HORRIBLE.. I heard about this place and thought to try it out. I got works wash and it was total waste of money. I could do better by myself. Mats are not cleaned and seems like it's not even vacuumed. In less then 5 minutes our trucks was out..

Extremely poor service. Very rude and unprofessional. I took out all my personal belongings however there was a macaroon dropped under the seat by someone probably long forgotten however they just took it out and put it on my back seat as if to make a point. What kind of service is that? I will be posting the pic soon. Along with that they didn't wash the mat properly. At the end of the wash someone forgot their car window cleaning spray and I tried to go in to return it and instead of coming to me to get it one of their employees just jestured me to walk towards their cleaning supplies and place it there. How rude.

I’ve been going here for the past three years and the quality of work has started to go down. The service has stated to become hit or miss. Premium Car Wash & Works Car Wash have almost no difference. Every single time I get the premium, they tend to forget something, just this past week they dressed one side of my car leaving the other side, sometimes the rim cleaner isn’t working, other times they forget to dress my tires, other occasions the forget to wipe the windows, on some occasions one of the associates will dry the car with a dirt rag, list goes on.

I read the below reviews and was very hesitant of going there at first but then like any human being I figured oh maybe I should give it a go, how bad can it be, and boy was I wrong! The reviews below are spot on. In an Out Car Wash is beyond horrible! I paid $50 for premium works and what I got in return was a rather cheap, horrendous, incompetent piece of work that is not even worth $10 (if i am being generous!). Go there if you've a very clean car and need a quick wipe down. Do not expect any more than that and definitely don't expect a job worth $50.

Just went in to have my car cleaned today. Chose the 50$ package and when the car came out the carpets were not vacuumed there was dust still in the handles, the seats were still full of sand, so was the trunk. They charge extra to have it "detailed" but for 50$ they couldnt do something that basic?????? Total waste of money. Don't go here. I regret spending 50 bucks that I could've used on an awesome meal. The bird poop wasn't cleaned, there were stains on the windows that weren't touched, there was literally zero vaccumming done, the dust was as is... Absolutely ridiculous. They shouldn't even be in the business of car cleaning. I would really expect a free proper clean because I feel cheated of some really hard earned money. Probably the worst way to spend 50 bucks, totally not worth your money. Extremely unhappy ... Had half a mind to let other people waiting in line know what to expect. A 10 year old and I came out of this stupid experience and cleaned the car better than a bunch of grown men claimed to do for 50 bucks. Save your money never go here.

They did a very bad job. It's is worthless and is a waste of your time and money. I brought in my Toyota Highlander in and nothing was clean. Carpet was dirty, outside had stains, and seat belts had rust on them. I recommend not going to this trash detailing centre. You will be wasting your money and time if you go here. Very bad service.

"Sorry to say the quality of this car was has dropped so much. I just got a car wash interior an exterior, exterior seems just fine but interior seems like it was washed with dirty cloth and dirt was stuck on my car's interior and had hair on the seat." HORRIBLE!!!!! I don't put reviews or things but they made me do this. Earlier I got premium wash and that was total waste of money as that was not at all different from works wash. So today I thought to get works wash and you can see the pictures that's what they gave me. This place was known for their exceptional service but I don't know why they are going so poor these days. 7-8 guys working on one vehicle and this is the result. I don't know what to say feels like I wasted $40 today for nothing. Cmon guys you gotta do something better then this atleast.

Washed my truck for $35 -$40 & when I came out to retrieve it I could tell from a distance it was not clean....many areas not clean, wheels looked horrible...and when I brought it to their attention they spread it through their car wash gang and shot me many dirty looks. And finally grudgingly they washed it again. Yuck...these fools chipped my car door 2 years ago and I let it slide...but d a m n I bet a dog could lick my truck better than these high school dropouts. Don't go here unless you like to have people think YOU'RE the one who can't wash a simple vehicle. Keep your street cred and go somewhere else. This whole place is for people who don't know how to clean anything. And the front desk clerk is a conspirator and an enabler to bad work!

They need to spend more time cleaning the interior of the cars. $35 for a interior exterior package is ok. They did charge extra for a van. However they never cleaned the back seat area or trunk. So what is the up charge for. I pointed this out to the guy and he gave me a dirty look. If you are going to charge the extra do the work. I would not go back. There are other full service car washes around. Update. Went back to this carwash today April 6 2021. Boy what a difference. I don't know if they have been reading their reviews but the place has changed. I work on a construction site. My car was a mess. It went in looking like a dirt bomb went off inside. It came out looking like it should well used. Great job guys. My opinion has changed dramatically. Will go back. Hope the standards stay where they are.

First time here, I purchased the premium car wash which includes interior cleaning. Extremely disappointed. I have a 2 door civic and my back seats didn't even get wiped with a cloth. My back windows didn't get cleaned, parts of my front windows were missed. Not to mention my exterior has swirl marks and looks like it was wiped with a dusty cloth. I would give 0 stars if I could. I don't think I will return. I've spent less money and seen better quality than this. Waste of almost $60!

Took my car here for a full interior/exterior detailing with a hand wax service. My girlfriend spent $300+ on a gift card for this service for me and I was excited to get the work done. I called and made an appointment and asked how long I should expect because I'd be driving from an hour away and would obviously have no car to get around while I was there. I was very clear in which services my gift card was for and was told 2-3 hours. Arrived for my appointment at noon, expecting to be home by 4, and was told that they needed my car until 5:30 (5.5 hours) which was obviously not a part of my plan for the day. Left my car anyway and rearranged my work schedule to accommodate not having a car. Picked up my car at 5PM and did a quick walk around. There was a clear lack of care with my car as the windows and panels had water spots and there were spots of wax left around the emblems on the back of the car. I quickly cleaned these off myself in the parking lot and left. On my drive home I noticed streaky spots all over the car, stains that hadn't been removed on the fold up mirrors and spots of the car that hadn't even been cleaned. For a $300+ package and 5 hours of time with my car, quite frankly I expect much better service than this. Fairly disappointing service overall and was expecting much better than this. While waiting for my cart I also watched a staff member working on another car eating crackers while cleaning the inside of this persons car. He noticed me watching him and stood next to the car until he was done eating his crackers.

Went there yesterday for the first time, they ruined my leather interior, did a horrible job with the cleaning left the back seats and mats of my Suv dirty. Left all cup holders and the interior side of the doors dirty. I still found dirt in all corners of my car. And this is the service I received for purchasing the PREMIUM PACKAGE ($70). Very disappointed would never recommend or go there again! However, I did complain to the supervisor that was there, all she did was roll her eyes and sent a guy with a cloth and spray to touch up, but that did not make up for the poor cleaning job.

