Just bought myself a new Harley from Clare's and can't speak highly enough about the experience. Both Taylor and Tarryn were incredibly helpful and made the whole experience stress-free and simple. They were both dedicated to helping me leave with the bike I wanted without getting any extra grey hairs in the process. The shop and staff had a "no pressure" atmosphere and it was obvious that Clare's focuses on helping customers leave with the bike they want, and not the bike the dealer wants to get off the floor. I highly recommend reaching out to Clare's if you're in the market for a new bike. Thanks for hooking me up with a great experience and a great ride!

Lovely store, great customer service, but the staff behind the cash registers did not correctly wear the mask. I could count at least 3 cashiers with the mask around their chin. A little disappointed that this location doesn’t take the safety of their staff or their customers seriously.

Stopped in on the way to see Ontario lake and the Niagara river. Got a few poker chips and a T-shirt. Really wished I could have gotten one of your own designed shirts but was either not fat enough or too fat. Haha

The salesmen here are great and do what they can to help you out. I found the parts and service staff treated me differently because I was a woman. The clothing and other items for sale are plentiful, but the prices are out of the world. Who pays $99 for a t-shirt? I would buy another bike there... as long as I didn't need parts for it!

Left for a roadtrip. One guy on his sporty lost his shifter on the highway. Made it to Clare's and these guys could not care less about the issue. They didn't have the part, which is fair. But they couldn't be bothered trying to help us find a solution. After we found a universal lever that kinda worked, we were told that we couldn't borrow a rubber mallet to get this thing to work. Thanks for nothing, curly mustache.

My boss hooked me up with these guys. Great experience. They listened to what I was looking for and sourced the exact bike within a day. Kept the bike in storage for me and when I got antsy they delivered it to my garage. Thanks Randy and Mark for handling the details and making the experience painless. Lousy selection of boxing day specials. Apparently Harley Davidson doesn't participate in boxing week sales. Selection wasn't that great either. Most items only have a Small and XL selection with nothing inbetween

I’m very disappointed with this dealer. I was there buying many things for my children and me. When I paid, a woman was very rude and didn’t have any attention what she was doing. She was worse than one robot. After that, when I crossed the door, the alarm song, and I felt very embarrassed because the people looked at me. She didn’t come to check my things, another worker came and checked my bags. I worked for long years as commercial manager in a Harley Davidson dealer in Brazil, but I never seen anything similar in my life. The manager have to offer training for everyone. She is a very bad profissional.

We were very disappointed when we drove all the way to this Harley shop on a Saturday only to find out they close at 4:00 pm, and than are completely closed on Sunday’s. As a tourist area I would’ve thought their hours would be a little later. We did end up going to the much smaller store a few miles away, and they had a pretty small selection of clothing and no parts for my fiancé’s bike that he was looking to find.

Sold me a faulty speedometer, broken before even installation. Tried to take it back told me I should of had it professionally installed even though they couldn’t show on the box where that was listed. Told me it must be my fault that it was broken and I had to of caused damage to a unit that you simply plug in because “we don’t sell broken stuff here”. Would avoid this Harley, never seen a store so reluctant to help a customer and atleast offer some advice. Their mechanic department tried to charge me two hours too look at my broken Speedo then offered me half an hour, which I later found out they had quoted me double the price of their labor hours. Drove up 2 hours from my home to get my bike fixed to be basically slapped in the face and told to f*** off. Only reason I gave them a two star was their wonderful master mechanic who caught me and eventually sorted everything out.

Not even worthy of a one star rating as they are not interested in providing a positive customer experience, if you don't have a bike recently purchased from them they are not interested in your servicing needs. Dealership is nice to look at but limited models on the floor to view when looking for new and sales do not act as if they want your business. This store in my opinion caters to those who want a shirt or apparel. My advice to to travel to another dealership where you will be serviced much better whether buying a new bike, parts, or servicing. In my opinion the worst Harley dealership I have been to in Canada or the US.

First I will state this is parts related review. The merch staff is awesome supportive. The parts department is not, tried telling me 60 other dealers must have bought my part the split second before them..went from north issues to months wait time…no warning no notice nothing..said none in Canada…called Montreal Harley part in my had 6 days later…after a 4 week wait for nothing cause of Claire’s.. parts needs a big big wake up call..

Great people. If you own a Harley and need service, Claires Harley Davidson is the place you will find exactly what you are looking for. In 1970 I bought a brand new 500 Triumph Tiger at Claires in Fonthill. Service to the customer back then is no different than the sercice that I get for the Harley I drive today. Excellent. All the staff at Claires are to be commended.

