 10 mins the manager appeared. when the manager came he ignored us and coldly told us to call the police and he made us a receipt because we initially didn't even get one -Horrible rude service and no liability! Don't take your car here we are making a report to the police . Don't give them your business! 10 dollars can cost you thousands! They shouldn't even be in business !

Swaveer is the best!!! Was there yesterday to do my usual $20 wash which I like because of the fact that they wipe down your car, make sure it’s spotless and they also clean and polish the rims and tires. I had a few minor scratches on the bumper (QX60) which I showed to Swaveer and he did mention that they can do the entire bumper for a charge of $90 but without hesitation he brought the buffer over ran it threw and the scratch was gone. I was so happy. Swaveer’s and his team is the best!!! Always making sure every car is worked on a timely manner as soon as it’s out the wash. I would recommend this place by far. Excellent team and good work. Always satisfied.

Went in today for a wash and and interior clean, usually get the Works wash and an interior and that's been no problem, but now they are refusing to do the interior unless you pay the $5 up charge for "lava Glow" wax even if you do not want it. Show them how this isn't right and don't go there until they stop this practice.

Google maps hours are never updated and most of the time we find out the wash is closed after driving 5-7 kilometres. we hardly get to wash the car for 10-12 days and pay for a monthly plan.

I had brought my SUV in for a wash and interior clean and the result we excellent. I wanted to bring my truck in but noticed the wheelbase was too wide (custom rims and tires) I spoke to Swaveer and asked if there was anyway he could still clean the rims and do an interior clean...he said no problem...bring it in. I exchanged cars and brought the truck in. He drove the truck into the private bay for me where I though he was just cleaning the wheels. He came over and informed me that not only did he clean the rims, but they had hand washed the truck for me as well!!! In a world that we live in today as fast paced - customer service like this is hard to find! Job well done Swaveer!

First. Why are you listed as a full service gas station? I bring two vehicles through there every week for fuel (because it is literally around the corner from work) and I am yet to ever have someone come out and pump gas or even bother to ask. Second. Why do you have 30 employees to do 10 employees work? Half of them stand around doing nothing nailong the pooch. Today there was no less then 10 employees in your detailing bays and yet I still waited long enough to have the truck towelled off that I got out, opened the mirrors myself AND opened YOUR bay door and drove out before a single employee would even motion towards the truck as other people backed up in the wash.

The car came out as clean inside and out as it did when I have taken it for years to a detailing service that cost $100 more!

This is a place to avoid. Although some people might be complimentary about the automated car wash, the customer service is third rate. My vehicle came through the car wash with dirt streaks and they would not clean it. They spent more time arguing about why they could not do it as opposed to doing a good job and ensuring customer satisfaction. You would do better at other car washes in Barrie.

I done a car wash at klassic carwash @Yong street and My car was not at all cleaned properly. I showed the dust to one of their associate and he told this is touchless wash and you should clean it with hand to remove those dust. I don't have time to clean my car thats why I took the car wash membership. He also said he can't give another wash and told me to come tomorrow to wash again. I experienced a bad service and also a customer disrespect behaviour from their employee.

The owner of this location just wants the money. These guys have zero customer satisfaction . I talked to owner regarding my membership as I am using their Derry road location mostly and that location was under construction for 3 weeks. I can’t wash my car there during that time. When I talked to owner at Wilson location (as I purchased membership from here), he initially told that we will do something , but when I talked to him again yesterday( after waiting for3 weeks for their response), now he said go to other location and talk. I was roaming here & there but no solution. Today when I talked to Wilson office, the supervisor was so rude and said cancel your membership and nothing can be done. Everyone please keep these things in mind as this wilson location guys just want your money but no responsibilities , no customer value or satisfaction .

Worst service I've ever had there today. My truck was completely covered in soap, when I pointed it out to the guy holding the hose at the end of the wash, he waved me through, then proceeded to the guys wiping my truck off, used the air hose to blow some of it off my mirrors only for it to run down my doors and land all over my running boards. I got out and showed the supervisor on duty and he had another guy coming over with dirty towels to wipe my truck leaving dark spots all over it. Spots where their carwash can't reach are usually wiped clean, today it was not. If you are going to charge that kind of $ for a wash, make sure your system is working properly as well as your staff. I'm off to the car wash to rewash my truck.