Poor interior cleaning. I had the premium wash paid about 67$ because I wanted the inside of my car to be vacuumed and floor mats cleaned, but it was POORLY DONE! I had to begin to point !t the seats , mats , trunk etc, and they seemed to be in a hurry . If you point out a dirty spot ,after one wipe, they ask "is it ok", why ask? Can't you see IT IS NOT CLEAN! When I first got there and saw about 10 men pounce on my car with towels, I thought my car was gonna come out looking brand new . But this was the most USELESS INSIDE HAND WASH I ever visited. Too many men on your car, ZERO work done!

They do a job yes but it’s not amazing. I have to check the car after and get them to wipe the entire front of the car again because it wasn’t clean and dirt on black interior shouldn’t be hard to miss but yet they miss it. I always have to do some more cleaning after them cleaning it. Don’t ever expect 100% by them, but they do do a good start to cleaning.

I had to give them one star since there isnt an option to give a 0. I had gone today to get my jeep washed and had bought the works package. Firstly they charged me a different price then on the board and i ended up paying $40.00 after taxes. When I asked them they said I had a bigger car, taking that into consideration I accepted it and ended up paying $40 for a simple car wash. Now once they washed my car they parked it on the side and went in.. as soon as I opened the door I was disappointed and I told the guy to clean the portion where it was dirty, he replied by saying this is the best they can do and they are busy now and need to work on other cars. How do you clean other cars when you have not even cleaned mine properly. Saying that he left and no one was willing to help. I had to come home and clean the whole inside of my car. That is what I paid $40 for.. for coming home and reclining my car because they were too busy to clean it properly... They should know that if you are busy and cant work on a car properly, you should be taking less cars. They dont care about customer satisfaction and this was the worse experience of my life... I have attache the pictures freshly from the car wash. When i cam home it was one wipe to clean it all down, that means that they did not even clean the inside of my car.. so what did i pay $40.00 for?

I had a great experience getting a car wash, chip repair, and headlight buff. Especially my interactions with Devon and Chris really brought the service level up. Both being exemplary figures for the staff. Respectful, kind, and hard working. Devon truly went beyond what I expected and was sociable and made sure that I left satisfied. Making sure that after the spot missed by the wash staff he cleaned it himself and made sure my trunk got vacuumed. (you have to let them to know to vacuum the trunk because of understandable privacy concerns). While the the wash (I took the middle option) was satisfactory. It seemed the staff missed a spot and overall didn't hit some of the finer details of the dashboard. Though for the service and price offered (especially the speed) I believe that too be a good enough trade. Especially if the car is dirty from a long trip. For the cost it's hard to beat if you don't want to clean it yourself. If your car is dirty and you don't have the time yourself. Go ahead and get the wash. Though for small chip repairs. This place has wonderful staff especially.

the express car interior and exterior system is genius. Great for anyone who needs a quick clean but doesn’t have the time to do it themselves. You obviously won’t get a thorough deep clean as it is done in less than 20 minutes but it’s an amazing service. The exterior wash makes your car super shines and leaves no water marks. If you need a deeper clean then the detail service would be a great fit! The express wash is a great service!

I am disappointed with in and out car wash airport location. My whole family comes here to get their cars washed since I was little and we never had an issue until now. A while ago I got my car cleaned here. When they pulled the car out I asked them to clean spots they missed on the dash board. I don’t know what they sprayed, some detailing spray and it wrecked my interior with photos to show it. I don’t know if the guy knew he messed up but he told me it’ll go away and it didn’t. Ever since I haven’t been back because my lost in trust. This is honestly bull and we bring three cars here, twice a month and i never expected this EVER.

Have been to this place a few times for a car wash and for $30 the job they do is decent, especially if I'm feeling lazy and not interested in detailing my own vehicle. The last couple of visits however, I have paid to upgrade and they do the minimal amount of work required and I often leave with my car looking like it has barely been vacuumed. my last visit was horrific, it appeared as though they did not wipe any of the cleanser/oil off the door panels and dashboard and steering wheel and my jacket and hands became covered in oil. The residue left from whatever they used became sticky and it took a lot of elbow grease to clean it off. If you happen to arrive on a day or time that isn't considered prime time then you will be lucky to wait less than 10 minutes to get your car in. If you go during their busy hours be prepared to idle in your car for at least 20 minutes. This is likely a contributing factor to their haphazard rushed work. Very disappointed and will not be using this company for car detailing again.

I get my oil changes next door and you get a coupon for getting your car detailed so i gave it a shot given i wasnt paying full price. My car wasnt fully cleaned. They had lineups of cars and you could tell they just quickly wiped down the inside.. My steeling wheel wasnt even touched and other parts of the interior. "Detailed cleaning" id expect my car to be spotless but nope, i went home and finished the job myself that evening... I was in a rush to go so soon as my car was ready i jumped in and took off or had i seen the half ass job they did i woulda said something. I felt sorry for people who paid Full price for this !

I’ve been here twice- by word I thought I would check it out. I went for a seat shampoo which turned out amazing, and a car wash- only 2 car washes were advertised, so I asked the woman inside if there were cheaper - she said no. Later on my friend told me that was false. During the wipe down, part of my back windshield wiper fell off and no one notified me. This is the reason for 3 stars.

Everytime i go the cleaning job gets worse. Took my dads car today and still found dirt on the door panels, mats, and on dash board and vents. Its like they were in a hurry very upset i paid over 30$ for the works and the funny think is im wondering why they popped the trunk? The works consist of no cleaning my trunk. I stepped outside came back to see the trunk opened which has never happened to my vehicle. Will not be coming back here.

This place is equivalent to a fast food joint - gets the job done, but don't expect miracles. I recommend touching up your car yourself, as this place will make mistakes; especially if it's busy. Keep in mind, a professional car detailer will charger much much more than their standard ~30$ Be sure to inspect your vehicle after for anything missed.

Might I suggest hiring a neighborhood kid to wash your car. Their work will exceed that of this place, and the child will appreciate the revenue. What a waste of 32 bucks! Rating is lowered to 1 star from 3. Unfortunately the app won't go lower. Thought I would give them another chance to impress. Never again. Good if opted for just exterior wash & dry. The premium wash package is not worth it. The dirt is still on carpet and seats, the vacuum wasn't even done well! The premium package includes trunk clean & vacuum but they completely forgot to do it, didn't even open the trunk! I had to remind them to do it. Even after that it wasn't done well. Auto spa Mississauga was better in my experience.