Recently misguided about an expensive purchase, and when brought to Clare's attention, I was informed that there is nothing Clare's could do about it. Terrible attitude and service. As requested, I have provided you facts of the 600$ purchase that was sold to me incorrectly. I am still waiting for your responds and some resolution.

I would never come back here, parts did not do their job, I got the wrong parts on, and service was a nightmare as you can tell they dont care about the money you spend, over a thousand dollars for labour just to get a dirty bike back and wrong parts plus messed up and couldn’t install this correctly!! And finally Julie is a bad manager and doesn’t have any people skills. Also the owner doesn’t care so stay away from this establishment!

Just a suggestion. They should have one of those take a number for the parts counter. Spent an hour standing in line today at parts waiting my turn - couldn't stop the store. They lose sales when people can't get out of line to shop. Line ups are bad enough but could be minimized with a simple change.

I was in the market for what I thought would be my dream bike. Coming from an Iron 883 Sportster with only limited riding experience (4000kms) I was quickly educated on the type of Harley I should probably be looking for from a VERY patient salesman. As a consumer I definitely shopped around and nobody could touch the very first price that came out of Taylor's mouth. Straight up honest goods here with these guys. Everything has gone so smooth and can't wait for the delivery of my new bike tomorrow!!!! Claire's will be getting my maintenance and parts business as well and I'm not exactly in the neighborhood! If it's the Store right in Niagara Falls the prices are completely so far fetched, we spent the whole time finding the highest price... I had a jacket on that I got from Doc Harley Davidson in Bonduel, Wi. For $89 and this location was trying to sell it for $265.... a joke

Clean store I feel about 75% of their merchandise is very low quality I 've been in many Harley stores across the country and in the u.s. and I've never seen so much cheap quality clothing anywhere but they sure chargevhigh end prices bought a shirt washed it once... and I never wore it again extremely poor quality

Buy your bike here and Buy it from Nick. I have an Ultra Classic which is the love of my life. I wanted an ADV and right before I committed to a GS I discovered the Pan America and when the pricing was released the decision was made. Another Harley Dealership screwed me around for 2-3 months, Nick had me sorted in 3 days without any BS and followed up after I took delivery to make sure everything was as expected. Nick is a great brand Ambassador, very honest and very fair. I truly appreciate that dealers like this are still out there and hope the Clare family retains ownership for years to come. Sales staff are great. Service is another story. Took 2 bikes in for work. Put a chrome front end on a new street glide. Bike came out with lots of oily finger prints all over it. They first told us it was a 4 hour job. When the bike was dropped off they said it was now at least a 6 hour job. It was done in 3.5 hours. Second bike came in for a clutch adjustment. They couldn`t figure out how to adjust it (2008 street glide). Asked how much an oil change was and they didn`t know. Took 3 people about 20 minutes and said it was $450+tax! Totally clueless, take your bike elsewhere

We recently were on a motorcycle trip around all 5 great lakes. Unfortunately we weren't able stop at a Harley dealer on our way. Claire's on Clifton Hill's near the falls have is an opportunity to pickup a t shirt and poker chips too add to our collection. The staff there was fantastic.

I was having an issue while riding one day and stopped in to see if I could get my bike looked at. I went to the service counter and and asked if I could get my bike looked at. They asked if I bought it from them and I said no. I was told it could take a week because they have to look after their own customers first and he walked away. So because I bought a used bike someplace else my business means nothing and I got treated like I was nothing. Great way to get customer loyalty people. So if you don't buy from them your nothing and your business means nothing. Their parts people on the other hand are great and very helpful.

I am riding an old Honda, all my friends ride Harleys. I'm in the market for a new bike so I thought I would give my local Harley Davidson dealer a chance to show my what they have to offer. I went online and picked out a few new and used bikes that I was interested in. I visited Clare's Harley Davidson and no one offered to help me. I walked around the show room for a half hour and nothing! Very disappointed because all my friends rave about their Harleys. I'm told Blackridge Harley Davidson is better, but I'm thinking I might just stay with Japanese and save some money as well. Too bad Clare's, you had a potential customer for life.

Staff is fantastic, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There are often great deals in the discount sections for merchandise and parts. New and used inventory is great and there used machines are always in great shape. Pricing is typical for a Harley dealership but the family owned atmosphere makes up for it.

They are not even worthy of 1 star but you can't rate 0 or negative. My experience they don't honour their word. They stole $200 from me...they used inferior lube on my bike that manufacturer said NOT to use , said it was too expensive so substituded... common gear grease they have a oh well sue us attitude (their words) They stuck big time!
