The rooms and common areas were very clean and the location was perfect for us (15 minutes to the falls, 15 minutes to Niagra-on-the-lake). Breakfast and coffee were not great, but I was fine with just having a bowl of cereal and leaving for the day. There are plenty of good coffee shops around to grab a decent cup of joe.

Every thing was good but housekeeping left their water bottle in room , didn’t refill tea bags, didn’t leave new bar of soap, moisturizer or plastic bag for the ice bucket. If not for this issue, staff would be a 5. Breakfast food was easy and convenient. Tastier than expected. New hotel.

Everything is seamless. The check-in was fast and accurate. The room was clean, feels new and the bathroom was really nice and modern. Love the amenities of having a small fridge and microwave, it was very convenient. Ample space for parking and everywhere was clean. Would definitely consider going here again.

Brand new hotel.we loved the hotel. From the moment we checked in the staff were amazingly helpful and cheerful .rooms and hotel were spotless. Inside pool was adequate. They even have a laundromat if you need it. Only minor concern and its happened to us 3 times in the last couple of years at different hotels is on our second day we were out shopping and sightseeing. We came back at 3.00 PM to find our room was being cleaned. We just wanted to relax and freshen up in our room I have often wondered why hotel don't value the longer term guest more and make sure their rooms are cleaned first. Otherwise great stay and we will return. .

This is a beautifully decorated new hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. The beds are wonderful and the chaise lounge is a great feature. The black out curtains provide a wonderful sleep. The swimming pool is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has lots of choices

Place was awesome. Spent two nights for a kids hockey tournament. Staff customer services was incredible. Jasper and Ken did everything they could possible to make our staff comfortable. From the start to end of their shifts they welcomed everyone with the same smile they did at the start of their shift. Rooms were spacious and clean. Definitely coming back again with the wife for some wine tours.