I don’t want to bad mouth this place. All the people were amazing, friendly. I took $59 Premium Wash. They did everything they said with in 5-10 mins. But my windscreen still had spots. Front bumper was full of dirt stains. Side Mirrors from the edges still had stains. My plates had really bad stains still on them. Like thats the most visible part. Even the silver handles had water marks. No body wiped them. Similarly all interior was shining but every time I put my seatbelt on. No body cleaned that part. I had to ask the guys to do much cleaning but still there was so much left. I felt bad asking them again and again. I will try them again in a month. And I will keep my rating ls up to date.

Went to In n Out for their premium wash and I’m blown away with the experience. It only took about 15 minutes and my car was completely spotless inside and out. I’ve had my car for over a year and it looks and smells like I just drove it off the lot for this first time again. If you want a superior clean for a great price, definitely do the premium wash!!

I got the 49.99 package since it was a minivan they add 10$ extra, at entry I asked the guy what should I do with child Seat and stuff in back, he said don't worry they have to take care of it and clean, once the car was washed I didn't see them taking out child seat and doing an cleaning, and the back was as is once they were ready to give me my car back and just asking for receipt, I asked give me the receipt, when I said car is not cleaned from inside they had excuse for not doing it. After I said I need it to be cleaned a guy comes with cloth and spray and cleans did 2 min and says done. Being upset parked my car and went inside to speak to cashier asking for manager she asked me to find the manager myself. Asked for feedback register and she says sorry they don't carry, looked for manager and no one came and just asked me to get the car back to the exit, took the car at exit and showed couple of untouched spots and the guy just finished it as formality, manager was to busy to attain a customer. They lost this customer for lifetime for sure. Even my previous detailed cleaning was not good but still went again thinking this time it will be improved, but not really.

I've come here several times to get my car cleaned and they typically give good service. My only complaint is sometimes they don't completely clean your car i.e. sometimes they leave garbage in the doors and don't remove it while cleaning.

Good from far, far from good. I paid for the top package which claims to vacuum the trunk, they didnt even open the trunk. My winter floor mats were not cleaned properly or possibly at all. The windows were mostly cleaned but not around the corners of the glass or edges so it looks horrible from the inside when the sun hits the right angle.

$30 to get my car moderately clean. The major dirt was taken care of, but there was very little attention to detail - several obvious missed spots on the body. Also probably one of the worst window jobs I've seen - smudged quite a lot, particularly on the rear window.

I don't usually write bad reviews unless what happened was totally unacceptable. I had an awful experience here. I was kicked out of the self serve carwash and wasn't even finished with my car. The gentlemen who kicked me out asked me to leave because a customer had been waiting 10 min behind me, only 10 min! I believe he was the manager and said this exact words to me "we need to keep making money". I guess their sole focus is making money and not customer experience / loyalty. Don't recommend it at all, will try to find a more customer friendly self serve carwash. Edit: As opposed to what the reply mentions, there was just 1 car behind me and they had been waiting for 10 min tops. As soon as I left I went to check on the other side and there were more bays open. I didnt drive inside another one and just left because I didn't want to be thrown out again but it wasn't as busy as the reply claims, either way my car's clear coat got ruined due to water and soap spots. No customer focus at all plain and simple, just interest in money. Avoid this place, they don't care about you or your car.

Not a great work. First time here and probably the last time. I had taken the Premium package for $60. The final dressing of the interior was not done well with portions left out. Vaccum near the cup holders and gear lever was not done well. Even on the outside portions below the wiper were still dirty. We had to tell them a second time when it was cleaned.

Was so disappointed with the service. Only thing that they delivered on was speed. The rags they used to wipe down our white leather seats were dirty and left all kinds of mess on the seats. Our car was dirty in several places that got no attention during the interior or exterior detail. I really hope this was a fluke, I would be open to an accomodation bc the location is convenient.

They broke my mirror dashcam while cleaning the front as I was watching and they blatantly denied on my face. Called their “mechanic” to look at it! Their mechanic said it must have been broken from before. Which isn’t possible since I have the recording of my car going into their bay 20 min prior. Not professional at all. Do not trust this place. Highly disappointed.

I have gotten the premium car wash service for my SUV multiple times each time hoping the last was a fluke casue everytime I get it it's extremely poor service wwhere they literally ignore parts of the car where there's dirt. There is no difference between the number 2 and number 1 except the amount you pay for it. I have been going to these guys for quite sometime but enought is enough, I am no longer going to go to this car wash ever again.. especially if I have to clean my car after I get it cleaned from the.m it defeats the purpose of me spending money. I'm not a clean freak or anything and my car wasn't even dirty and they did did a very poor job. Never again, this is embarassing especially for customers that pay extra for more service and they don't get it. This has recurred three times.

This is the best place to go if you love your car! I've been taking my car here for years and have never been disappointed. I actually refuse to take my car to any other location and even though I live on the other side of the city I continue to come to this location. Rob the owner really cares about his business, the service they provide and the Brampton community as a whole. Recently, my daughter reached out to inquire about a possible sponsorship. I have been using there services from past 7 years but from last few times, when they are busy my car has been left the way it was given . This time I brought it to owner’s attention and he tried rectifying it but as soon as he left , the guy left as well. It was a waste of time in staying there and getting it corrected again. Worst cleaning..... It was my first time at this car wash. But I am really disappointed. As am going through the reviews, its nothing different with me as it happened with others. its like they just washed the mats and put it back. Back seat was hardly toched for vaccum. I have been going to this place for many years, usually always a pleasant experience. But things have been going downhill for a while now. What I experienced yesterday truly left me breathless! Rude man returns washed car to me at outside pick up location , I hand him receipt, he does not acknowledge me, just walks away without saying anything or handing me back portion of my receipt. As I step into my car I am overwhelmed by this pungent body odour that for a moment left me breathless. OMG! ...need to deodorize my car, quick!!! As I drive off in my now stench filled car, I noticed that the passenger door is not fully closed, very annoying! Later that day I noticed they also never closed the gas filler door, also annoying! The main reason I brought my car in was to have the windshield cleaned, as it was covered in dead bugs. The windshield is still covered with dead bugs, except now the bugs have been smeared all over the glass. Don't waste your money at this location anymore, you will leave feeling dirty and ripped off! Your local corner gas station can do a mediocre job just the same, for one third the price. I payed $35 for this, never again! What a disappointing experience!