I am a monthly subscriber and without fail every single time when I go into the wash I end up smashing my rim off the sidewalk of the “ track system “. They are supposed to guide you onto it, they don’t. Then they get mad when your too slow because there not paying attention. I hope management sees this and reminds them to do their job. Buyer beware! on the Big board it says "The WORKS" for $12.99. It also says "rim and tire shine". I mentioned this at the end and he said "if you pay more they will be done by hand, this is only what the machine does". Absolutely a sloppy job and I had to redo the rims at home. This car wash gets worse every time I go and I'll be now looking for another around town. The "hand wipe" at the end is ALWAYS full of smears and streaks. Staff dont really give a damn. They get a huge ZERO for customer service. When I called and said I would be posting a review he said "fine". so here it is!!!

The service was slow due to being busy, but it was also incompetent! I paid $35.00 for an inside and outside clean, the carpets were not vacuumed properly and the trunk not at all! The inside was not even wiped down properly, and they left my car sitting for 15 minutes when they were done until I went in and asked for my car. Booked an interior shampoo for $169. Dropped it off 15 minutes early. Was told it would take 4 hours when booking and then 4-5 when I got there. After 4.5 hours I called them and they said another hour because something smelled weird. I got there 7 hours after (because I had to rearrange my day) and the seats are all totally soaking wet. I have to change my clothes after driving it. Everything was shoved in the trunk including my mats (not replaced in the car) and I had someone else’s umbrella in my car... never again. It’s clean but all still feels like soap everywhere.

The wash was OK at best, the person at the entrance tried to stick his head into my car to look at the receipt for their monthly pass to look for a sticker which they had not issued to me, then the man at the Kiosk tried to actually enter my car with my family in it. This is all on march 24th 2020 at the peak of social distancing. These people clearly do not understand the practice. Last time I will ever visit.

Not too happy with this place. They do serve gas but did not ask for points card or gas card plus they took my credit card and went into the store to pay for my gas. Credit cards should not be out of sight of the owner. Car wash didn't take off hard water spots and they just said that no car wash would remove them.

Good place to get your old car cleaned up... The wash does a very good job and gives it that feeling if "effective wash". I take my nieces and nephews there and it's long enough to keep them entertained. However with that being said... Don't take new cars or expensive car there cuz you can get pretty hefty paint damage, epically if you have some small paint chips already! Good spot nonetheless for a decent free vacuum after wash.

Wasn't the greatest service. Car wash was good for the most part, except for lack of signage or someone to explain that this is an old school car wash that the vehicle needs to be in neutral at a certain point and at what point you are off the line and can put in drive. There were also visible dirt marks left on the rear of the vehicle.

Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they forgot to put a whole bag of valuable items back into my truck and did not contact me when they found it. This company sold me a monthly pass using debit. When I went to use the wash for a second time, I was told I could not unless I surrendered my credit card number and permission to auto renew. They informed me of this after paying with debit. Upon refusing to give my credit card to a company that is obviously dishonest the did not want to refund my money. After a drive to a second location to argue my case with a manager , I was charged $16 for the wash I received and refunded the remainder. BEWARE BEWARE DISHONEST COMPANY!!

I’ve had my corporate car detailed twice and there will not be a third. First time the detail Job was adequate with the exception of Missing for floor mats.They did eventually replace them, it was just very inconvenient and not necessary. The second time my wife picked up the car, upon sitting her pants were completely soaked from the seat. Upon inspection all four seats were absolutely dripping with water. I called and explain the situation and their response is very much defensive, they offered for me to come back in the next day and I could wait for the seats to dry? They also suggested I keep the windows down for the next few days? It’s been pouring rain. Based on all of this I would not recommend using this facility for anything but their automated car wash.

