yesterday had a mazda3 cleaned.had a complete interior cleaning with shampoo.cost129.95 plus tax.the car looks lovely,quite clean.opened the trunk to put things back in and the trunk wasnt vacumed.no answer at majors path so i called topsail rd.told that the trunk was covered too.this am when visited majors path ,told it wasnt covered. so esso got my loonies and i vacumed it myself.my explorer was cleaned by avalon ford this spring.bys customer service is important

Went up to get an oil change from these guys without thinking of how many kilometers I put on my truck since my last change. Turns out I had only put on a little over 3000 KMS since last time I was there, and had full synthetic oil. They showed me how good my oil was and said there's no need for a change, and still sprayed my doors for me no charge. I thought I did a lot more driving the past few months but time just got from me! This could have been an opportunity for them to just do the change anyway and make an extra buck but they were open and honest, a lot of people have a hard time trusting drive through oil change services but I'd trust these guys with my truck any day, and I'm going to tell everyone I know to pay them a visit. Fast, extremely friendly service and very trust worthy. Go visit these guys now!!!

My Uncle just had his car cleaned by PIT CREW on torbay rd and majors path. What a TERRIBLE job they did its unbelievable He told them so and they said that's all you get with the 130.00 package. He's understandably upset with their additude and how they handled his concerns. NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE is my advice because you will be disappointed.

Went in for an oil change last week, and they changed the filter, but not the oil. Went back and they told me they did change it. They told me I was wrong, there was no way they could make a mistake, and treated me like a child. Bring your business somewhere else that won't try to take advantage of you, and then give you terrible service.

Did the Oil change for my Mazda tribute last week. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! They also topped up all the fluids and did the points check like they would do at a dealer or garage! Great service! I also got the rust proofing done from pit crew the next weekend! Pleasant experience! Highly recommended!

Paid $6 in change and thought I could use the settings on the pressure washer. Half of them don't work only pressure and foam brush. They need to update their systems in my opinion.

Might be a good place for Oil changes, but very disappointed in the detailing job! After two hours +, I picked up my car and I had grease marks inside after it was cleaned and it didn't have those marks when I dropped it off. It is a brand new car that I wanted tidied up after a short vacation around the Island. There were Bugs still on the windshield and front bumper. The service guy said..."Oh, ya..they are hard to get off", So I said, "Try again". He was reluctant to take the car back in to the bay. Windows inside had a film on them. Mud on the drivers rest pedal not removed. I asked the service guy to check on the issues and he came out and looked at the grease mark and said, " I can't get that off", I said, "You put it there, you should be able to get it off"! I did not see any of this until after i had paid. Do not go there for this type of work. I didn't know any other place to go as we are new to St. John's and went to the first place I saw. :( Not going back there EVER.