I’ve always had a very positive experience here . My family always use to go to the older location for years and never had any issues but now come here as it is closer and a larger facility . There has been a few times that I feel like it may have been a bit rushed and could have taken a bit more time but that’s rare. I typically buy “the works” package and 9 X out of 10 I’m always happy and I feel $30 isn’t too bad of a price to pay when someone is vacuuming /wiping the inside and washing your car . I come every few month just so my car stays clean. This place does get super busy on nice days and if your looking for a little extra TLC on the interior I suggest taking it on a rainy day as there is nobody there and lots of employees to work on your car. Now let me be honest some of these reviews seem like people were expecting some huge detailing ... if your car is really dirty on the inside of course they are not going to detail the grime out of your cup holder or throughly get sand out from under your seats . That’s a detail appointment needed. Highly recommend them !

Did the premium wash. Thinking they are doing a good job as they used to do. But everything was very disorganized. My vehicle came out with lot of dirt "in N out" of the car. They misplaced my keys had to roam around inside their facility to ask if anyone knew where it was and finally had to find it myself. And in the very end stay with another person and make him clean each and evry missed spot. That was the premium wash experience. I hope they will reorganize themselves and keep up the standards they maintained earlier! So that people can come back.

Awesome car wash. My Dad uses the full service wash all the time and is happy. I tried the self wash bay for the first time. Very clean and lots of great options for settings. The tap feature didn't work for me to pay, but the guy inside was very helpful and friendly. This is the only place I will take my car for a wash in Brampton.

I bring my vehicles here often enough to know, that you’re gonna end up finding spots where they missed. They employ a lot of people and it’s easy to see that some might not be as thorough as others. I don’t care about the exterior washing quality as much as I do about the interior. That being said, I have always had to check the carpets and seats after to make sure they got everything. My most recent visit wasn’t their best moment, for sure. I emptied my entire van, including the mats in the back so they could see all the spots that needed attention. I have a Sto-n-Go caravan so the seat backs go flat. The a lot of the tighter areas, were missed entirely and I had to point out a bunch of stuff to redo. The one great thing about this location, is the service of you have an issue. VERY quick to resolve. I have always left satisfied after they’ve touched up the missing areas. AND... It sure would be nice to just drive “In and Out” without the extra time to fix for once. I will continue to return, because it’s still easier for me to let someone else do it and I will be sure to update this review should the day come when they get it right the first time! All around, the staff is VERY friendly and helpful. And I can say without a doubt the workers(that I have had working on my vehicle) are honest! *Had an open envelope under my floor mat with $1000.00 in it(Totally visible after he took out the mat) and he didn’t even consider taking it(watching through the window the whole time) Thank you for that In and Out! Good people.

Location: Airport road and Williams parkway. 2 ways to enter: one is from airport road & other is from Williams parkway. Easy way to get in is the alley right before the gas station ( if travelling towards west on Williams parkway). Or else Amenities: Coffee, Tea and hot chocolate on the house. Service provided: Almost major cleaning services for automotive, window tinting, self clean coin operated wash, oil change, rust protection and many( pls see pictures attached for service provided), and some car accessories. I bought the works car wash: costing me around $30 + tax. Exterior was okay, but on the interior side it was not worth it. They didn’t clean seats & corner of seats as expected (pictures attached). When i mentioned them, the reply was:we have vacuumed the area. & then one guy comes over and cleans them again but still there are sections which were left over ( near the arm rest, on the seat corners and push back levers). Overall it wasn’t a bad experience i would say, but people paying 2 hours of pay ($30 if working on minimum wage), obviously would expect a better job then what was provided.

This place is awesome! Costs me roughly 9 to 12 dollars to wash my jeep. Cash and electronic payments--4 stars because the change machine is finicky. Plenty of suds and lots of pressure for rinse. Has brush and drying tools. Have used it twice with no damage to paint.

Purchased "The Works" yesterday to get my car washed/ cleaned inside out, and I am pleased! The attendants took their time to ensure there were no spots or streaks left behind— also super happy that there was no "dirty washcloth" scent lingering once the job was complete. The cashiers inside were polite as well. I have heard that this location is usually quite busy, however taking the size of the location into consideration and the amount of attendants working, you don't end up waiting that long. We were 3rd in line and were taken care of within a maximum of 5 minutes (which gave us a chance to quickly toss out any trash and organize whatever we needed to). Paid $200 for the whole wax and clean package with glass treatment. Exterior looked great but the interior was sticky and wet everywhere. Shiny in some spots and not in others. My hands were so slippery as I was driving home from touching the interior. For $200 I am disappointed in the quality of work. Had to spend 30 min wiping the interior down when I got home. The glass treatment just left my windows greasy and hard to see through. I feel slightly ripped off. I would of paid for just the wax happily is a good job but the rest is done poorly and seemed slightly rushed. They had my car for about 4 and a half hours...

This place is complete trash. They only got the one star because I couldn’t put no star. I went to get my car washed inside and out and when they claimed to be finished cleaning my car I did a look over and nothing in the interior was cleaned. They washed my mats and placed them back into my car that was not vacuumed. No attemp was even made to clean the interior of my car! I would not recommend this place to ANYONE! I've recently purchased a used Pontiac and took it to In&Out for a full shampoo wash. The customer service was so good and he helped me to select the right wash combo for $179. This was so experience compared to other Brampton outlets, but I chose that thinking that the expsive can fetch the best result. It was around 5.30 pm and they took almost till 7 to clean up. The customer service person gave us an extended time to dry which was good. It was dark by 7 pm and I could not inspect the vehicle much. Later the next day I found that the interior is not clean up to my expectations. There is still dirt inside beside the seats and the upper area. Today I found that they didn't even open the trunk and the mats inside the trunk still dirty. Expensive stuff will not bring the best result. I will not recommend this place to anyone. If you don't have a choice, take your car only during daylight and inspect each and every corner before you drive it back. Inspect the trunk too and also slide your seats to check for dirt. $179 is more than what I earn a day. What more. Spent on these detailing shops sensibly.