I visited the Anne St. Klassic Car Wash a couple Saturdays ago at 8:00am. Upon arriving the car wash was already broken down. Unfortunately there was no sign saying that they were experiencing problems nor did any employee communicate what was going on with any of the cars stuck in line. Before I knew it I was trapped in the line with no where to go. It wasn't until 8:35 that I was able to exit the line and make a visit to their office. I spoke to two employees at the front counter and calmly shared my frustration with being trapped in line for 35 minutes. I suggested that it would have been helpful to put out a sign so that additional customers wouldn't add to the line. I also asked if they could give a free car wash as I wasn't planning on returning later in the day. Both employees said there was nothing they could do. Around this time the manager walked out of his office to address the situation. Instead of being apologetic to those that spent 35+ minutes stuck in line he became very aggressive towards me. His position was essentially, if you don't like it don't come here, as he pointed to a sign that was behind the counter. He went on to say that all of his employees were trying to fix the problem so it wasn't possible to put out a sign advising customers of the situation. Ironically he said this as there were 2 employees standing at the counter beside us, neither one of them instructed to put out a sign. He also went on to say that 2 vehicles (including a police car) were stuck in the wash for closer to an hour and that I should be grateful I wasn't in their position. Realizing that I wasn't speaking with a rational person I decided to leave. I returned 3 days later and found the wash to be closed for repairs. I spoke briefly to one of the technicians on site and he said he hoped to have the problem fixed in 20 minutes. As you can imagine I chose not to go inside to ask for a free car wash. Even though there have been a couple times recently when one of the brushes was not working I do have to say that for the money you pay the wash you receive is excellent. All the employees (outside of the manager) seem professional and pleasant to deal with. I would love to take my business somewhere else but will continue going for now as it is still great value for the $. I hope that the manager learns how to deal with customers in a more professional manner but based on all the negative comments directed towards him on this forum I will not hold my breath.

Spent $40 for interior exterior clean up. Took more than 45 minutes. Dashborad gauges were streaky as if they were wiped with a dirty wet cloth. Some mud was left on the inside of the passenger door. Exterior and windows were good. Don't think I would use there full detailing service.

I've been coming to this place for a few months now. They accept any payment method except for visa debit. I pay $20 a month for unlimited. I get my car washed 2-3 times a week. I use my car for work so I need it cleaned outside and inside. Free vacuum. Which I like. It's always busy during the day, especially on weekends. I like to go 15 min before they close or as soon as they open on Saturdays. The guys are nice, they are young, will have attitude. For the most part they're nice. Each car wash you get a dash wipe. That's good for me. The only problem for me would be the drying process. Their air dryer sucks to be honest. It does not dry your car properly. But for the price I'm paying, it's all good.

I went to the car wash on anne street, I usually go to the one on Yonge street but there were a lot of people so i went to the one at anne street. I went inside the car wash and demanded a touchless wash the guy said it is not available at all and he started the carwash. All of a sudden i had grease on my car and I couldn’t see anything from inside the car, they stopped the was and started to hand wash my car with power wash. My car was soaked in grease, i went to the counter to talk to the manager he came after 15 mins after fixing the wash and said their was a grease leak on one of the brushes. He was not even sorry and said i can go to the carwash again, the grease still didn’t went off my car it just started sort if spreading. This is a complete disaster and they messed up my car. I would love to meet the owner the wash and let him know about the management and the way they treat the customers who pay their money and time to come to the wash and get insulted in front of everyone. THE OWNER SHOULD BE AWARE ABOUT THIS SITUATION.

Worst attitude for a car was service. Higher prices for car wash in the north and less service not cleaning interior carpet. In Toronto many car washes clean the carpet no just vacuum, keeping carpet continuously clean. In the north we deal with winter, snow, slush and salt and pay more for interior car wash, getting less. I mentioned my opinion to the duty manager who only argued and disputed talking right over top of me. After the crew starting my interior clean and not wanting to argue any further with manager about only paying for car clean instead of SUV cleaning. I paid his extra $5 and told him to stop the crew working on cleaning my new SUV that I've always had multi interior car wash card for that is now expired. I refused his refund and explained I will not be returning. There are other same service car washes that clean the full interior and cost less overall, and much better attitude. Also not to mention over the years items gone missing from my car being Oakley sunglasses twice and the City of Barrie Parking pass.

