If I could give it less than a one star I would. We rented a shipping container from Classic Self Storage - Storage unit G-11 and one week after we moved our items in our storage container got broken into. (nothing was stolen- whoever broke in only half opened one of two boxes). We recently bought a house and moved our items out of the shipping contain a couple days ago to find that 95% of our furniture was ruined from water damage and mold- approximately $3,000 dollars worth of furniture damaged and have to be thrown out. Our mattress which was wrapped in plastic and tapped was covered in mold. After moving everything out of the shipping container, the bottom was just soaked and you can see the condensation on the ceiling of the shipping container. You can see where the shipping container was originally defected and clear indication they attempted to seal it. All our clothing that were in boxes had to be fully re-washed in hot water while other items had to be thrown out due to mold. All out kitchen plates, pots and pans that were wrapped in paper and boxed up were covered in mold. Sentimental items had to be thrown out, blankets (most likely need to be thrown out but will attempt to get them dry cleaned- no reason for us to spend money for that). The furniture we were planning on furnishing our first house with is now sitting in our garage unsalvageable. We now need to setup Junk Removal to come and collect these items. Had we known that our items would have been damaged prior to moving in, we would not have rented. If you're looking for a storage unit, I definitely do not recommend this company. I'm 100% sure goods from all over the world get shipped to North America via shipping containers and have ZERO issues and the goods are dry. There's absolutely no reason why our items should have gotten damaged. ***Stay away from this business and container G-11 otherwise you're furniture and items will be damaged by water and mold. I don't understand how a company who is well aware that their storage containers are defected can sell a service knowing the issues and take people's money. I write this review in detail to try and ensure that no one else ever comes across this experience. I was very calm and polite when I called the company however, they expressed no form of apology or care that our furniture got ruined or offering any sort of compensation. Rest assured this will be taken up with the Better Business Bureau.

Use this storage twice with my family. There’s a lot of concerns about this place. One stayers with the fact that the entrance to the units isn’t big enough for even the smallest of Uhauls; but they do fit. Secondly the operators seem very unorganized with stuff as they don’t seem to know where your unit is to go and unlock it for you; if you’re on an inside unit; they unlock the wrong doors and fail to show up most of the time. The last thing is stuff has went missing BOTH times that we used their services. Not a good place what so ever. #NeverAgain.

Very happy with my experience with this company. The owner met with me, after hours on a Sunday and allowed me to view several storage units. He gave me a larger unit for the price of a smaller one. Since then there have been no issues with any of my belongings. The staff is very attentive and caring. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks for everything!

This is not the best place I got a friend rent a storage from them about a mile further up if you keep your stuff in for to long the storage get wet inside all your stuff get damage and stinks a lot got to throw your stuff in garbage no good they charge 45$ a month it not worth it my advice stay away from that storage I found little to pricey to get your stuff damage it a ripoff

When I first moved to Niagara, was unsure if storage unit would be big enough. I was assured that if it didnt all fit that they would accommodate me . Moving is hard enough, that took the stress away. Been there 2 years and never had one issue. Staff is great to deal with too.

The issues with this car wash are so severe that I can't recommend anyone going here. For one they have these cheap brushes that don't work sometimes and feel lose the other times. The water is sometimes soapy so rinsing the soap off can be quite aggravating. You have to mess around with the controls to get it to work again. The coin dispenser sometimes doesn't work and if you're lucky someone will have a different bill on hand to help you out. Sometimes the machine will rip you off because there was one time the machine didn't start the clock and you don't know how long you have left. It's definitely worth the drive to another city just to get a better car wash, since all manual car washes in Niagara Falls don't even hit average standards. Avoid at all cost unless the owners look at these terrible reviews and fix all these problems.

Have been using a storage container in their north lot for about 3 years. Never had any issues. The staff have always been friendly and understanding. Rent was reasonable. I had a large unit, 15'×10'. I emptied my unit today. Said my thanks and good luck to the owner. I would definitely use them again.

Have used the St. Catharines site for about 5 years. Very friendly people and affordable prices. Indoor units are clean and climate controlled. Haven’t had any issues at all. I would recommend these units

I have used them on two different occasions when I moved home from living on my own. They are friendly. The young guy who is usually in the office in Niagara Falls is knowledgeable about who is using their services and the unit number when i go into pay. I chose to pay monthly in person by debit or cash. The units are clean and are climate controlled with video monitoring.

Everytime i go there to wash my car there is an issue with either soap ( none coming out ) or the timer doesnt work . Great way for you to keep putting coins in since you dont know how much time you have left. This can be a great place but needs some attention as in checking they work. Needs work

Worst car wash ever 3rd bay from fence just eats your money, 2nd bay from the fence takes your money but dont expect the foam brush to work and when it does work theres a crack in the hose so I had to fix it with tape while my time wasted away and then when you try to add loonies that there change machine gives you the wash machine wont take them for some reason only when your trying to continue your time start over and itll take your 3$ every time. Lost 5$ in change and 6min in wash time cause of broken foam brush and when all was said and done my car was barely clean cause the broken foam brush save the headache and use a different place