In N Out is correct. Attention to detail and customer service is questionable. Been going to the Brampton locations since 1997 and they still treat me as a number, and I have three vehicles. I would think that's enough money to expect a more personal experience. If you want a better experience, go to the Kennedy location. Its smaller and older but at least you get a smile. Airport road facility has good machines but don't take a vehicle that you don't want web marks in the clear coat. Also, make some time after your In N Out so you can wipe down your vehicle;)

I think I should have taken reviews seriously but I decided to go with my past experience. Last year I had gone to this place to get my Sedan cleaned, I took Option #2. So this year I again went back with my SUV and took Option #2. Boy, what a horrible service I got. They just focus on getting cars out. From the sides i could clearly guy not vacuuming my trunk, he just touched it and took it away within 2 seconds. It was as if he was following a check list for the sake of it. When I got my car I could see dirt and even some paper on my mats and floor, clearly they hadn't paid any attention to vacuuming mats and floor. Also cup holders and doors were not clean, it clearly had stains which were there when I had taken my car for service. I literally had to stand with a guy and ask him to clean my car thoroughly. So in total they took 10-15 minutes to clean my car and i spent equivalent amount of time to do real cleaning in their parking lot. Horrible service, definitely I am not going back. In fact there should be a way of getting our money refunded if we are not satisfied with their work. Its high time that they improve their work standards.

Awful experience. My vehicle (Honda Odyssey) was not properly cleaned and when I complained to the check out guy he made us parked in front parking. A Long bearded orange turbaned guy came after 10 min and told me to bring a cloth from inside to which I gave a befitting reply, that was so un-professional. Also, I paid extra for mat shampoo. They did that later after I noticed that there were no mats in my vehicle. Will avoid this place in future for sure.

Well after 5 months I thought I'd give it another try and I am still extremely disappointed. I paid for the Premium Works and it looks like my car was not even vacuumed!!! This was my last visit here! How can you charge almost $70.00 and yet my car doesn't even look like it's been cleaned! So annoyed and frustrated!!! I've been bringing my SUV here for years to be cleaned. Took my new SUV here yesterday fir a cleaning and of course paid the surcharge for an SUV and when they brought my car out it wasn't even cleaned! I paid for the works and had a coupon for a free tire and dash dressing and when I looked at my car there was sticky marks on the outside of my car. The interior still was not clean and it doesn't even look like they vacuumed the inside of my car! I was out there with their clothes cleaning the inside of my car. Why am I now re cleaning the inside of my car after I just paid them to clean it!?!?

In the past I had have to point out all the wet areas before leaving or the very clearly dirty areas. I have paid for tires drawing and had to remind them to dress the tire. I took my ford truck there, paid $169.00 plus tax for the shampoo package. I was so dissapointed!!!! They didn't even vacume the truck properly, there was visible dirt all over the carpet.....The shampoo job was a 2 out of 10 at best !!!!!. I complained to the guy at the desk. He pulled my truck back in. Him and another guy sprayed glass cleaner on my seats and wiped them down with rags???. I was so frustrated I left. The guy gave me the glass cleaner to take home. I went to Canadian tire, bought upholstery cleaner for $12.99 and got everything cleaned PERFECT in about 20 minutes BY HAND!! I am so upset because now I know, even with all the proper equipment they didn't put enough effort to earn my $190.00 I would recommend this place to NO ONE for an interior shampoo.

I had previously rated in n out car wash a two star rating, but after some communication with the management via email, and sending some pictures with some issues, we were able to work some things out. If your car needs a cleaning, you might be better off having them do a detail on your vehicle. I personally have not had this service done from them so I can't really say how good it is, but I did have a friend who I referred have a detailing done a couple of years ago and he was ok with it. I think that if your vehicle is relatively clean, you will be happy with the results of the works or the premium car wash. Keep in mind that they are there to make money, so as the name says, they want to get you in N out, you are going to get a fair service for the money spent. Also, if you're picky or want a perfect job, I don't think you are going to get that from any drive in carwash, in which case, lower your expectations or do it yourself! I have been going to this carwash for years, and I have referred many people there, so it can't be that bad. Also the manager at the airport and bovaird location, Rob, is friendly and will try to accommodate you the best he can.

I've been coming to this location for many years and have never been disappointed. Our vehicles are always very clean inside and out. Everyone is always very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Recently, I had to bring my vehicle in for a specific cleaning. We had food spill in our trunk and the odor was very strong. From the initial call to the actual cleaning, the process was great. A gentleman by the name of Nirmal did a thorough cleaning and advised if the ordor was still in the vehicle to bring it back. I did have to go for a second cleaning and again it was cleaned very thoroughly. The odor is gone. Nirmal was great to deal with. It is very apparent that he takes pride in his work. He was extremely thorough and asked me several times to come to check the outcome. In N Out will continue to be our go to for car cleaning.

This is quite possibly the worst most unprofessional disgusting experience I have ever had with a business. I handed over my car with no damage to my windshield and it was returned to me with a large thick crack more than half way across my windshield. Not only did not ONE person of the 16 people working in that place say anything to me about the damage but when I inquired they pretended it didn't happen. The owner is the rudest most dismissive person I have ever dealt with. He refused to take responsibility for the crack stating that I am the irresponsible one for not bothering to have my windshield checked for stone chips even though one was not present when my car went in. He was rude, accusatory and refused to take fault for damage that happened in HIS business. I called my insurance and they stated to get his insurance information which he refused to give me. FACT: TAKE BEFORE PICTURES when entering this business. I have learned through a lawyer that this is the surest way to get payment out of them for damage caused by their machines and workers, if only I had known a business and a person could have such poor customer service and accountability for their mistakes. Unfortunately at this time all I can do without proof is file with the BBB and hopefully hold them accountable for future damage to vehicles, and as I have learned this is not the first time this business has damaged people's vehicles without acknowledgement. PLEASE SAVE your time and money and go elsewhere with better service and customer satisfaction with individuals who take pride in their business and doing a stand up job without damaging your personal property. Trust me it is not worth a $30 clean to have a damaged vehicle that I now have to pay $500 to fix.

The guys that worked on my car rushed through the cleaning and when I checked my car before leaving, I found 3 of the rubber covers that go into the interior door handle on the front passenger side and backseats missing. This may have been due to the suction from the vacuum, however the car should've been throughly checked prior to telling me it was ready. While the speed of service is important, the care, quality of work and attention to detail should not be overlooked.

Once again, I feel I have been cheated by this In and Out Car Wash on Airport Rd. I paid for a premium cleaning service that was sub standard. I had 10 people cleaning my car, yet they missed the inside windshield and console and cleaning my rims. It was a very slow day at the business, so being busy was not the reason for the poor quality of service. Disappointed

The receptionist was so kind and very friendly, as soon as I walked in I got such a comfortable, easy going atmosphere and I loved it. The people cleaning my car were so detailed. The people who work here are so kind that it makes me not need to worry when they have my car. The layout space is amazing, such an amazing seating area and the employees actually converse with you and don't ignore you. My car turned out absolutely amazing that it looks brand new. I honestly love this place and will bring my car here for now on. This place is the best place to bring your car here and I highly recommend it!