I was at the Wilson & Keele car wash location in North York and had purchased the $9 basic car wash service for my Subaru Forester. After a while and now that my car has dried, I'm seeing a lot of really dirty soapy streak marks all around my car, especially on my tailgate surfaces. i've had my car washed at this location before with the same basic service and this was not a problem. I am wondering if they didn't use fresh water today or is there something else going on with the car wash mechanical system. I feel my car needs another car wash to get rid of the dirty soapy streak marks.

First and probably the last time to use this car wash facility . Very poor communication, wasn't told that an SUV was $5 extra, no real explanation of where I was supposed to go or what to do, I had paid for a vacuum and interior clean and they tried to wave me off without doing it? I had to ask them where I was supposed to go for it and they told me to drive outside and get out and as I just stood there they looked at me and said go and wait inside. Not impressed at all. The person at reception should have asked if it was my first time there and when I said yes, she should have fully explained it. Obviously when you go again you would know what to do, not a good experience and unlikely to go back.

I got my SUV washed few days ago and that particular time I got the tire shine as soon as I got up north it started pouring which the weather didn’t call for rain! I came back the next day because I was in the area and explained and the manager gave me a free tire shine! I always get my cars detailed and washed and they always do an excellent job!

Great car wash they have the monthly membership where you get one full wash and dry per day which costs you less than a dollar per wash. Would definitely recommend getting a membership at this car wash.

This place will never receive my business again. They broke a very sentimental ornament off my dash board and vacuumed it up. I notified them immediately and they said they would check the vacuums at the end of the day. They didn’t. When I talked to the manager, he assured me he would check the vacuums the next day (they didn’t check them the day they did the job - aka lied to my face. The manager never responded to me after that. This place is very dishonest and just wants to get you out as fast as possible to get in to the next client. If you care about your property, this is not the retailer for you. Do yourself a favour, there are a lot more professional and honest detail places in Barrie!

My 2008 Mazda needs a perfect cleaning then i searched on internet i found klassic car on top service in barrie then i booked my detail with them when i get it back it looks like a brand new they guys did a great job . i would reccomend to everyone this place. the other services is like icing on the cake . they have monthly memberships whch one is so cheap and worth it to spend money on it becausse you are getting a wash in less than a cup of coffee. MANAGER PREET is very polite and decent. Great service guys.

I bought a monthly package from the automated teller at wash entrance, which prompts you to see the attendant after the wash, presumably for a sticker. After, the attendant (at yonge/big bay point) told me that he could not issue me a monthly pass because I had not made my purchase with a credit card which would have then automatically have enrolled me in monthly auto-renewal. He also was unable to refund my purchase, and made me go to another location where they charged me full price for the wash I had received at the first location, before issuing me a partial refund. Ultimately, they demonstrated a total disregard for my time and money... very very disappointing, considering I still have a pocket full of coins for their self serve washes.

The best car wash. Lots of lights and colours to entertain while getting cleaned. Towel dry by hand afterwards makes all of the difference.

I needed the inside of my car cleaned FAST, I called them explained the problem they fitted me in right away. My car has never been cleaner it looks feels and smells amazing. Arrived for my interior/exterior appointment at 8 am. The appointment had not been logged in. They kept the car promising it would be complete the same day. I was never called for pick up of the vehicle. I called 8 am the following day. They thought it was done. I spoke to Pret the Manager requesting a discount. I arrived to pu the vehicle and was given a free car wash. At no time did anyone accept responsibility for the mix up. Upon inspection of the vehicle the front bumper, head lights and mirrors were still covered in bug guts. The back lift gate was dirty and the mats were soaking wet. They threw the mats on my new seat covers which also ended up wet stained. On the plus side the salt stain was removed. I would not recommend.

We got a family plan for our 2 cars at just $44.99 which is much cheaper than all other car wash in barrie. And the wash is really very nice. They remove all the bugs from the front of my car and windshield????????????