This worst experience I’ve ever had at a car wash. I paid for the premium wash. Not only was my car still dirty after the detailing, but their automatic car washer scratched up my car. I don’t know may be top quality in their dictionary is something different than outside world. 1. My car wasn’t washed properly from outside i was able to see the satins from distance . 2. They didn’t clean, wash and vacuum my all seat. 3. They didn’t clean all matts properly. They didn’t bother to clean the carpet. 4. The trunk wasn’t vacuumed properly. They just pretend to do it for their checklist. All they did was just making my car shiny at dashboard. Their is huge difference between make it shiny only at dashboard and cleaning car from inside. Detailing was included but they didn’t. Completely disappointed. I went there bcoz one of my friend told but i ll not recommend anyone. They use to be great. I am not sure if management change but I recently went into to get works and my seats shampoo . The seats were done great but every thing else was a basically a nothing . My mats are still dirty ,the doors dirty I was so confused I had to google what the works was and trust me and in my previous with my 2 previous vehicle ,they were always so well done . I basically ended up sitting in the car cleaning out the areas and I am going to take the car to the $2 car wash and do it myself. They weren't even busy as in my previous times so I can see it being exscuable. Again not sure what happened but they use to be awesome but whatever has changed needs to go back because its now really bad .

This place is a joke. There were 8 guys standing around my car but only 2 did any cleaning. The person vacuum'd my car for maybe 10-15 seconds, there's so much dust/debris left in the back seat, cup holders etc. They didn't even bother opening the trunk and cleaning that. My car was "cleaned" and pushed through in less than 5 minutes. $35 for basically an exterior wash and light vacuuming. Extremely poor service. Won't be coming back.

Got there asked for premium i go inside they tell me charging me for the works package because they have no time. They could of told me from begining instead of wasting my time. They did horrible job cleaning! still spots dirt on the car, windows were still dirty and crumbs un corners. Destroyed interior their cleaning product. Rushing doesnt help as well needs better communication dont tell someone you charging for something else last minute if they didnt ask for that. False advertisement as well was not open for that many years! there is no way and would have done way better job. I suggest you don't bring any new cars you will destroy your car!

I take my vehicles to this location for 'The Works' package. After the car goes through a relatively standard automatic car wash, it's put in 1 of 2 lanes where it will get hand dried and the interior is cleaned - usually around 6 guys can be working on your car at once. The car is dried, dash is cleaned, interior is vacuumed, mats are removed and cleaned. You pay inside, can purchase some miscellaneous items for your vehicle while watching the whole process being done or simply enjoy a free coffee. My experience is generally positive, though I suggest going during non-peak times as when it gets too busy, they seem to rush cleaning out your car and miss spots.

I had a car wash today. I am not satisfied with their service especially the supervisors. I paid for the premium wash. After they finish the wash I check the car and they missed many dirts inside the car it means they do the vacuum faster and not with properly. I guess the staffs are good with cleaning but their supervisors are pushing them to do faster to get more car wash jobs pending to do. Overall they are in hurry and not a complete clean. So I ask them to vacuum again clean the seats again, so it’s a not a responsible way that do with their clients.

Purchased premium car wash today.. We are 4 out of 5 happy. Only 1 thing missed was around the gearshift... however car was in drive and easily missed. A tech came out to fix that.. we have 2 dogs with white fur on black carpeting. Almost perfect on that one as well.. these guys are constantly in motion. Worth the $$$$ and yes we will return.

Paid for the premium works didn't get what I paid for,door sills weren't cleaned trunk wasn't even opened still dirt on some panels and the door pillers. Would never go back here again. Talked to the manager he told me everything was done as required so I pointed out the shortcomings he just shrugged it off and drove the car to a vacuum station and had someone clean the trunk. Overall not a good experience crappy work,no customer service the manager did nothing.

They didn’t clean my car, even the mats where left on my back seat all they did was talk and laugh with each-other instead of paying attention to the detail. They won't vacuum the trunk either When I asked, they told me all this is $5 extra charge but they don't tell you in the beginning. That's the car wash business for you. Great place to wash your car. I go often and each time I leave I'm extremely satisfied with the job they have done. If you tell them exactly what you want done they are sure to have it done. Great price for a car detailing. Best of all it is quick. You can watch your car get detailed as opposed to leaving it at a location and coming back after to pick it up. The place is beautiful as well. I love the fish tanks. It gives it a tropical feel. The staff is very friendly as well. I highly recommend this place!

In & Out Carwash Airport Road, Brampton is my go to place.... I have my entire office from Toronto going to In & Out. I have tried other places, which shall remain nameless (Cawthra & Queensway; Jane & Gordon Mckay, Keele & WIlson), but I always come back to In & Out... I know what I'm getting at the end of my wash or detailing. There have been times where, due to them being extremely busy, they might have forgot to perform a task or it wasn't done up to speck however I just point it out to them and its dealt with plus usually an apology. Then there are times where a customer pays for an In and Out wash and expects a $250+ detail then blames the business for poor workmanship which isn't fair.

Not many 5 passe get vans out there, very misleading. They should have 3 prices (S/M/L) and make sure they match the store. Price ended up $30 more than I expected.

Mixed reviews but I decided to give this place a try since it’s close to home. I paid for the package that came out to $31 after taxes. It was busy so maybe they felt rushed. When I went to get into my car, my dash cam was dangling down from the windshield with the wire pulled out. I have the type of dash cam that mounts to the windshield directly. I have the wires run underneath the plastic moldings to keep it discreet so I was not happy to see that. I have a “push to start” car. I had left it for them right in the middle console in the beginning. I had no idea where my key fob was. I found it lodged into the back of the passenger seat. My touch screen has residue left from the sprays/products they used to clean the interior/ dashboard. Vacuum job was okay but noticed there wasn’t an effort made for the tight crevices (ex. in between the seat and the center). On the outside, the rims were still a bit dirty on the inner parts. Overall it was okay. Not sure if I would do it again.

I got $100 cleaning fees from Uber. The cashier gave me one premium car wash card and on the receipt stating as open shampoo worth $100 and the cashier told me that I can use the rest of amount which is $50 to pay for the wash . If you want excuses and scratches.. go here. Car flat out not fully clean. And my window is very scratched up after a guy used the same rag from the body of the car to my window. Every corner still has crumbs and dirt. Complained. Gave manager a call and he had many reasons why ie. This is NOT full detailing, its express detailing. Well for $39 i thought id be getting a fully cleaned car. Still have a spider web in 1 corner so i guess they did not clean everywhere. No communication between front greeter and car cleaners. Mats were very wet after and trunk was wet as well. Just disappointed as I thought for the price I would treat my car to a good cleaning. They closed a door on my seat belt and said its not their fault it was loose. I found the back door not all the way closed and the metal part jammed into between the door and the car. I had huge anxieties when they threw out all my papers and reciepts from the car. I asked at the front if anything in the way of cleaning could go in a big yellow bag i brought with me. They just chucked all my stuff on the ground. I understand not to leave valuables and it wasnt anything of high value but thats why i asked at the beginning if the bag would be ok. Just got detailing done after a long winter. My car looks and smells really clean. I find its best to get detaling done every year so inside stays clean. I love this place and been going there for over 10 years. I go for car wash once a week and they do a great job. Can not find a better place as I am picky. This is the best car wash I've ever been to! I used to go to the gas station car washes (eg. Esso) and they just didn't do a good job. In and Out not only leaves the inside and outside of my car looking like new, the owner is amazing. He continues to surpass the highest of customer service expectation. He always puts the customer first and tends to any concerns or questions I have had with so much attention and care. The pricing is cheap given how much value you get. The free coffee and comfortable waiting area tops it off. Don't waste you money anywhere else!!!

The actual cleaning of the inside and outside of the car was not bad. I wouldn't call it a 5 star job but it was adequate. The issue I had was with the service and timing. I called ahead to make an appointment and dropped my car off at 10AM. The admin told me the job takes about 3 hours so we agreed the car would be ready by 1:30 (3 and half hours). I didn't get a call by 2:30 so I called them and was told "they are just finishing it up, 20 more minutes, I will call you when ready". I then called them again when I hadn't heard by 3:30, an hour later. I was told "yeah it's done, I was just about to call you". I arrived to the place at 4:00 PM (6 hours after I dropped the car off) and the technician was still clearly working on my car, frantically trying to dry it by blasting the heat with the windows down. I went in to pay and found that they were trying to charge me the SUV price for a small cross vehicle. They promptly reversed this "pricing error" when it became evident to them that I noticed. When I finally got my car back it was not dry at all. The floor mats were soaked and could not be put back into place, I had to drive home on a plastic sheet because the seats were still soaked. They obviously bumped my car out of my appointment time to put one of their "friend's" cars in ahead of me. I suspect this because I saw the person come in without an appointment when I was dropping my car off in the morning and then I confirmed with the technician that this persons's car had already been picked up and completed at least an hour before I picked up my car. I don't recommend using this business unless you have some connection to the people who work there, their community, or own it.

Thorough full & self serve cash wash with a layout that allows you to see your car every step of the way. The lounge is pretty cool with a decorative and comfortable sitting area and coffee machine. Prices for the wash and items in the lounge are on the high side in my opinion. However they often have a lineup of vehicles for the full service wash so people must see the value. On a busy day expect to wait 20 - 25+ minutes in line for the full service wash.

Heard about this place from a coworker. Drove 30mins from mississauga to check it out. Seemed like a great deal for $29 - Car wash/vacuum/wipe down interior. The car wash was decent. They even hand dried it, although it was a sloppy dry job with lots of missed spots. No sweat.. could be worse. The interior was a whole other story. It seemed the crew just didn't care about the quality of job they were doing. They failed to vacuum under the mats entirely and a haphazard job was done on the seats. Lots of missed spots! I mentioned the vacuum job to the manager and he motioned to his attendant to bring it back in for a second round. It seemed like they were going to make good on the poor job, but even the second round was mediocre at best. The attendant seemed irritated that I was asking for a "good" vacuum job, and said if I wanted a good job I should buy a detail package! Why would i spend $150 on a detail when these guys cant deliver on a basic cleaning?! It wasn't worth it to escalate it any further over $30. I just won't be back and won't recommend.

Friendly welcoming staff. Clean environment. Comfortable viewing area with an awesome fish and turtle rank and a retail section that literally has items for everyone . Not just the automobile. . My car came out smiling after receiving an super clean wash and dry. Would definitely return ????

I love how clean my car is when I come out of here. They even dry my car by hand with scratch free microfiber cloths leaving it clean, dry and shiny. Amazed at how well they can clean the interior leaving a fresh new feel and nice smell.

Went to get our van cleaned inside and out. Had the car certified just yesterday, all inspections done but now just needed a cleaning. But now the sliding door won’t close. It was fine when We brought the car, no problems and while on the lot the door won’t close. Our kids go in this car and so we make sure everything is in working condition. Complained back and forth with management while still on the lot. Note they didn’t clean the holders or side pockets. Had to get that cleaned again. Manager was not willing to accept any blame. Kept pointing out other scratches trying to avoid the point of the issue. In fact blamed us. There was an Allen key in the track. Why would we put an Allen key in the track? Are you kidding me? Manager said he was mad at us for thinking he would do a dis-service. Management protects their own. This is completely on them. Disgusted with the management. I’m so done with this place. You always have to check their work. Always. It’s never 100 percent cleaned. Although it’s pricey, I rather get it done by the dealer. Regret going here completely. ***REPLY to COMMENT from BUSINESS*** AGAIN with the finger pointing. Our car was not in a collision. We have had this car since 2015. We arrived with the door working and aligned. Yes there was an issue with the handle, but that was due to winter wear. IT WAS NOT IN A COLLISION. If there was an issue with the door, if there was an allen key in the track, if there was an issue with the door at all, your people should have said hey we cannot work on your car, due to your door not functioning/opening. That is what a proper fully professional place would do. For a business to be around since 1961 and for 20+ years, you have obviously not done as well recently considering you have over 1140 reviews and still have a 3.8 out of 5 star rating on Google. Take a look at all the comments. We should have known better. Remember Sir, for every finger you point, three more are pointing back at you. I am not a liar sir. So please do not even try to throw this back on me. We also asked your manager to review the video footage.We told you we also got our safety done THE DAY BEFORE and your MANAGER said oh well you can pay anyone to do that. People cheat the system. We are not those people, we do not cheat anyone, ESPECIALLY when my children are in the car. We had to shell out the money to get the door fixed. Funny how your "manager" knows about cheaters though....takes one to know one I suppose. If we could give you a negative review we would, but this reply can take care of that. Think twice before blaming other people. Take ownership. ****UPDATE- AUG 28TH**** We did ask, and your manager said that they were upset that we would suggest such a thing. And NOW you want to let us see the video footage? LoL fact remains, if your people could not open the door, if your people could not close the door, they should have said something. But they didnt. Review stands. Trust in this business is gone.

This place really needs to be held accountable. If you care about the overall quality of the service you get and the condition of your car after you get it back, I would think twice before going here. I've been going for years but this was such a bad experience. I went in asking for "the works", which includes a car wash from the outside, towel dry finish, vacuuming the interior, cleaning the floors, mats and wiping down the dashboard, middle console and seats. What I received was a clean car from the outside but the job on the inside was below average at best (my wording is pretty generous). There were dirt fragments in visible areas on the floor and in the cup holders. Anyone who sat in the car to clean couldn't have missed it unless if they really weren't engaged/didn't care about their work. I had to ask that the car be cleaned three times in order for it the issue to be resolved. On the third attempt, I realized that the person working on my car scratched my driver's side leather seats in multiple places while cleaning the mistakes from before. He was vacuuming at such a rapid pace as if he desperately needed to finish. I called over the supervisor on duty to show him the damage. He tried convincing me that my seats were scratched from before and that this couldn't have happened during my visit at the car wash. The rationale was a clear attempt to cover up any potential liability or fault. I don't blame them for trying but I'm not a fool. I know my car better than someone who simply worked on it for 5 mins.

DO NOT GO THERE. I have paid $49.95 for a so called premium wash but when I received a car it had visible stain marks all over the body. The carpet was dirty, I could have done better vacuuming at home. Some of the door panels were full of dirt as they were untouched. When I complained to the supervisor, he asked one of the guy to clean the spots I have pointed out. They still didn't clean the floor carpet. I am not going there ever again.

I thought I was getting an interior cleaning with my wash but I got a nice smelling car instead. Still dirty and only vacuumed and windows were done to my liking. When I mentioned it to the staff they just flipped me off and were very rude.

My 1st time at this place, quick turn around but not clean interior on my cars still needs more vacuuming sides are still messy. Exteriors looks good but side doors still need more cleaning. I don't recommend this place for car cars wash.

Very dissatisfied with the quality of the cleaning of my car received today. I paid for the “Premium Works” and was less than impressed with the service provided. There were still crumbs/dust in the trunk cup holders and side panels, dust still on parts of the dash and it was almost as if they didn’t done vacuum properly. They didn’t try to clean the rims. Very poor service.

I wouldn't go back there. I newly bought the Car and so, I took it for a proper wash. I paid $57 for Premium wash but it wasnt worth it. I found peanuts that the previous owner ate underneath the Car seat. Dirt in between the Consoles and even the floormats were tackily cleaned. The honest truth is that it was a total waste of my money and time.

Multiple strikes. I am finally putting up a review / recommendations for management. Based on the cost I expect the car is properly cleaned. 1. Change your yellow cloths so they do not leave fibers on the dash. 2. Have a quality control / final check person that actually does his/her job. 3. Vacuum the seats and corners properly. 4. When placing matts back ensure they are clipped in. 5. Don't leave your rags / cloths in the car. I've had some or all of these issues multiple times and it is really frustrating. My recent service had areas of the suv that were not even touched! There was dirt on the back of the seats. I had to come home and apply leather and dash cleaners myself - what is the point of spending ~$60?. I want your establishment to get better and I want to continue using your services. Hence I have decided to put up this review. This was a premium works package.

Went here for the first time the other day and I must say I was very very impressed. This looks like one of the best car washes in all of GTA. Very clean / well maintained, huge facility and reasonable prices. They take their time and make sure the car is properly cleaned. I highly recommend.

They are quick and efficient! I wouldnt day they pay attention to detail based on the fact that my car still had some little things they glossed over like not washing the mat properly and not vacuuming under the seat well but overall they get the job done.

A really bad experience. Paid $49.99 +$10 (for SUV). They did not clean the door storage areas glove box and the carpet mat! When asked why not, they said thats the most that can be cleaned. Save the money and hire a detailer who will actually care for your car and clean it properly. P.s. my car was totally empty for them to ignore the dirt. Also the trunk liner was mot vaccumed properly and it had dirt still on the liner. Had to clean it my self!

If you want to throw $3 out the window for coin-op , go here. 3 minutes of time is a rip off,you cant even go around your car once in that time, in Bolton you get 5 minutes for $3, among most other places. The foam brushes here don't clean, the bays are full of garbage, and the clean rinse spray shoots out soap for the first minute. I had to go to a drive thru car wash to actually get the dirt of my car after going here,and wasted another $12,on top of the $6 I wasted here. Will not return here to pay $6 to get your car cleansed elsewhere ???? Zero ⭐️

One of the better car washes in the area. But could get extremely busy during the weekends. In many of the bays, toggle switches not working properly, poorly maintained. Drying Blower is a joke and waste of money.

Took my son's car today for detailing. Car was very dirty with grease stains on the seat . I picked up an extremely clean car. All stains gone. Car was very very clean. I am very satisfied.

I took the premium car wash paid 56 bucks but car wasn’t cleaned properly, the glass holders are still dirty, they didn’t touch the trunk was still has lots of dust on side. Many stains on doors, I told them to clean it properly, person there was very rude. I had a very bad experience. Went there for first time. And never go back in future.

For $60 + tax, premium car wash. Maybe my expectation was too high, but I was disappointed with the service. I visited the car wash on a Saturday 11am. It was a busy day, so employees kept honking and yelling us to move quickly so as to not slow down the line. I was with one-year-old toddler and 38 weeks into pregnancy. We visited the place to clean our car before our second baby comes. But the employees were only concerned about keeping their business moving and not so much about individual customer’s convenience or safety. Actual “premium carwash service” took less than 15min (waiting line was 20min). It was an impressively quick service. This is the ONLY reason I give them two stars. Exterior carwash, which usually costs around $15 at gas station, was okay. Nothing more than machine wash. Interior carwash was horrible. I will just attach pictures. These pictures I took right after carwash. Trunk, mat, etc. were vacuumed but stains on the mat and trims were still clearly visible after the wash. Interior wiping was done very quickly, so the water marks were left clearly noticeable even after everything was dry. Floor mats were also not properly installed after the wash.

At first it looks like a nice place and clean but then they abused my car. It has an aftermarket exhaust so they kept revving it and then they didn't dry my car, it was dripping water when I got it back and soap was still on it. I asked for tire shine, paid for it, and they didn't put it on. Worst place to go to, never going back. Bunch of immature and childish staff with no respect for others property. Change your staff.
